We have a new, beautiful home that allows my disabled husband to have a better quality of life. The house isn’t our dream home because I had to make some design center choices early in the process that I would not have made if I had known in advance the accessibility costs. We bought a home that had fallen out of escrow and the sales team had us convinced the sale price was reduced twice and we were getting a great deal. The appraisal came in $10K below the selling price so I asked three times for a price adjustment. Each time the response was they would need to run it by the manager, but no one ever gave us an answer to our request. Otherwise the sale went smoothly. The process overall was good. We had a good sales person and good staff at the design center. One thought I had that I would advise new buyers is to consider what the landscaping package includes. This is the biggest after market expense. If we had purchased the package it would have had a nominal impact on our monthly payment and we could have supplemented after market. Just my thoughts.

Communications with the solar vendor is lacking. Closed escrow 2 months ago and have received no feedback as to what the delay is. The "upgraded" kitchen cabinets are a disappointment. Love all the open space and walking paths. Club house looks like it is going to be outstanding.

The location of my by property has made the associated disappointments tolerable. Seems as if the finishing touches were done in a hurry with little oversight - uneven cabinet doors, screen door not hung properly, scattered paint spots, no towel rods in the main bathroom, missing plates over switches etc. all of these problems are being addressed by the builder.

Our experience up until about 3 weeks prior to close was great -- sales team and build teams were responsive, Very happy with our lot and our home. The last three weeks before close and for a couple of months beyond has been very rushed and there were a number of things that weren't taken care of that should have been. Things have taken a lot longer than they should have to get taken care of. And mistakes were made because builder trades were rushing and trying to finish homes too quickly. Love the community and we love our home! There were delays outside of our control and outside of Pulte's control as well, so that part was frustrating for everyone. My only real complaint is that we have been in our home over a month now and we still have a non-working oven. We waited weeks for the appliance repair person to come out as instructed, only to learn that the main problem is an electrical issue. Now we have to wait for an electrician to be scheduled. Our Field Manager in Del Webb, Andres Ceja, was amazing. After closing, minor defects are normal. So many new parts and vendors to the home. Andres was the guy that we could depend on for support. Without his attention, it would have been a very different experience. Top notch, warm and genuine. not many guys like him around in the industry.

We liked our sales agent immensely. The purchase process was simple and went smoothly. We did not feel that the design center gave us enough options to get exactly the home we wanted. We ended up settling for items in the home that we are not truly happy with. Also every additional, non-included, item from the design center was tremendously overpriced compared to purchasing from regular outlets and contractors.

Provide followup support w/Homeowner and Edison to start-up Solar. Ours is still not operational, contrary to promises by Edison and Tesla. Albeit, were all under the rules of the current pandemic, followup on repairs required, i.e. garage door opener is lacking.
