Excellent home purchase experience with Del Webb sales and superintendent personnel. Very professional, personable, and knowledgeable.

We haven't moved in yet, still in NJ selling our house - some items - we had to pay for grab bar in shower $350 - senior comm shoud be free. Door in birdcage Lanai drags on patio and screws missing in back of Lanai at bottom - guys who installed should come back and fix. Too early to tell about lawn - looks bad - neighbors on each side not hapy!

Not always perfect in execution, but trustworthy and 100 percent well-intentioned.

Very happy with our new home and especially this area in Florida. Everything we need (shopping , restaurants) and more. Amenities here at Del Webb are first class and everyone here seems happy with the new lifestyle as are we.

Lots of issues with being blocked in and not able to get in and out of my driveway.

The quality of workmanship is excellent. And the price is reasonable. The Pulte Field Manager is exceptional and responds to any concerns/complaints. There was one issue. I do not believe the sales representative was upfront with us before closing. He did not let us know there would not be a refrigerator included in the price of the home. Even the sales brochure implied there would be a refrigerator. Some would say we should have known a refrigerator would not be included. However there is no need to obscure this fact from new buyers. Let's have full disclosure.

Cheap materials and workmanship; walk through more like a drive by; why bother asking when you don't respond to your respondents?

No flexibility

Not enough flexibility. Designer at design center provided different rules between different buyers.

Be careful about upgrades. Those are pricey and not the best value for money

Our house project manager was an A+. Other than that Average is what it is

Overall satisfaction. Our field manager has been very responsive to any problems that cropped up and there have been a few. Lots of home construction going on in the Northeast Florida area and contractors are hard to deal with when they have plenty of work. I understand that, but when you but a new home you want perfection. Overall we are satisfied. Probably more than satisfied because Del Webb gives great value.

Would never willingly buy a Pulte home because they use the cheapest possible materials to save them money. However, if you want to live in a 55 and older community they have you. They are definitely about Quantity over Quality. Very slow to fix things so make sure EVERYTHING is completed prior to closing because they are very slow to return. They certainly take the fun out of buying new construction.

No doubt we will never regret our move to Del Webb. The Pulte team provided complete contact information for all services in their impressive Homeowner's Guide. Furthermore, many key people anticipated our questions and concerns , even those we had not considered. They visited us early on to ensure everything was going smoothly.. The Riverwood community has welcomed us with open arms and many fun invitations. We are excited about years of cycling with wide, safe paths, playing ping pong with new friends, pickle ball, golf, and much, much more. Maybe we discovered Camelot or closest thing to it. Expect no followup from Pulte Builders in this Del Webb community. This Del Webb community in Ponte Vedra is lovely and full of amenities, but our entire building process with Pulte has been disappointing and stressful

House is solidly built. However, finish limitations are very onerous. Warranty responsiveness is acceptable.

This is the second Del Webb home we have owned. The first was in California. Overall, the quality of the homes is at a very high level. However, with our new home, a few things seem sub-standard for Del Webb quality. One is the landscaping in the front . Some homes were "lucky" enough to get 3 palm trees (we were given no choices). Some of us got none. Instead we got little scrubby trees and shrubs with no color in the design. UGLY!! Very inconsistent quality. Many neighbors plan to install all new trees and plants. The second issue is the quality of the wall paint inside the home. We have owned many homes and never encountered such low quality paint. It is not at all washable or even wipeable. If you touch it with water, it dissolves immediately. It's like chalk. We are very unhappy with it. Why would anyone put such shabby paint in these nice homes? These homes are at the top of the market for square footage price! Finally, the warranty process is really slow to respond and even slower to resolve problems with the new construction. You have to send repeated requests to even get a response. Then someone just comes out to talk to you. That has happened twice now. Our neighbor next door, who has been here several months longer than we have, says, "There is no warranty!" Our last Del Webb home was pre-owned. Repairs have been slow, if at all at this point. Still waiting on repairs to be perform. Some construction is very good but other installations are poorly done (shade installed 8 inches short, kitchen shelves that collapse).

I am a disappointed that I can hear walking from the unit above me. I was told that the "great" construction would prevent that. I may need to move. Not great responses from follow up work.

Love Del Webb! Living the dream!

I downsized to the smallest model and I love it..more than enough room. So pleasant to live with active seniors and to have so many activities to choose from. Change can be hard but so glad I did this.

we have absolutely no complaints. We are grateful for the smooth process!
