Love Del Webb! Living the dream!

I downsized to the smallest model and I love it..more than enough room. So pleasant to live with active seniors and to have so many activities to choose from. Change can be hard but so glad I did this.

we have absolutely no complaints. We are grateful for the smooth process!

Sloppy work in finishing details such as drywall, paint, caulk and cabinetry. However my field manager and punch list contact was very responsive and agreed with my observations. Call backs for repairs would be far less if attention to detail was noted during building and each contractor performed work more responsibly.

Workmanship is below average. Warranty is the worst I have experienced among builders. Submitted several warranty requests and received either no response at all or a very slow response. WIll no choose Pulte again. Title company that represents Pulte Homes in Orlando had incompetent individuals who were not even able to answer questions the legal description. In fact, they recorded several deeds with incorrect legal and had to file for corrective deed later on.

Lot backs up to 2 1/2 miles of conservation then inter-coastal waterway.

Much thought needs to be done UP FRONT before signing to build in an age restricted property. There are limited options. Little can be changed. There are no grab bars provided in showers/baths. Landscaping is atrocious with sod thrown down every which way leaving potholes that you can break your ankle in. Site foreman are so-so. All promise Arpege.....but deliver toilet water. Our front shutters are painted 2 different colors. If you want to buy properly, you need to be here all day long to witness what's going on during construction. . We found children doing internal painting. The Pulte community is great, the sales people terrific, but construction aspect is a real bummer and results in costly post purchase modifications. ... The quality of materials and workmanship are surprisingly poor given the price we paid ( $460,000) for our Del Webb house. They market brand names such as Kitchen Aid and Sherwin Williams paint, but the actual product from these vendors are their low grade lines. The paint is so poor and thinly applied it will rub off if you try to clean a mark off the wall. They use plastic fasciae and roof trim that rattles in the slightest wind. The interior doors are primarily made of cardboard and fit poorly in the casing. The so called premium cabinets are poorly made. We have had the cabinet vendor out seven times replacing poorly crafted doors and the doors are still damaged. The interior walls are wavy. Our neighbors experience many of our problems as well as others unique to them. The process to have Pulte correct items is frustrating and time consuming. I have had to submit repair request at least three times for a repair and am up to my sixth request for several items. Del Webb is a nice concept, but the homes built by Pulte are extremely poorly built. We will never purchase another home built by Pulte,, or their other affiliates. ... More

My construction superintendent allowed sub contractors to do poor quality finish work. Then, when I asked for improvement and follow up....he went dark.....couldn't get ahold of him. Still having a problem getting things done & I've been in our home over a month..

Told that everything would be done that was on our check list and it was not. When talking to them about it they tell you their on it and then do nothing

Home was not finished at closing. Floors were paint and stucco spattered. Promises on follow through for cleaning and repairs were not met in timely fashion.

Our assigned Construction Field Manager was Exceptionally good. He was professional, informative and addressed our concerns along the entire way.

Really great buying experience, Paul the builder was the best.

I was assured painters would return to touch up paint throughout the house that had been sanded but no show-Also door frame around front door never finished as promised

Several issues with home and it took 6 weeks and several attempts to get repairs.

I had a very good experience with the purchase of my home at Del Webb. What made it exceptional, was my project manager who oversaw the whole process from beginning to end and beyond! Thank you, Bobby for all you have done!
