As a new homeowner I had a bad experience not because of supply issues, but I kept catching mistakes that were made. The quality of the windows is poor, They allow sand to leak into my home because they are not sealed well. They used the wrong grout on my floor. They promised to seal it but after I tested it I found out that they did not seal it. The island lights were not centered over the island. I was pressured to sign my closing check list showing everything was completed when it was not. Only one of the seven items were fixed before I moved in. All others I was told will have to ...

Lack of empathy for buyer during multiple delays of home being ready for move in. Do not get appliances through Pulte.You will pay double the price you can pay for identical item at Home Depot. Pulte use low quality quartz, low grade windows, etc.. Design Center is 2 hours away from New home community - thus very inconvenient.

Watch out - poor quality and service

The delays in construction were excusable given the pandemic. The quality of construction is poor to awful. The service to fix problems is non existent. During the final inspection several problems were identified that are impossible to get fixed. The paint used in the house is of poor quality and the paint job is appalling. All upgrades make this new house livable but not worth the added cost. I would never recommend Del Webb construction to anyone.

Probably wouldn't buy Pulte again

It was all about the sales cycle. The quality of installed products was good and bad, and follow-up service is terrible. As an example, it's been 5 weeks since we asked to get our quartz counters (which are a mess) looked at. They don't even respond to requests half the time and once they hand a ticket off to a contractor the Pulte support team help ends there. Zero followup.

Difficult to work with. An assembly line. You’re just a number. Much more interested in meeting their financial commitments to Wall Street on home’s closed than meeting customer’s needs.

The buying part was fine. My sales agent was very attentive and kept in touch constantly. She also took pictures at various points and sent them to me, which I greatly appreciated since I didn't live close enough to check on progress frequently. Since closing, however, I have had endless issues with the quality and response time in getting problems fixed. Every separate item requires a separate repair order and pictures. Then you wait for someone to approve the repair, the vendor to contact you, and even then, sometimes the items are not all fixed and they have to come back. I feel that ...

My wife and i have done 13+ real estate transactions to date. This includes two prior home purchases from Pulte in Nevada. This was BY FAR the most excruciatingly stressful, and anxiety ridden home purchase we have ever endured. The closing date was delayed two months which involved two interim moves at a cost of thousands of dollars to us. The delay was due to the complete incompetence of Pulte's forecasting/scheduling and procurement departments. We learned of the delays by reaching out to the construction department as there was NO communication at all from the sales department. Pathetic. ...

The buying process was easy. However the fact that you only have two weeks to make any changes or upgrades was troublesome. The pricing of upgrades is outrageous. Why the home has tile- carpet - tile in the entry makes no sense. And asking for that small piece of carpet to be tiled was not allowed.

Love the community and we love our home! There were delays outside of our control and outside of Pulte's control as well, so that part was frustrating for everyone. My only real complaint is that we have been in our home over a month now and we still have a non-working oven. We waited weeks for the appliance repair person to come out as instructed, only to learn that the main problem is an electrical issue. Now we have to wait for an electrician to be scheduled. Unfortunately having to constantly monitor construction due to mistakes, poor workmanship…I’m still having to constantly up to try to get punch list items finished. I get no response for the construction manager.

Excellent value. Del Webb living is a real community experience. We are making new friends daily. There is so many activities in a beautiful setting. The field supervisor walked us through every inch of our house during and after construction. So helpful.

My experience with your sales agent was excellent. However, since moving in it has been a nightmare of construction deficiencies within the home and exterior issues that have gone unattrended by the HOA customer service department including garbage inundation on my property and broken fencing, and over a month of calls, FAXes and letters to set up autopay for dues!!!

Smooth build process till the end. Monday we walked thru before closing . About 4 items to be corrected, came back thurs. Morning - Nino ,our expediter had all items repaired, house clean. We walked out and saw Nino’s boss on phone across the street and he was on phone with riverside inspection. Pulte had failed to pay some fees so getting my keys that day was delayed . So i did not get my keys till monday at 6p.m. My sales lady debbie,fed me misinformation about getting compensated for delay. I feel the quality and attention to details was lacking. Once I did the walk through I could see poor painting and floor work. Also three of the drawers wouldn't roll out smoothly or at all. Meaning they installed them knowing this and then walked away from the job. Leaving me to deal with getting it using the warranty.
