From contract to closing everything went extremely well. I did have one issue after purchase that I feel could have been handled better . But overall I would strongly recommend a Pulte purchase.

Glad I did it, but overpriced for what I got

I do like what I ended up with, but looking back, this is an overpriced product. Pulte has builder level product, builder level quality, which I can get at any Home Depot. My expectations for the price I paid were much higher. Based on stories from others in our neighborhood, I feel very lucky with the sales person and construction supervisor we had - both were excellent in my opinion.

Every things is OK, only one improvement builder should do is that size of front door should be larger, two door and should be higher in hight

Overall we were unhappy with the sales person during the purchase process, she forgot some things during our initial meetings that caused problems later in the build process. The designer was great and the construction manager gets 10 stars. But your mortgage division gets 2 stars

In general, the experience was OK. There were options that were not available when we purchased our home. It would have been nice to have these options available. The quality of the work is good, however, a wider garage would be nice. A little tight for two cars on the two car garage. We have been here for a little over three months, just one issue so far. Hopefully no more. The landscaping is very nice.

From the beginning with the sales person until my home was built, the process went fairly smoothly. I am satisfied with the quality of my home as I have had two customs homes built in the past. There have been a few problems since I moved in and I find the responses are slow to nonexistent considering I have emailed Pulte and the HOA a number of time about the same problems.

We bought a home that was already built. There was an open lot adjacent to ours. We didn’t expect the house to be built next door to be a bit less than 12 feet away from our foundation. The builder had done a decent job with building our home. A little surprised that we found a significant bulge in our living room wall but that was corrected before we moved in. Overall we are happy with our choice

Our experience with Pulte Del Webb

We were very unhappy with the experience. We closed on the last day before Pulte shutdown for their extended Christmas break. The house had so many issues, it was impossible to catch or note every problem. We seriously considered listing the house with a local realtor and starting over with a different builder. Fortunately, all of the issues were cosmetic. It was obvious that the closing was rushed to book the sale for YE 2024, and it showed in the quality of the finished product. Not the best experience/ First month living here

1. master toilet was running, had to be fixed 2. spot on wood floor that had to be removed 3. breakers keep flipping, electrician coming 4. master bath mirror has unremovable spots on it, being fixed 5. vent in bathroom was incorrectly installed, has been fixed 6. Per my realtor my house would not sell for the amount that I paid for it and the land I have been getting a quick response, on items getting repaired.

Crandall did an excellent job of keeping us up to date during construction, and Sabrina is very good to work with. We had an electrical issue that was promptly resolved, Only problem so far was some of the shrubbery died from excessive water collecting around the roots, but we want to replace it anyway. Have never dealt with an HOA before and we are not crazy about them having to be involved in everything, but we understand their motivation. Overall, we are very pleased with our purchase and experience.

What you see in model (and we don't mean the upgrades) doesn't necessarily represent what you get as a final product quality. Also, be, be aware this builder does not adjust grading after you purchase so be sure to be accept the grading on the lot you select. Finally, be ready to be nickeled and dimed for things that you would assume would be part of a "Luxury Builder"

We've built three homes over the years and this has been our best experience by far. The sales staff was courteous and helpful and very responsive. Our construction manager, Crandall, was fabulous. No oversight on workmanship leading to many problems which should not have passed. Still waiting on some items to be fixed. The HOA fees went up $70 per mo. right after moving in. Many HOA issues like cafe losing 50 cents on $1. Very limited seating indoors and out. Kitchen too small to serve enough people. Monthly food & beverage increased to $80.
