We had mostly a good experience with Pulte but they have finished out poorly. Getting the last issues resolved has been frustrating to say the least. No way to directly talk to someone, only sending in email requests that go unanswered. Our sales guy has been great!

The sales team is excellent, specially Jonathan, On the construction. Team Daniel give a wonderful overview of the complete house ,,, some electrical minor issues

Our sales person Melissa was very professional and knowledgeable. Our second construction manager Daniel corrected incomplete work issues. So far our customer care rep. John has answered any of our concerns, we are only in our home one month.

construction manager followed through with some items that needed to be done post closing. He was very attentive, conscientious and provided exceptional customer service.

Pulte was excellent to work with. Home completed ahead of schedule. Good overall quality with a few minor problems which were addressed timely. Would recommend Pulte highly.

Very happy with the entire experience

Lester knows what the house should be and he does not let it go if it is not. There is only quality nothing else. The closing was seem less. No issues at all. Customer service, other companies need to take lessons from this team. They are the standard and the bar is extremely high.

If you’ve never experienced buying brand new construction, it’s a long and detailed process. You must stay on top of all the paperwork and requests. Having said that, the Pulte folks on site were terrific. In the beginning, we considered a mortgage through Pulte. That was a nightmare. Too many lengthy requests at the last minute, lost emails, maybe not the best advice or suggestions. We finally just threw in the towel and just paid cash for the house. Overall experience was very positive. Our Construction Manager, Lester, was very responsive and proactive. Our only significant problem was the workmanship on the front stone veneer. It was poorly installed with a wavy result in the stone. Lester championed our concern and had it removed and replaced with a superior result. Two months and so far so good!

Our sales rep always wanted to be helpful and was always pleasant. Unfortunately, we sometimes wondered about her level of familiarity with the product. At the front end, we had to ask LOTS of questions and we would have preferred to have all options presented to us. Had that occurred, we might have purchased additional items; this is especially relevant to the pool - no one was available at the time we had to make pool decision to provide all options. (We were told a pool rep would be present and that do not happen.) Also, a two-hour design appointment is inadequate - we would have liked to visit the showroom n our own multiple times to consider all options and then come to design appointment better prepared. Patrick was exceptional. Highly knowledgable, always helpful, a stickler for high quality and always on top of things. Unrelated to above, we were highly aggravated by the lack of flexibility provided by the company for a closing date - rather than provide some reasonable options that all could agree to, we were dictated a single date. Neither our sales rep nor the construction supervisor are delegated any authority to work with the customer. A very big negative. As a general observation, the finishes on the home are mediocre. The wall finish is inconsistent throughout the house and even within a room; there are paint and other materials that were not adequately cleaned up and have yet to be addressed; and the finishes around electrical switches is sloppy. Also, since our closing, we have heard from NO ONE about the remaining items on our pre-closing punch list. That lack of responsiveness (and neglect) could infer that "closing" is more important than service. Any chance w might hear from someone? Progress was very slow, the homes near mine are being finished much faster than ours.

We are very pleased with our new Del Webb home. Every person who was involved in helping us pick out and build our house went above and beyond the call. We would like to mention Bob in sales Laura at the design studio also Ben , Daniel the construction managers and John and John the customer support team. All in all we would tell anyone looking for a new home to first look at the Del Webb homes.

We were told the amenity center would be completed by 1st quarter of 2024. Unfortunately, this isn’t accurate. The amenity center is a year away. Big disappointment. Also, the security gate still isn’t staffed by a guard at night. Why? Many homes are occupied, Pulte! Where is our security? The construction workers need to take more pride in their work. I understand, and have heard all of the stories about how the construction workers left after Hurricane Ian but the ones in the community now are stretched thin, they do work hard but need more quality control. Our construction manager was fantastic, and we realize his hands are tied in many things. Expect your house to be about 90% ready to move into at closing. There will be many little things that need to be corrected. Overall, we are pleased with the neighborhood and we have great neighbors! Pulte - the Del Webb concept is great. The home buying process was very good. The materials and designs are great but the workmanship building the home is lacking. Contractors are lacking attention to detail and are careless in their finished product. Examples are chipped tile, poor drywall plaster. Overall we are happy with the home but we made a lot of corrections ourselves.

Pulte made the purchase process seamless. They delivered on the commitments they made, kept me up to date on progress thru meetings, both virtual and on site, provided photos every two weeks and responded without delay to questions. The construction managers Ben and Dan were top notch both in knowledge and ensuring my needs were met. In addition to Melissa on the Sales Team who supported the photos and communication. The home is beautiful and shows quality. Very happy with my purchase. After move in, the minor cosmetic repairs were tracked and completed timely.

Everything was right on time. Great build quality and community. Very happy.

The home sale was quick and painless. The issue for me now is the after sale service. It appears now that my requests for service issues is going unanswered. During the sales process, we had an in person meeting with our Pulte/Del Webb. Who stated that they will be a contact if we would ever need an issue resolved again, that service is lacking and going unanswered

Lots of promises with zero follow up. Our sales agent left the company and we have no one to talk to as our construction manager was relocated to another site and our quality guy John has not addressed major issues that were reviewed 2 weeks ago. Had a roof leak from day one after the peel and stick was installed in June. Very concerned about mold issues with the wet insulation and blackened OSB board. Roof was repaired but not all tiles were replaced. It is the worst construction experience I ever experienced. The dish washer was not secured to the counter and when opened drops to the floor. We do not have anyone to discuss the issues that we trust based on their past lack of follow up. ... More

We are very pleased with our new Del Webb home. Our Construction manager Daniel was very knowledgeable,professional and responsive every step of the way. The build process went smooth and quickly.

When we first moved in there were a few little things that needed taking care of. At first we were worried however John has been very helpful in taking care of all the issues and put our minds at ease. Patrick was here to help take care of a couple of issues and he was also great!! Very happy with my new home and the response to my issues. Thanks,

We have had electrical issues. Half the inside of the home the electric went out. The electricians diagnosed the problem. The roof is leaking and shorting out the electric. We have a call into the roofer and they will not come out till Thursday. We discovered the roof leak on Friday. I have a bucket in my kitchen catching the water. Called Pulte warranty and they do not answer their phone. You need to leave a message. When they finally called us back they hung up on us twice. We are not having a great a great experience. I find it unacceptable the roof is leaking and we have to waite at least 6 plus days for the roofer to come out. ... More

There doesn't seem to be a response to items that weren't noticed at walk-thru.

I’m a retired contractor, so I was purchasing with high expectations, with my experience, I followed the process, Del Webb exceeded my expectations!!!
