The presentations were cordial, the environment was relaxing and inviting and all the models were stunning. However the finished product was less than a close second or third with respect to the build quality and craftsmanship associated with the final product. Every opportunity was available to execute at a high level however the results are mediocre at best, tainted with indifference and apathy of the trades and builders. There needs to be a higher level of expectation and oversight from management.

The cabinet people had to come up many times to fix the cabinets as they kept falling apart front door had to be fixed because it would not close unless it was locked one of the closet doors was cut wrong Sliding glass door did not work properly had to come out and repaint numerous times what is the date for the end started dying the builder was not very good to work with

Building a house during a pandemic & supply chain issues presents a unique set of challenges, but there is no excuse for lack of communication. Pulte started more homes than they could handle. Crews get paid by the job so they rush from one house aka job to the next. Needless to say, there’s a lot of sloppy work. Our home took about 5-6 months longer than others started at the same time. The cabinet company used is horrible. After 1 month we are still trying to get issues addressed that would take a handyman a few hours. Workers just don’t show up. And we are doing a lot better than others ...

Dont expect much from Pulte. donot get upgrades, because they will not honor them in a timely manner, even if ordered 10 months out. It has nothing to do with supply delays. No communications unless you become a pitbull. It is extremely exhausting to deal with. I have had nothing but issues prior to close, during close and after close. A month after closing, still working on issues.

Everyone that I've dealt with has been friendly, courteous and professional. Ben Haley, Kerry Fulford, and Priya Patel have been great to work with. Lots of issues but I blame that on problems that are outside the control of the builders. That being said it was still a stressful and difficult time, glad to be in my home however.

Well the community the people living there the amenities are great but the building process is very disappointing brace yourselves for a lot of frustration .

Its been weeks since Warranty was advised about many items that need correcting and very few have been addressed. The finishing work in the house was not good many items were not correctly done.

The whole building process went very smooth for me. My building manager did a really good job of keeping me informed on things. The only negative I have is that once you close, you are kind of forgotten. I've been in for over five weeks and I still have a list of small things that need to be done - and several touch up paint issues.

1. We purchased the option to upgrade to Kitchen Aid appliances in our gourmet kitchen. Issue our Kitchen Aid the DW and Cook top are in the warranty garage since Feb 15 according to our construction manager Jack Mead. 2. We bid and paid $110K for our lot. The pool company installed our back fence 5ft inside property line, left side one foot inside property line. Landscaping and sprinkler system installed prior to fence install

Overall we have been very pleased with our new home. Like all new construction, there have been a few issues - mostly minor- that have been or are in the process of being addressed. Del Webb has done a good job in managing the supply chain and covid related personnel issues which have tested all of us in these difficult times.

My realitor was great and worked with me the entire process. I love my neighbors and the community. The workmanship, however, needs major improvement. January was the month to have all repairs addressed...still waiting. We flooded within a week after move in. The plumber didn't tighten the pipes and the dishwasher knocked it loose. Upgraded cabinets, cheaply made, cracked tiles, crooked counter, and more. Our Pulte Rep is trying. But actually having someone show up to fo the repairs, is another story. We are happy to have moved here, but disappointed in the builder.

More interested in stock price today instead of customer satisfaction for the future of the name brand. sloppiness...lack of attention...Of all the Pulte people I've met only one (that had nothing to do with my home) referred to me as "the customer"

Run, don't walk. They will leave you with an unfinished house. They must be a company going down the tubes since they're ONLY interested in selling as many houses as quick as they can. They are NOT in any way the old Del Webb. They will ruin your retirement experience>
