Typical builder issues be prepared to accept less than what you are told and everything will be fine.

Wonderful staff to work with!

What stood out the most was our construction manager!!! His name is Guy and he made sure our home was completed just the way we wanted it!! We did some give and take and at the end we have the most beautiful home!! Thank you Guy!! Pete & Midge

The house is good but would never use the mortgage company. Use another mortgage company and safe yourself a world of headache and frustration.

While we believed build quality was good, two construction issues occurred after closing. However, Pulte was responsive with correcting them. It was just a big nuisance issue to have repair services coming afterwards to fix them. From sales side, it seemed that anything we asked for was a "no" to do. Pulte will NOT deviate from their spec. However, we found they offered others in community options we were not made aware of. Some people even brought in design ideas from other Pulte communities. We bought at end of build out, so it now seems the idea was to get them sold, built and out, without any special changes or offerings. ... More

It was bad timing on our part to purchase a new home in the middle of this Pandemic when materials and labor were in short supply but our Project Manager Dustin did all in his power to keep us as close to schedule as possible

Beautiful homes and very nice communities with lots to do.

We were told everything would be done before our celebration. It was not.

A more thorough walk thru about 1 or 2 weeks after move in to address questions the new owners will have about their new home.

The home is great your staff very helpful. We bought a model and the condition of some things was not kept up to date so dealing with those issues. Also building next door construction debris and damage continues

I was very disappointed that my house was not ready as promised at closing and issues are ongoing 2 months post closing.

Field manager was really great!

Bob, Jordan, and Gianni from sales to building and then follow up, this team was awesome. Bob kept us up to date along with Jordan since we were at distance. Gianni attentive attitude helped in correcting any minor issues to ensure they were resolved quickly.

Jordan was a great project manager.

Bob Moore our sales person was extremely helpful in our purchasing process. He made us feel completely comfortable and not pressured. The clubhouse, the amenities, the pool and the lifestyle director are what drew us to Tidewater.

This is our 4th new home build. From the home model selection with the many, many construction options to the numerous options for materials to be used, I feel that Del Webb has a great system, product and method. Yes, there are some things I would have liked to have as options but I can understand why they have to limit some of the upper end selections. The build process is well done and I feel that all of my needs were addressed. One big thing that was different about this construction process was how clean the job site was. I have never had my tile floors covered after installation before! During my site visits, EVERY worker was considerate and friendly. They really cared about the job they were performing as well as being clean about it! Yes, there are costmetic items that are being added to my “punch list” but that is to be expected after any new construction. Considering my build was right in the middle of the national COVID shutdown, I feel very fortunate that Del Webb has the relationships with suppliers that my construction time line remained as promised. Every phone call with questions to my construction manager was answered in a timely fashion. Communication is important on a “long distance” build. This is the second home I have purchased from Del Webb/ Pulte. This one is fantastic quality & a Good value. Service for any issue has been terrific. Anyone looking for a home should first check on a Del Webb home.

First, our house was well inspected and ready to move in. No blue tape to mark issues with walls, etc. Second, the longer we are in our home, the more we appreciate the quality workmanship and well through out design. This is found in simple things such as the doors opening and closing perfectly. Or the sight lines of the home design. The placement of light switches. The fabulous landscaping. Great outdoor space. And much more. Lastly, we performed an independent inspection of our home for the safety features in case of a hurricane. We were given the highest marks possible for the workmanship and materials used in the construction of our home. We also saved almost $1000 off of our home owners insurance per year. Very good quality home.

The project manager on our home as well as the salesperson were the most responsive, concerned, knowledgeable and courteous team we have every come across in building a new home (This is our 5th new construction home).
