A very poor customer experience during and after the build process. I have advised several friends of mine who were considering buying here not to due to the issues.

Excellent value. Del Webb living is a real community experience. We are making new friends daily. There is so many activities in a beautiful setting. The field supervisor walked us through every inch of our house during and after construction. So helpful.

In my opinion it’s way to much information given at the time of walk thru for average person to absorb. Therefore, I would recommend a follow up after few weeks to review or to answer any issues or questions you might have.

My experience with your sales agent was excellent. However, since moving in it has been a nightmare of construction deficiencies within the home and exterior issues that have gone unattrended by the HOA customer service department including garbage inundation on my property and broken fencing, and over a month of calls, FAXes and letters to set up autopay for dues!!!

Smooth build process till the end. Monday we walked thru before closing . About 4 items to be corrected, came back thurs. Morning - Nino ,our expediter had all items repaired, house clean. We walked out and saw Nino’s boss on phone across the street and he was on phone with riverside inspection. Pulte had failed to pay some fees so getting my keys that day was delayed . So i did not get my keys till monday at 6p.m. My sales lady debbie,fed me misinformation about getting compensated for delay. So i had to re- arrange all my deliveries and sleep on my kid’s couch for 4 nites due to pulte not paying fees on time. The southern ca. pulte manager called me , and said they have a yr. To deliver my home. LOL HOLD IT - A yr after you already signed? He offered no compensation for 4 day delay , and was rather condescending and arrogant. I asked him “ why can pulte charge me a $300 a day penalty for failing to show up to close and you can screw up and not have same liability?” He had no answer , just said “your lucky to be in your new home” - LOL So i would give NINO - my expeditor 20 stars. STACY - my customer service rep after close 20 stars. DEBBIE - sales lady 1 star. PULTE - DEL WEBB customer service - 0 stars In the end a pleasant build experience was soured at the end by pulte - del webb corporate and my MIA sales lady, who got transferred a month before i closed and fed me misinformatin. I feel the quality and attention to details was lacking. Once I did the walk through I could see poor painting and floor work. Also three of the drawers wouldn't roll out smoothly or at all. Meaning they installed them knowing this and then walked away from the job. Leaving me to deal with getting it using the warranty.

Great quality home. Great neighborhood.

Sales office was knowledgeable and helpful. The build quality is what I expected and satisfactory. The project manager was great.

Lack of communication in process.

Value for dollars spent is good.

So many options, so little time. There are a lot of decisions to make with the myriad of design options offered. Have fun and indulge a bit. You’ll be glad you did.

The high quality of our home was surpassed only by the outstanding Pulte staff. From sales, finance, insurance, building inspections and follow-up, each individual with whom we interacted were of the highest level of informed, efficient, and personalized professionalism. All aspects of interaction with Pulte fully deserve 5 stars. We LOVE our home.

Would NOT recommend to buy a home built by PULTE

I feel that it was more important to slap together as many houses as possible in a short amount of time than to devote a little more time to the quality of the workmanship on the interior my house (in some cases terrible) as well as several noticeable flaws on the exterior. Some of the issues that were brought to the attention early on were not addressed and are still ongoing. Not what I expected from what I thought was a reputable home builder.

Every challenge was handled with professionalism and delivered seamlessly. Attention to detail, responsiveness and delivering on promises was the experience we had buying our home from Gratziela Butuoraga and taking delivery from Sean King. Highly recommend.

We are very satisfied with our new home in Irontree-Terramor. Just disappointed that we have to pay to install a side yard retaining wall.

We have a new, beautiful home that allows my disabled husband to have a better quality of life. The house isn’t our dream home because I had to make some design center choices early in the process that I would not have made if I had known in advance the accessibility costs. In the end, the accessibility costs were minimal but beyond the design deadline. I called the design center and they confirmed we were unable to make any changes, even if minor. After we are settled, we will make the changes to upgrade our home’s appliances; repaint the home’s interior (I loathe the flat wall and baseboard paint and baseboards are not what was promised by the design center); add laundry room cabinets, etc. We are pleased with the accessibility changes that allow my husband to enter the house through the interior garage door and to go out on the patio, but not pleased that he is unable to enter our home through the front door due to engineering issues. We should have been guided to a different lot before the house was purchased and built. The Sales liaison, the Builder’s liaison, and the Mortgage company were wonderful to work with but we wouldn’t work with the Title company again. The entire process would have been enhanced if communication was better between all parties involved. ... More

The very poor quality of work particularly the painting interiorly and exteriorly. Painted over dirt on windowsills. Semigloss will have to be done by a professional painter done at our expense. Would not allow the original painters back on this property. Dripped paint on upgraded tile floors, cabinetry, light fixtures, etc. throughout house. Not qualified painters and should not be part of your providers. The numerous mistakes regarding upgrade installations from door levers to front door lock. Total waste of time having to replace items. Damage to upgraded kitchen cabinets by a sub contractor not the cabinet installer. Damage done after completion of cabinetry installation. Carpeting installed over dirt filled flooring. Personally had to stop the installer who refused to vacuum stating he did not want to damage his vacuum. I personally had to sweep the floor which angered him. Mistakes made in master bathroom tile installations. At walk through, house was filthy, windows not washed, bathrooms and all flooring not cleaned. This is the 6th new home I have purchased and have never experienced such poor quality work by a builder. Was sickened by the whole experience at the walk through. Was repeatedly reassured that everything would be done to remedy and followed through with close of escrow. It is a shame as the floor plans are excellent in all models and the community is wonderful. Your execution from construction needs to significantly raise their standards, with all aspects no better than a C to D. I worry that the basic construction will prove problematic in the future. ... As a 1st time new construction buyer, I was pleased to see how smooth the process went from our initial model tour to our escrow close.

It's been a big inconvenience pointing out so many imperfections on the entire home at all categories. Ex: Paint-Cabinets, Hardware, Fixtures, Stucco, Solar, Electrical and many others.

NOT top grade. Obviously rushed work ( slapdash painting, wrong measurements and materials, missing materials.wilful lack of communication. abandonment by supervisors,etc) Cust Care Management required continual pleas and proofs

Overall product is incredible. Layout. Home. Beautiful. But the little things can add up. Sloppy processes hurt the overall experience. They should hire some quality control people along the way so you aren’t chasing the flawed work in the end. Saves on both ends. It’s so close

Sales reps and initial customer service were great. Recent follow up by customer service not so good.

Everything needs to be verified . There was some issues that had to be addressed and are not satisfied as of this date.
