Our Construction Manager, Michael was great. He was very responsive to correcting the few minor issues we had. He knows how to get things done and is willing to help you out as you are moving in. This was a huge change from our dealings with the sales person Janet. Sh was not helpful, rude and lacked any kind of willings to help us in the home buying process. She is why there are not 5 star rating.

There were not enough upgrades provided by builder; consequently I had to provide these upgrades myself after COE. The building materials and workmanship seem adequate, but I was disappointed in my last walk thru house and how dirty it was when presented to me. Customer service has been very responsive to items I have found.

Overall homes are good, there are few places where they don't look great.

We had many options for the interior and exterior for upgrades which makes the home more customized. All of the people that we worked with have been very good to work. Our sales agent - Janet was the best!

They deliver our home in time. Products of our home are exceptional. Sales agent should be upfront and aware of the capacity of Solar system. Choices of elevation should be discussed in detail ahead of time, even before signing up the lot.

There are some annoying issues that are below expectations and so unnecessary, but overall, they are a fair and reputable company.

I would like to have given 5 stars, but the rush to finish and close at the end of the year left too many issues that needed to be addressed after closing.

Overall we’re happy with our home. There were several bumps along the way. But basically you’re buying a tract home. The buying process felt like a game to increase your cost. Between bidding for your home against “ phantom other buyers “ and the upgrades you need if you want the house to be even close to what the model looked like really drives the price up. We liked the people we worked with but I would do the buying differently next time.

While the process took a little longer than anticipated due to supply chain issues, Del Webb generally did a good job communicating progress and addressing issues as they arose

This is a beautifully landscaped community. There are miles of paved walking trails throughout the community.

The buying process was easy. However the fact that you only have two weeks to make any changes or upgrades was troublesome. The pricing of upgrades is outrageous. Why the home has tile- carpet - tile in the entry makes no sense. And asking for that small piece of carpet to be tiled was not allowed.

Value for dollars spent is good.

We have a new, beautiful home that allows my disabled husband to have a better quality of life. The house isn’t our dream home because I had to make some design center choices early in the process that I would not have made if I had known in advance the accessibility costs. In the end, the accessibility costs were minimal but beyond the design deadline. I called the design center and they confirmed we were unable to make any changes, even if minor. After we are settled, we will make the changes to upgrade our home’s appliances; repaint the home’s interior (I loathe the flat wall and baseboard paint and baseboards are not what was promised by the design center); add laundry room cabinets, etc. We are pleased with the accessibility changes that allow my husband to enter the house through the interior garage door and to go out on the patio, but not pleased that he is unable to enter our home through the front door due to engineering issues. We should have been guided to a different lot before the house was purchased and built. The Sales liaison, the Builder’s liaison, and the Mortgage company were wonderful to work with but we wouldn’t work with the Title company again. Sean our builder contact was very professional and followed through with every request or question we had. The homes have great floor plans and quality throughout.

Beautiful home, wonderful quite surroundings. Be mindful of the fact that if you don’t upgrade certain features, e.g., the paint, the product will not be top shelf. Plan on spending as much as 15-20% above the purchase price for various upgrades. Still a great value though. I wish we had been given a warning about the fact that our mail service would not commence until some arbitrary date, i.e., when the HOA decides to give the Post Office the go ahead. We had to find this out the hard way. There is construction going on by us, not that much, but it should not impede mail delivery. We have to make our semi-weekly pilgrimage to the Post Office, which is not ideal in these COVID-affected times. ... More

Overall we are satisfied with our new home. The sales office personnel were great, keeping us informed throughout the building process and helping with the financing options. The construction crews were also great. Perhaps the area of design upgrades could be improved. Home buyers may not think of everything and it would be nice if the designer helped identify potential issues. We upgraded kitchen door knobs and fixtures which we understood carried into the baths. The baths do have the same upgraded knobs, but the fixtures did not change. Now our baths have three different types of hardware: upgraded knobs, brushed nickel door handles, and polished chrome sink and shower fixtures. We also asked for a floor outlet to be put in the gathering room, perhaps for plugging in a lamp near the sofa. We started with some bad experiences in sales. When that changed we seem to have missed a lot of info. There was alate start on our home and that has caused some problems, but overall we are well pleased.

The actual builder was great. Some of the materials are substandard - was @ bit surprised.

I am curious as to why the model home of the Refuge, which I chose, has two lights built into the ceiling of the second bedroom and I have none. The overall quality of the home is quite good and I’m very happy to be living here.

We bought a home that had fallen out of escrow and the sales team had us convinced the sale price was reduced twice and we were getting a great deal. The appraisal came in $10K below the selling price so I asked three times for a price adjustment. Each time the response was they would need to run it by the manager, but no one ever gave us an answer to our request. Otherwise the sale went smoothly. The sales staff is knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. Everyone has been attentive after the sale and they are very good about warranty repairs and follow-up. If you order the standard Whirlpool dishwasher, expect your contents to be only partially dry, even with the high temp dry and a rinse aid. A whirlpool technician sent to correct the problem attributes it to plastic materials instead of steel. They can't achieve a complete dry.

Some obvious errors missed by managers before we moved in. Also, the Design of MB water closet is a JOKE!

Extremely nice quality and very professional construction process and crew. Not over impressed with the HOA. They are not pro homeowner and a bit rude. Overall I am happy with the quality of the home.
