The home is beautiful and the community is certainly going to be gorgeous when it is completed. A few minor issues with the builder. Lighting and ceiling fans are not included and cannot be ordered. After closing one has to purchase and contract to install them. It seems to me that the builder should offer this at an extra charge (every other addition is extra). Without ceiling lighting (chandeliers, pendents, fans, etc) it seems that the house is incomplete even after closing. In addition, there is no kitchen stove exhaust. We loved Ben as our construction manager! He was awesome and very tentative to things we've needed, questions asked and very good about educating us on a new Florida home. There were a lot of things unfinished and we've had issues getting the trades to show up and fix things. We still dont have our cabnets done and we closed almost 2 months ago. Warranty has tried to be on top of it however theres only so much he can do if people dont show up. I fell like pulte is a good company to purchase from however their trades are terrible at assisting them and you as a home owner. We have been promoting the community to others. ... More

Poor quality finish on walls and cabinets, scratches on cabinets, told the were on order to replace, have not heard back. Walls poor finish with paint! Scheduled a meeting for warranty and took afternoon meeting and no one showed up or called saying they were delayed. Not happy!

sales staff was great, the financial staff was very helpful and knowledgable and the construction supervisor/manager were professional

From onset of signing contract and design selection several bate and switch from appliances to utility finished much cheaper product than showcased in the models. Even with upgrades, soft close cabinets were not installed throughout, crown molding purchased not installed throughout, appliances not elevated to the model showcase and excuse after excuse. Timeline for completion took nearly a year after being told likely ten months and actually wanted to push it to fourteen months until complete. Finish work on walls and ceiling look like an undisciplined child was set loose in the house and patchwork left large convex drywall sticking out of the walls. Floor was installed before work was finished and still waiting on 22 planks of flooring to be replaced. Light fixtures not squared and centered off each other still waiting to be repaired. Cabinets at bar not level and continued excuses about that fiasco. Warranty is a joke, dragging repair work submitted properly for over a month with no schedule, workers showing up without schedule and if scheduled show up late or not at all. Not to mention, no one picks up when the warranty number is called nor gets back to you after leaving messages. Emails are hit and miss. The work ethic is lacking greatly. The one consolation in all this, I have met and befriended several wonderful residence and happy to have settled in an upbeat welcoming community. Although my house is coming along and now call it home, I will never and I mean, NEVER, purchase another Pulte home or any of it subsidiaries. This being our first experience building and owning in a 55+ community my wife and I are rookies for sure. I have worked in the construction industry for my whole life so I speak with experience in the trade. The buying phase of the process went well and without a hitch. Lisa our sales rep was fantastic and guided us through the initial lot and home purchase and was super helpful. 3 months later construction started and we were introduced to John our construction manager who equally was superior throughout the building phase keeping us informed and up to date on any and all issues. Being from Pennsylvania the communications and updates from John were appreciated. Structural and mechanical phases went well and were sound as well as the masonry work. We are currently working through finish carpentry and painting issues which are of concern namely too much debris on drywall not cleaned up before finished paint, moulding install and finished caulking sub standard. Too many dents and dings and scratches on doors windows and hardware. The problem is a lack of pride of workmanship and accountability for whatever the reason. On the flip side we are having the issues addressed through the warranty team and hope to have them alleviated soon. One public issue of concern is the slow approach to the amenity complex completion date. We as residents are paying nearly full HOA dues and feel deserving of a timely completion of the campus. Home was built well, any issues were taken care of right away

Our Sales person was absolutely wonderful. She keep us updated on the entire process of the the home being built. Every 2 weeks we received a status update on the home from ground breaking to the week before closing. As always, there were a few issues upon closing but the crew was very professional and great to work with in getting the issues resolved. Overall, we are very happy with the build of the home.

We have had great relationship with our builder.Any problems we have had they have been addressed in a proper time. I would recommend them over other builders.

Sloppy workmanship. Disappointed in the quality of work that has been done. And a lack of attention given to repairs.

You'll certainly have bumps in the road as they seem to be unavoidable but the Del Webb team is certainly committed to doing their best to make things right. From purchase agreement to closing was just about 1 years time but now that we're in the home we're very happy!

We are pleased with our experience with the staff at Del Webb Oak Creek. This is our second experience with buying and building a home via Del Webb and its builder, Pulte Construction. The process to buy a lot, customize the home and build is challenging enough but the sales person was great at communicating from beginning to closing.

Daniel our construction manager was very thorough and very helpful at all times.

The Builder is impressive. The quality and workmanship are excellent. A large part of the reason my home is so awesome is due to the diligence, knowledge, caring and professionalism of the Construction Manager, Ben. He was exceptional in every way including his warm and helpful personality.

Wonderful and smooth experience buying a new home from Del Webb. They made everything easy, right from the start in viewing their model homes, selecting a spec house and buying the house to their quick response to the few issues I had after moving into my new home. My second Del Webb home. They've been great!

The transfer over to the care team has been smooth and seamless. We had a plumbing problem and it was handled within hours. Great response and excellent vendors.

Typical builder issues be prepared to accept less than what you are told and everything will be fine.

What stood out the most was our construction manager!!! His name is Guy and he made sure our home was completed just the way we wanted it!! We did some give and take and at the end we have the most beautiful home!! Thank you Guy!! Pete & Midge

The house is good but would never use the mortgage company. Use another mortgage company and safe yourself a world of headache and frustration.

While we believed build quality was good, two construction issues occurred after closing. However, Pulte was responsive with correcting them. It was just a big nuisance issue to have repair services coming afterwards to fix them. From sales side, it seemed that anything we asked for was a "no" to do. Pulte will NOT deviate from their spec. However, we found they offered others in community options we were not made aware of. Some people even brought in design ideas from other Pulte communities. We bought at end of build out, so it now seems the idea was to get them sold, built and out, without any special changes or offerings. ... More
