Three weeks ago it was reported by the construction manager that my gutter downspout diverter was not installed. He sent a message to have this issue address. As of this day it has not been resolved. The soil is being washed out from underneath my lanai and from underneath the sod. The sod looks fine until it is stepped on. I further reported that it is now unsafe. Someone can break an ankle or a leg and the potential for structural damage is not far off. I received a don’t worry the column is sunken. I want my new home repaired. NOW!! If Pulte wants a better review then take care of this.

The finish work was probably the worst I have experienced. They didn't finish the items prior to closing. Doors are damaged, stove burner doesn't work, dishwasher had problems etc. There are several items not completed and it is a nightmare trying to get them back in.

Oversight of construction is minimal. Poor quality. Production homes that are constructed too quickly. High price for low quality materials.

Everyone that I've dealt with has been friendly, courteous and professional. Ben Haley, Kerry Fulford, and Priya Patel have been great to work with. Lots of issues but I blame that on problems that are outside the control of the builders. That being said it was still a stressful and difficult time, glad to be in my home however.

We had a bad experience with the PULTI Mortgage rep while working on financing. He would never call us back or answer questions. Then when it was getting close to the closing, the closing company actually was able to get everything figured out. Thank Goodness! Learning all the different websites and how to enter complaints/work request took us a bit. (still learning). This is the hardest thing. We have had plants die. It was obvious it was not going to be completed o time, but they would not give me an accurate date until I made a lot of noise. I lived in a previous Del Webb and everything seemed just a little better. While the house was as agreed, it seems that every corner was taken to minimize costs. Quality of the materials were not as expected. Nothing wrong, but not up to the Del Webb standards.

Nocatee Del Webb is a sweet spot in NE Florida! Because of that it was rather frustrating to purchase and build. After a very long process… I have to say we’re very happy with our new Del Webb home!

The trim carpentry was poor in some spots. The paint job and chaulking was sloppy. The final cleaning was just OK certainly not real thorough.

The quality of workmanship is excellent. And the price is reasonable. The Pulte Field Manager is exceptional and responds to any concerns/complaints. There was one issue. I do not believe the sales representative was upfront with us before closing. He did not let us know there would not be a refrigerator included in the price of the home. Even the sales brochure implied there would be a refrigerator. Some would say we should have known a refrigerator would not be included. However there is no need to obscure this fact from new buyers. Let's have full disclosure.

Home was not finished at closing. Floors were paint and stucco spattered. Promises on follow through for cleaning and repairs were not met in timely fashion.

What you see in model (and we don't mean the upgrades) doesn't necessarily represent what you get as a final product quality. Also, be, be aware this builder does not adjust grading after you purchase so be sure to be accept the grading on the lot you select. Finally, be ready to be nickeled and dimed for things that you would assume would be part of a "Luxury Builder"

They changed project managers about a month before completion. Created a communication problem. 2nd PM didn’t know what the 1st PM had committed which was a problem.

Biggest issue I have is the quality of the tile installation. I paid for the very best tile throughout the home and when I arrived just prior to closing I noticed numerous issues with the tile layout, grout work was very bad, and there are numerous areas where the tile is not level with adjacent tile causing me to trip.

I’ve been in my home for 7 weeks. I love my home but it’s taken awhile to get here. I believe there can be an improvement in coordination and communication. For the price I paid, I expected a cleaner more customer focused attitude throughout the construction of my home. I needed to escalate many issues three levels above my field contact. He got everything done and more importantly he took ownership until the issues were resolved. That is a priceless character and I truly appreciate his involvement!

First, love the location and folks in eTown Del Webb are very friendly. The building experience was OK. Our home was delayed which did not shock us but it also sat with no work being done on it for several weeks which was very frustrating. The superintendent we had is no longer with Pulte and the new supers seem to be much better. We feel the quality of the home should and could be better for the price. Pulte needs stronger quality control and higher expectations from their subs. Believe me, I know how hard it is to find workers but if they would hold them to a higher standard and ...
