I don’t know where to start. From beginning to end even a novice could see multiple issues. No consistency in stud spacing, walls are not secure and can be visibly seen shaking when doors are shut, uneven walls, paint appears to be cut with water, concrete floor covered in scraps and dirt and floor placed over t and walls painted with dirt on them, issues raised with manager and very little correction generally too late, have pics of dirty shoe prints on countertops, even small options like moving an electric socket denied as not one of our options, items on pre close punch list still not ...

We are closed over a month house not completed or even cleaned. We had to do touch up paint and cleaning ourselves to start moving in three weeks post closing.

Lies. Does not finish jobs on time. Often no show. Often does not respond to us leaving us up in the air. We were given multiple deadlines and ultimately paid a full month mortgage for an house that we could not move into. Pressured to close by Field Manager's boss. Promises made to us and not kept. No integrity.

Other builders should know that Iif they fine-tune their empathy and understanding and kindness for the buyers in the building process, they will be head and shoulders ahead of Pulte Builders

I know that you will never publish my review, so I won’t bother. Entire experience was horrible . Example: I closed 7 weeks ago and nothing on punch list has been corrected.

Dont expect much from Pulte. donot get upgrades, because they will not honor them in a timely manner, even if ordered 10 months out. It has nothing to do with supply delays. No communications unless you become a pitbull. It is extremely exhausting to deal with. I have had nothing but issues prior to close, during close and after close. A month after closing, still working on issues.

1. We purchased the option to upgrade to Kitchen Aid appliances in our gourmet kitchen. Issue our Kitchen Aid the DW and Cook top are in the warranty garage since Feb 15 according to our construction manager Jack Mead. 2. We bid and paid $110K for our lot. Run, don't walk. They will leave you with an unfinished house. They must be a company going down the tubes since they're ONLY interested in selling as many houses as quick as they can. They are NOT in any way the old Del Webb. They will ruin your retirement experience>

Don’t expect quality in a Del Webb Home

The quality of materials and workmanship are surprisingly poor given the price we paid ( $460,000) for our Del Webb house. They market brand names such as Kitchen Aid and Sherwin Williams paint, but the actual product from these vendors are their low grade lines. The paint is so poor and thinly applied it will rub off if you try to clean a mark off the wall. They use plastic fasciae and roof trim that rattles in the slightest wind. General sales manager agreed to gratis crown molding. Nothing written down. Now she doesn’t remember. Plus, they never return calls or messages. I’d call and text daily. I was told to stop harassing her with calls. My entire block is dissatisfied.

Awful. I had to be hospitalized and checked myself a day early based on Pulte’s pressuring me. I did a walk through and didn’t notice corrections to be made. Now they want to walk away.

Inexperienced, poor communication, minimal follow up on the Sub-contractor's performance (poorly trained) and then resigned from the company without notice to Matt O. or myself, leaving a major void in the building process and delay in its completion. His replacement Tim, was not familiar with our project's history, and only handled the final walk-through, which further delayed us getting to the "promised land". This was the worst experience I have ever had building a home. Huge company building for Del Webb where everything is sub contracted out. No pride in workmanship. Things are slapped together and beat up. Constantly pointing out how bad things were. Look through a home that’s built vs. a model home. You definitely don’t get what you pay for.
