Our purchase experience was simply extraordinary from Catherine our sales rep to Chip who was our construction manager. The word no was not in either one’s vocabulary! They were both there for us every step of the way! Our deepest gratitude is extended to both of these individuals! Thank you guys!

This is my first time with the Del Webb building experience and an experience it was from design to completion. Outer walls are prebuilt and arrived on a flatbed truck then the house is assembled on foundation. I was impressed with the efficiency in which the house was constructed from start to finish.

Other than the mortgage company, our experience has been great Our sales person, Catherine, and foreman, Jay, have been honest, helpful and responsive. Issues with new build, and there always are, have been taken care of quickly and professionally

I highly recommend Del Webb because of the wonderful staff. Cindy was our salesperson and she was phenomenal to work with. In preparing our home for move in Chip was efficient and thorough in getting everything ready for our move in day. Truly a wonderful home buying experience at Del Webb.

While I really like my community, Pulte has not been a good steward in the entire process. The Pulte mortgage company was extremely misleading and insulting. The home buying process is a bit deceptive and they reel you in with lots of incentives which end up costing you more. My best advice is DO NOT CLOSE on your house until you really are sure everything is perfect because Pulte will deny any responsibility after you close. It will always be “not our problem!” I would not ever buy from Pulte again.

Spencer was on top of his game with weekly updates and photos of the process. We closed on the date he gave us when we initially walked the property with him. This was our best experience building a home.

I could not be happier with my experience. My sales person Ian was professional, efficient and helpful. The design center made everything easy, as did Pulte Mortgage. My construction manager Crandall was the best. Love my new Prestige home.

On the sales side we had a serious issue with our salesman wherein we requested no futher communication with him. Never heard from the useless district manager although he was aware of the issue. Construction managment was terrible. Over Promise and underdeliver was the norm. There was no earned trust. I was told things were done and they weren't. Blatant lying. There was no supervision of the subs with no standard for quality workmanship. Construction managment accepted garbage as long as there were no compliants or no one picked up the defect. We were blessed with Spencer as our builder. He was quality oriented, knowledgeable, responsive, accessible, timely and most congenial. We recommend him highly. We have built many homes as my husband was a luxury custom home builder. We were completely satisfied with the Pulte product and the entire experience.

We enjoyed working with everyone we encountered with Del Webb and Pulte. From the sales person to the design consultant, to the construction manager, each person was professional, friendly, and accommodating to our requests. We would recommend others to purchase from Del Webb.

Please read all of this. We were so excited to build our new home with Pulte once we chose Del Webb Nocatee. The Sales Representative that helped us (Cynthia) is a great ambassador for your company. She was informative, replied quickly to questions that came up and lead us through the process in a very professional manner. We can't say enough good things about her! The same applies to the person we met with during the Design Meeting when we chose the finishes for the home. She was very good at her job and provided a great experience for us. Where Pulte fell short was during the building process. There was a HUGE lack of oversight by the building managers, and the management over the building managers, to hold the various trades accountable. We were so excited to see the home for "Step 8" of your 10 Step process and we left that day completely deflated and couldn't believe what we got ourselves into. The Construction Manager walked us through the home with a roll of blue tape and a roll of green tape to mark off the areas and items that needed to be fixed and/or repaired. They were also noted on a sheet of paper. I was shocked at the number of items we marked and shocked at the overall poor craftsmanship of the improvements that were not completed in a workman like manner. There were bowed walls, moldings that weren't level and overruns that didn't create right angles at corners, poorly patched holes, a huge open gash in the drywall above the cabinets in the laundry room, walls that hadn't been painted correctly, a massive uneven seam in the kitchen counter top,,,,there is a lot more, the list goes on. It was very apparent the Construction Managers didn't review the poor craftsmanship of the various trades to ensure the work was completed correctly. We were assured the items that were noted during "Step 8" would be fixed before "Steps 9 & 10" the following week. When we returned the follow week for the " Celebration" walkthrough almost all of the tape had been removed from the walls and cabinets and the home was presented to us as if all of the work had been completed to fix the flaws and damaged items. Almost nothing had been fixed including the big open gash in the drywall above the cabinets in the laundry room. Your construction management clearly didn't perform oversight of the various trades you used by not holding them accountable. They obviously didn't review their work otherwise they would have called them back in. My job was to wire in just over $1,200,000 cash at the close. My job wasn't to walk through the house during "Step 8" to tape off an alarming number of construction and improvement deficiencies in EVERY room. The Construction Manager was apologizing profusely during "Steps 8 & 9". Both the Construction and his manager indicated I would be receiving an email to leave a review and asked me not to perform the review until all of the items were fixed. If they were that concerned about the review they should have done their jobs and held the various trades accountable prior to "Step 8". The tail end of your "10 Step" process was troubling. I will never buy another Pulte home again and I will discourage anyone from buying a home built by Pulte. We are still discovering issues 2.5 months after the close. As some of the trades came through to fix items after the close, they shared information about the frustration some of our new neighbors were experiencing as well. You have a serious flaw in your business model and it falls squarely on the construction oversight segment. These folks need some training to provide a better experience for future buyers and to also limit your financial liability. If you've already given them the proper training, you might want to think about getting different people. Future buyers deserve better. Again, Cynthia in sales was great. The person that helped us during the design session was amazing and there is one other person I haven't discussed yet. Vadim is handling all of the post close warranty issues and he has been awesome to work with. His replies are prompt, informative and he is a great asset for your company. Kudos to all 3 of them and you are lucky to have them with your company. They deserve raises. All of the rating reviews would have been 4 and mostly 5 stars if it had not been for the lack of oversight by your construction crew. From the selection and designing steps to the construction and closing, the entire journey was smooth, professionally managed, with clear communication and updates throughout the process. The community is welcoming and well maintained.

I keep finding electrical plugs that don’t work. Builder responsive but I should not have to deal with it. Caulking and in chipped tiles bathrooms. Window in laundry room doesn’t close. Sliding class door won’t always lock, etc

Very happy with everything. Everyone was very welcoming and very helpful with the process of buying and moving into my new house. Would recommend Del Webb Wildlight to everyone i know and who is looking to buy.

We have been very impressed with all aspects of the home buying process. Ian, our Sales rep, was great, very knowledgeable and always quick to respond when we had questions. The team at the Design Center was quick to made meaningful suggestions. Our builder, Niko, was very responsive when we had questions and ensured a great product.

My shower had to be reinstalled three times before the floor was graded properly, and the tile placements were corrected. The windows are not squared off. A lot of the walls are not squared off overall there does not seem to be pride in the workmanship of the workers. Most recently The VIDEO DOORBELL was a terrible install job. Trying to find out who to contact is a nightmare and to take ownership of fixing things is not very expedient if at all. Unwillingness to accommodate the buyers request for minor things that could save the buyer thousands of dollars is ignored. All you get is a flat no it can’t be done. Such as putting in a shower rail with a hand held sprayer. Because Pulte would not allow an accommodation when the walls were exposed it will cost me a few thousand dollars. You are not given many choices on some things at the design center. The community is lovely but there seems to be a lot of in fighting which is scary as a new buyer. The clubhouse is also very nice. The restaurant food needs to be improved and less salty if they want to stay in business. The wire systems in the closets are hideous. We should have gotten an opportunity to upgrade at a reasonable price. The workmanship of the drop zone looks a high school kid made it in woodshop. The wood is rough on the whole thing. Pulte, you could and should do better and price gouge your senior buyers. ... More

materials offered are low-medium quality and limited in options. high-end materials (e.g., fully finished kitchen cabinets) are not available.

We have found that the total quality of the home build to be subpar. I believe the reason for this is the quality of work done by your contractors and sub-cotrators. Their should be better inspection of their work and attention to details of the home build.

Originally set high expectations and did not deliver. This is the 4th new home we've built and unfortunately this is the poorest quality of any of them.

From start to finish building our home in Del Webb Saint Johns has been a wonderful experience. Zachary who sold us the house was amazing walking us through everything we needed to know about the process and keeping us informed along the way. The design staff was also great helping us pick out just the right fixtures, tiles, etc for our taste. And Bryan our construction manager was right on top of things. He communicated & sent us pictures often to keep us informed of how things were going. We were in our house sooner than we thought & it is absolutely beautiful. Niko was great to work with. Communication was on time and very responsive. During walkthroughs he was very attentive and even pointing out issues we may have missed. Very thorough in explaining the process.
