construction manager followed through with some items that needed to be done post closing. He was very attentive, conscientious and provided exceptional customer service.

Very happy with the entire experience

Lester knows what the house should be and he does not let it go if it is not. There is only quality nothing else. The closing was seem less. No issues at all. Customer service, other companies need to take lessons from this team. They are the standard and the bar is extremely high.

From start to finish, it was quality, smooth home buying experience. Thank you to the Del Webb and Pulte teams. We are thoroughly impressed with our new home.

We are very pleased with our new Del Webb home. Every person who was involved in helping us pick out and build our house went above and beyond the call. We would like to mention Bob in sales Laura at the design studio also Ben , Daniel the construction managers and John and John the customer support team. All in all we would tell anyone looking for a new home to first look at the Del Webb homes.

Pulte made the purchase process seamless. They delivered on the commitments they made, kept me up to date on progress thru meetings, both virtual and on site, provided photos every two weeks and responded without delay to questions. The construction managers Ben and Dan were top notch both in knowledge and ensuring my needs were met. In addition to Melissa on the Sales Team who supported the photos and communication. The home is beautiful and shows quality. Very happy with my purchase. After move in, the minor cosmetic repairs were tracked and completed timely.

We loved Ben as our construction manager! He was awesome and very tentative to things we've needed, questions asked and very good about educating us on a new Florida home. There were a lot of things unfinished and we've had issues getting the trades to show up and fix things. We still dont have our cabnets done and we closed almost 2 months ago. Warranty has tried to be on top of it however theres only so much he can do if people dont show up. I fell like pulte is a good company to purchase from however their trades are terrible at assisting them and you as a home owner. We have been promoting the community to others. ... More

The Builder is impressive. The quality and workmanship are excellent. A large part of the reason my home is so awesome is due to the diligence, knowledge, caring and professionalism of the Construction Manager, Ben. He was exceptional in every way including his warm and helpful personality.

Wonderful and smooth experience buying a new home from Del Webb. They made everything easy, right from the start in viewing their model homes, selecting a spec house and buying the house to their quick response to the few issues I had after moving into my new home. My second Del Webb home. They've been great!

Wonderful staff to work with!

What stood out the most was our construction manager!!! His name is Guy and he made sure our home was completed just the way we wanted it!! We did some give and take and at the end we have the most beautiful home!! Thank you Guy!! Pete & Midge

It was bad timing on our part to purchase a new home in the middle of this Pandemic when materials and labor were in short supply but our Project Manager Dustin did all in his power to keep us as close to schedule as possible

Builder is a great quality builder

Bob, Jordan, and Gianni from sales to building and then follow up, this team was awesome. Bob kept us up to date along with Jordan since we were at distance. Gianni attentive attitude helped in correcting any minor issues to ensure they were resolved quickly.

This is our 4th new home build. From the home model selection with the many, many construction options to the numerous options for materials to be used, I feel that Del Webb has a great system, product and method. Yes, there are some things I would have liked to have as options but I can understand why they have to limit some of the upper end selections. The build process is well done and I feel that all of my needs were addressed. One big thing that was different about this construction process was how clean the job site was. I have never had my tile floors covered after installation before! During my site visits, EVERY worker was considerate and friendly. They really cared about the job they were performing as well as being clean about it! Yes, there are costmetic items that are being added to my “punch list” but that is to be expected after any new construction. Considering my build was right in the middle of the national COVID shutdown, I feel very fortunate that Del Webb has the relationships with suppliers that my construction time line remained as promised. Every phone call with questions to my construction manager was answered in a timely fashion. Communication is important on a “long distance” build.
