Quantity and lack of pride in workmanship and representation of Pulte VERY POOR

From onset of signing contract and design selection several bate and switch from appliances to utility finished much cheaper product than showcased in the models. Even with upgrades, soft close cabinets were not installed throughout, crown molding purchased not installed throughout, appliances not elevated to the model showcase and excuse after excuse. Timeline for completion took nearly a year after being told likely ten months and actually wanted to push it to fourteen months until complete. I would not do it again. Only do it if you’re only looking for a life style. At some point you will realize it’s not worth it.

The broker in sales department was great.The financing and paper work was the worst I've ever experienced , I would never recommend anyone to use Putle finance department.

Absolutely terrible construction. No follow up on issues. There is no quality.

Lots of promises with zero follow up. Our sales agent left the company and we have no one to talk to as our construction manager was relocated to another site and our quality guy John has not addressed major issues that were reviewed 2 weeks ago. Had a roof leak from day one after the peel and stick was installed in June. Very concerned about mold issues with the wet insulation and blackened OSB board. Roof was repaired but not all tiles were replaced. It is the worst construction experience I ever experienced. The dish washer was not secured to the counter and when opened drops to the ...

We have had an extremely unsatisfactory experience. Jose and john said these issues would be fixed during our closing walk through.. No identified issues have been resolved, despite emails and photographic evidence having been sent to both Jose and John.
