Home was not where it should have been for final walkthrough. Too many issues still to be addressed and corrected and fixed. Once these are corrected, we will be happy with our new home.

1. We purchased the option to upgrade to Kitchen Aid appliances in our gourmet kitchen. Issue our Kitchen Aid the DW and Cook top are in the warranty garage since Feb 15 according to our construction manager Jack Mead. 2. We bid and paid $110K for our lot. The pool company installed our back fence 5ft inside property line, left side one foot inside property line. Landscaping and sprinkler system installed prior to fence install

Need to visit often to keep the project moving

Overall we have been very pleased with our new home. Like all new construction, there have been a few issues - mostly minor- that have been or are in the process of being addressed. Del Webb has done a good job in managing the supply chain and covid related personnel issues which have tested all of us in these difficult times.

Top notch on site management

The sales staff is tremendous. The warranty department is very responsive and follow up is great. Amenities are heads up over other builders I’ve looked at. I love my new home

My realitor was great and worked with me the entire process. I love my neighbors and the community. The workmanship, however, needs major improvement. January was the month to have all repairs addressed...still waiting. We flooded within a week after move in. The plumber didn't tighten the pipes and the dishwasher knocked it loose. Upgraded cabinets, cheaply made, cracked tiles, crooked counter, and more. Our Pulte Rep is trying. But actually having someone show up to fo the repairs, is another story. We are happy to have moved here, but disappointed in the builder.

Run, don't walk. They will leave you with an unfinished house. They must be a company going down the tubes since they're ONLY interested in selling as many houses as quick as they can. They are NOT in any way the old Del Webb. They will ruin your retirement experience>

I think everything was well planned, and the quality of the homes is excellent.

our house was delivered on time. We are now proud to be owners. Prior to this, we would like to cite the exeptional process that were taken to expedite the sale i.e from scratch to Deeds Of Title and of course kudos to all of the people who helped us all the way.

We lived out of state at the time that our home was being built. There was a lack of communication in general. Compared to other builders we have used the workmanship is poor. There is a consistent "that's industry standard" response to issues we identified both before and after closing that we know based on experience are not true or should be exceeded to produce a quality product. Post closing repairs of problems are not addressed in a timely manner and are yet to be completed. I would not recommend Pulte as a builder.

Be aware of base pricing increases when in the discussion phase prior to signing. Base price increases were almost weekly and sales dept was surprised and not able to hold. Even the posted brochure, w/ pricing, in the model became outdated. Know that the home pricing Excludes the land. Land- we had to blind bid for top 3 of 5 lots in a lottery. Totally insane even with current housing environment. Lastly, what builder does not include gutters in the base price? $3.500 upgrade.

Lies. Does not finish jobs on time. Often no show. Often does not respond to us leaving us up in the air. We were given multiple deadlines and ultimately paid a full month mortgage for an house that we could not move into. Pressured to close by Field Manager's boss. Promises made to us and not kept. No integrity.

Sales person was great. She kept us well informed throughout the process and addressed our questions promptly.

There is a list of 40 damaged or improperly finished items in our house. With our last house house build, there were not issues with EVERY single surface: poorly painted walls; stained carpet; scuffed baseboards; horribly finished drop-zone; filthy and stained pool; damaged drainpipes; marks in bathtubs; chipped tile; damaged cabinets; missing shelves; roof issues; garage floor unable to park on for 2 months; garage doors missing insulation; no refrigerator; dryer that doesn't heat; pocket door and slider damaged; windows that don't lock; damaged pavers; hole in screen door; exterior and front door needing paint; slab honeycombing; grading of yard needed; all interior doors roughly cut; electric problems; and a water heater that doesn't supply hot enough water which means tepid baths! ... Very impressed with the models and the sales people. Very disappointed in the quality of workmanship and the response time in trying to get repairs done due to closing being rushed. Shortcuts were taken. Issues with painters, plumbers and electricians

Del Webb/Pulte made it pretty easy to buy a lot and home. After a down payment, no other funds were due until closing, unlike other more conventional construction loans. I did have to put some additional money down on the pool and finishes we chose. Communications was not good at first, but got better as construction moved along. Direct communication with my project manager was very helpful. The homes are expensive, but nice, as is the Del Webb community. After closing, there were a number of small issues that the QC team addressed quickly. Having the builder handle your pool (will require additional down payment) and fencing will make these items more expensive, as opposed to direct communication with contractors and having them built later. When planning your move, whatever the salesman tells you your anticipated closing date is, be prepared to add 2-3 months to that estimate, especially if the builder handles your pool for you. Also, as of 2021-2022 it could take 2-4 months for furniture to be delivered once ordered. Overall, good experience. I feel that the building process was too rushed towards the end so that we could move into our homes ASAP and consequently, workmanship suffered.

Overall good experience. Project manager Ben was very helpful and responsive to questions and issues.

The initial sales experience was positive. Be prepared to spend time and concentration up front on your design decisions. Be prepared for some delays and adjustments during construction given the current environment in home building and design, Have a plan for closing delays.

Other than the slow response to a few issues, we are very pleased.
