I am so pleased with my decision to purchase this home. The entire process exceeded my expectations, and I feel value received is outstanding.

We bought our house in July ‘22 and from that day to our final walkthrough with our realtor and project manager we had excellent communication every week. Ben ( the project manager), sent pictures and a weekly update. There was a set back with utility that was out of Ben’s control, he called us to explain what was happening. Great experience!

My Experience with Pulte Homes at Del Webb has been Great!!! From the Sales Office to Loan Consultant, Loan Processor and Closing Team, everyone has been welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and diligent! Website Portal for Mortage Application processing is very helpful for Documents' processing. Had a very good experience purchasing our home in Del Webb

My experience with Pulte has been very professional and responsive. my last two homes have been with Pulte and I have nothing but good experiences with them. they have taken care of any issues, not that I have had many, even past their warranty. They have listened and considered all my requests. I have also been impressed with Dennis, their construction manager and my salesman: John.

I cannot begin to tell you how Del Webb homes changed my life! As a newly divorced single lady, they helped me through my 1st buying experience so well that when we upsized after my remarriage, it was a no brainer to buy another. Their amenities and lifestyle programs are great! Both times I signed a sales agreement and moved in with punch list completed in less than 3 months! For me, the quick move in spec homes work better! This was a great experience from beginning to end. We were led through every step of the process; from choosing the best floorplan and lot, to design studio and build, by knowledgeable, professional people. I was familiar with Pulte prior to purchasing so I had no hesitation deciding on Del Webb. Being a realtor myself, I appreciated the salesman’s help and quick responses to my questions. The construction manager kept in touch with weekly updates and customer service has also responded in a timely manner.

Love the Nocatee area. Well kept grounds with plenty of amenities. Jamie was wonderful help with our walk-through process and has been a pleasure to work with. Pulte Homes built a quality villa perfect for our retirement. Samantha has a smile to greet us and answers all our questions. Great place to live.

NEVER thought I'd want to live in a community designated for Active 55+ - boy was I wrong!! The entire experience of finding and buying a home in Del Webb Nocatee was great. The home selections were great and the options allowed me to customize my forever home. Of particular note, my sales rep, Ian, designer, Dena, and Project Manager, Brian, have all been spectacular. Even after closing, Pulte has followed through on the punch list items. Highly recommend.

We have had a positive experience working with Del Webb. Beginning with our Sales Agent and moving forward with our Site Manager, we were very pleased with the responsiveness to any questions or concerns that we had. We enjoyed watching the progress of our property as it was being built and were updated along the way regarding the progress.

This was my first home vs an apartment. The process was quite amazing. The outcome is beautiful. Minor cosmetic issues at the end, but I was very fortunate to have Jeff (sales) and James (builder) to work with. They both treated me and my home as if it was there during the build process. I feel like I’m in a dream, haven’t woken up and hope I never do!

We had a great experience working with Cody and Catherine. In view of the current market conditions there were challenges with the supply chain and getting the project completed on time. Cody and Catherine kept us apprised of the progress and they continue to stay in touch and have been a pleasure to work with.

We had a great construction manager who kept regularly updated on the progress of our house. He answered all our questions quickly.

Top notch on site management

The sales staff is tremendous. The warranty department is very responsive and follow up is great. Amenities are heads up over other builders I’ve looked at. I love my new home
