Your closing will be moved several times due to a shortage of supplies and people. Field Supervisor is assigned too many homes to give personalized attention and communication as they would like. Hire your own cleaning service, because it will not be up to your standards. Del Webb does not do a good job in providing information about the surrounding community- Hospital, post office, urgent care, grocery stores, etc. majority of staff are nice, friendly, dedicated, working through a very difficult time In the construction industry,

Our experience with the field manager was excellent. We were always kept updated on our progress and the responsiveness has been outstanding. The only issue with the builder is that they should the house required too many upgrades to make it acceptable. Maybe you should increase the base price and include the most popular upgrades. By now you should have gathered enough stats on the subject to adjust the packaging..

Disappointed with Landscape Design

Overall I am satisfied with the condo. The most disappointing aspect of the purchase was that I paid a lot premium to have a view of a pond. Unortunately, they planted a mature magnolia tree directly in front of the dining room window which obstructs my view of the pond.

I was disappointed that it seems that after the trades have completed the task that their supervisors are not checking quality and functionality. Things like doors that do not close property (screen door), doors that did not lock, (like the screen and sliders), the a/c did not blow cold air, and initially when writing Warrantee Jax about it I received no response. If it was not for Ben from Pulti stepping in I am unsure it would have been completed.

The condo is overall great. My one gripe is that the floors were dirty at the time of closing and hid construction debris stuck to the grout and tile floors which I could not get out afterwards. Their warranty department is responding but only after aggressive follow up (staying on them). It is unfair of the builders to expect the buyer to find every imperfection in the house during a couple of walk throughs. You need at least 2 weeks after moving in. After closing, the attitude of the builder has been "well, you signed the closing papers, now it's your problem". Judging by the degree ...

I had great difficulty getting a closing date for my new condo purchase. I had a home to sell and had to pass up a good offer because I didn't know when my closing date would be for my condo. I ended up accepting an offer that was a lot below the offer I had to pass on.

I do like what I ended up with, but looking back, this is an overpriced product. Pulte has builder level product, builder level quality, which I can get at any Home Depot. My expectations for the price I paid were much higher. Based on stories from others in our neighborhood, I feel very lucky with the sales person and construction supervisor we had - both were excellent in my opinion.

No oversight on workmanship leading to many problems which should not have passed. Still waiting on some items to be fixed. The HOA fees went up $70 per mo. right after moving in. Many HOA issues like cafe losing 50 cents on $1. Very limited seating indoors and out. Kitchen too small to serve enough people. Monthly food & beverage increased to $80. The finish work was probably the worst I have experienced. They didn't finish the items prior to closing. Doors are damaged, stove burner doesn't work, dishwasher had problems etc. There are several items not completed and it is a nightmare trying to get them back in.

Delm Webb has a great reputation but the workmanship and fitgnish work especially is terrible. Production houses have subcontractors with little or not Q/c except the customer service reps who are responsive and well intentioned but overwhelmed. If you want to live in a home being adjusted to various issues, things will eventually get done. Not fun at age 77 with some health issues. BUT still glad we bought just disappointed with initial work

Three weeks ago it was reported by the construction manager that my gutter downspout diverter was not installed. He sent a message to have this issue address. As of this day it has not been resolved. The soil is being washed out from underneath my lanai and from underneath the sod. The sod looks fine until it is stepped on. I further reported that it is now unsafe. Someone can break an ankle or a leg and the potential for structural damage is not far off. I received a don’t worry the column is sunken. I want my new home repaired. NOW!! If Pulte wants a better review then take care of this.

Everyone that I've dealt with has been friendly, courteous and professional. Ben Haley, Kerry Fulford, and Priya Patel have been great to work with. Lots of issues but I blame that on problems that are outside the control of the builders. That being said it was still a stressful and difficult time, glad to be in my home however.

In general, the experience was OK. There were options that were not available when we purchased our home. It would have been nice to have these options available. The quality of the work is good, however, a wider garage would be nice. A little tight for two cars on the two car garage. We have been here for a little over three months, just one issue so far. Hopefully no more. The landscaping is very nice.

What you see in model (and we don't mean the upgrades) doesn't necessarily represent what you get as a final product quality. Also, be, be aware this builder does not adjust grading after you purchase so be sure to be accept the grading on the lot you select. Finally, be ready to be nickeled and dimed for things that you would assume would be part of a "Luxury Builder"

We had a bad experience with the PULTI Mortgage rep while working on financing. He would never call us back or answer questions. Then when it was getting close to the closing, the closing company actually was able to get everything figured out. Thank Goodness! Learning all the different websites and how to enter complaints/work request took us a bit. (still learning). This is the hardest thing. We have had plants die.
