Check all paperwork. Do your walk-through slowly and look at everything and make sure everything works for you. Question all cost and all changes or added work. go slowly. have them fix everything quickly. Make a list of vendors and when and what they do to correct any issues.

Our sales rep always wanted to be helpful and was always pleasant. Unfortunately, we sometimes wondered about her level of familiarity with the product. At the front end, we had to ask LOTS of questions and we would have preferred to have all options presented to us. Had that occurred, we might have purchased additional items; this is especially relevant to the pool - no one was available at the time we had to make pool decision to provide all options. While we believed build quality was good, two construction issues occurred after closing. However, Pulte was responsive with correcting them. It was just a big nuisance issue to have repair services coming afterwards to fix them. From sales side, it seemed that anything we asked for was a "no" to do. Pulte will NOT deviate from their spec. However, we found they offered others in community options we were not made aware of. Some people even brought in design ideas from other Pulte communities. We were told the amenity center would be completed by 1st quarter of 2024. Unfortunately, this isn’t accurate. The amenity center is a year away. Big disappointment. Also, the security gate still isn’t staffed by a guard at night. Why? Many homes are occupied, Pulte! Where is our security? The construction workers need to take more pride in their work. We found that Quality was not as important as selling home and constructing them fast with poor quality and workmanship nothing was done paying attention to detail. Using damaged products and trying to pass them off as new . Painters that could not take the time to take the electric plates off just painting around them and leaving the plate with paint on all the edges...Plumbers not finishing there work in bathroom sinks leaving fittings leaking and faucet knobs lose and turning. Leaving backsplash tiles cut and the edges like razor blades....Doors hung that would pop open when you close ...

The home sale was quick and painless. The issue for me now is the after sale service. It appears now that my requests for service issues is going unanswered. During the sales process, we had an in person meeting with our Pulte/Del Webb. Who stated that they will be a contact if we would ever need an issue resolved again, that service is lacking and going unanswered

Poor quality finish on walls and cabinets, scratches on cabinets, told the were on order to replace, have not heard back. Walls poor finish with paint! Scheduled a meeting for warranty and took afternoon meeting and no one showed up or called saying they were delayed. Not happy!

We have had electrical issues. Half the inside of the home the electric went out. The electricians diagnosed the problem. The roof is leaking and shorting out the electric. We have a call into the roofer and they will not come out till Thursday. We discovered the roof leak on Friday. I have a bucket in my kitchen catching the water. Called Pulte warranty and they do not answer their phone. You need to leave a message. When they finally called us back they hung up on us twice. We are not having a great a great experience. From onset of signing contract and design selection several bate and switch from appliances to utility finished much cheaper product than showcased in the models. Even with upgrades, soft close cabinets were not installed throughout, crown molding purchased not installed throughout, appliances not elevated to the model showcase and excuse after excuse. Lots of promises with zero follow up. Our sales agent left the company and we have no one to talk to as our construction manager was relocated to another site and our quality guy John has not addressed major issues that were reviewed 2 weeks ago. Had a roof leak from day one after the peel and stick was installed in June. Very concerned about mold issues with the wet insulation and blackened OSB board.
