Pulte bit off more than they can chew. Our salesman was great. The house was not ready by the closing date we were given. When we discovered the bathroom light switch was not installed as it should have been we asked for it to be done per the blueprint, and were told " no you have to suck it up" It has been a month the th I ngs they were supposed to fix are still not done. Very disappointing overall.

Material Supply shortages and higher than usual demand caused many delays with the construction process. I'm happy with the final produce but 5 month delay in the construction timing.

The overall high quality of the building and materials.

Way to many items that had to be addressed after delivery. Building foreman should have seen these problems and addressed then while building. This is the poorest built home we have owned inn10 homes.

Great floorplans, amenities and exceptional Pulte staff in both sales and field management! SALES: We enjoyed working with our sales agent who was the most responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and caring from the models' visits to the house delivery. CONSTRUCTION: our Field Manager was very persistent in tracking construction progress and anticipating mistakes. Pandemic constraints on skilled labor and supply chain created difficult conditions and lead to many delays and construction defects. However our Field Manager had a superior focus and dedication to make it RIGHT for the customer. He acknowledged and guided the constructions teams to fix every issues that he, we or our inspectors identified. Once I got a new project manager, the build ran smoothly with constant communication which I so appreciated.

Every single person I worked with in the buying, design, building and closing process was extremely personable, responsive and went out of their way to make things happen. Due to unusual market situations, there were disappointing delays but in each and every case they kept me up to date and never made unrealistic promises. It was well worth the wait- I could not be more pleased with the house. We closed with a few details still to be completed but they are in the process of getting those done now- so much better to be in the house while waiting for a few minor things to be addressed. Our impression at the outset was that Pulte was a quality builder. We soon found out to the contrary, Use of what appeared to be exceptionally unskilled labor, poor finishing, painting quality a disgrace, doors sticking to frames, 7 out of 11 window blinds don't fit, landscaping and sodding appalling. That's just a few of the problems we are experiencing.

Field Manager Jack is great, kind, carrying, helpful, knowledgeable and highly professional.

They try to do a good job. Many of the subcontractors are not reliable and you really need to stay on top of them for many items. Also, I think they are overworked. I also think some of the products they use are not of high quality which may force us to re-do many items in the house.

There are some good people working for Del Webb and there are some that are really not very good. It takes a long time for them to make needed personnel changes. In general, the sales team is not very good and makes promises that cannot be fulfilled. The onsite building managers are very uneven. Some try hard, others are awful and just saying it is a supply chain issue doesn't cut it because when a new, competent on site manager comes in, things start to happen.

Great people to work with in buying home.

We settled on sept 9. I’m still waiting for warranty work to be completed. No one will respond to me when I call to see what’s happening. Very frustrating.

Del Webb / Pulte Homes is a good company for sure but like ALL big builders, they look for ways to cut cost and in my opinion, sometimes they go to far. We like our home but wish we had more choices for simple upgrades such as a better quality paint upgrade and a trade up version of the tankless water system. The overall experience was good and we are happy but the builder could improve the customer experience side of the process. Yes, we like Del Webb eTown and yes we like our home!

I have a beautiful home but needed somethings addressed and our Field manager was on it. I love the amenities and people in my community.

This was our first-time building. As we raised our concerns, our field manager pretty much consistently dismissed us and didn't address the issues. The landscaping was unacceptable for many reasons-didn't matter that we weren't satisfied. To be fair the Warranty department is great, responsive in a timely manner, and motivated to correct the issues.

Quality of workmanship below average. Still finding issues every week. Warranty team not very responsive.

Great quality and amenities in the area

Good process to pick out and plan our home, but after closing it seems we are forgotten. We have several items we annotated prior to closing that were not right, but here we are a month and a half later and no correction.

Your closing will be moved several times due to a shortage of supplies and people. Field Supervisor is assigned too many homes to give personalized attention and communication as they would like. Hire your own cleaning service, because it will not be up to your standards. Del Webb does not do a good job in providing information about the surrounding community- Hospital, post office, urgent care, grocery stores, etc. majority of staff are nice, friendly, dedicated, working through a very difficult time In the construction industry,
