I know that you will never publish my review, so I won’t bother. Entire experience was horrible . Example: I closed 7 weeks ago and nothing on punch list has been corrected.

The sales process was outstanding in every respect. Our sales agent went above and beyond to satisfy our requirements. The construction manager was also extremely responsive. The mortgage process and workmanship for the build were disappointing. Remedies after the sale were responsive and timely.

Spencer and Bret were great to deal with. You should always expect a few bumps in the road with a new build, but Spencer and Bret made sure that everything was to to go before closing. This is our second Pulte build, we were updated with progress from beginning to end.

We had a wolderful experirnce with the sales person, Ian. We can't say enough positive thing about him. He was wonderful.

Staff have been excellent to date.

Pulte made the entire process seamless. Used their mortgage co and title co and as advertised they coordinated behind the scenes. Overall pleased with build quality and responsiveness to questions throughout building process. Weekly progress updates were also quite welcome.

If we did not oversee the house building, and get things corrected the house would be a mess., shower was redone 3 times, added end stud in bathroom wall to stableized Sheetrock. Pulte needs to have better sub contractors that does not create so much rework and adds to cost of homes.. even sod needed replacement because of poor landscaping and infected sod. A lot of wasted materials and redone it labor. Do it right the first time !

First of all, I've been a realtor in Jacksonville for 18 years and sold many new construction homes. I have sold David Weekley homes, Lennar, Providence, Dostie, Pulte, and Drees to name a few. NONE of my buyers have ever shared with me anything as dissapointing as what I have been through during and after closing. The building manager made it sound as if he was picky and on top of it and that was not the case. I liked him and felt confident. First of all, he forgot to install the floor plug. I had to remind him and then he blamed me because it is in the incorrect spot. Secondly, I realized there was only one light instead of two on the lanai. The subs covered it up. I had to tell him about that. The tile in the wet areas is the worst tile work I've ever seen. It looks like a child installed it. The master shower floor had to be redone at least 3 times because the slope was off and water was spilling onto the bathroom floor. He had to install 3 dishwashers and the last one he installed, he did not bolt to the cabinet so it rolled out everytime I opened it. He textd me he didn't have time to fix it as he was too busy closing out the community. We made a punch list after closing and the building manager and his superior (Nick and Dennis) promised everything was going to be taken care of. The first customer care person I was assigned to (Dave) also made promises he didn't keep, did not include things on the list we had discussed, sent people out and never followed up with them about the outcome. delayed repairs, and booked appointments and no one showed up. I would stay home from work and no one would come. Needless to say, he is no longer with Pulte. The new customer care person seems much more conscientious, so we will see. I will say, however, he told me that a crack in the cement was never documented and it probably won't be fixed. I trusted my building manager and the first customer care person on their word that they would take care of it. Shame on me! Nick did assure me my terribly scratched floors will be corrected as well as tile issues fixed. I am going to pay out of pocket to have the misplaced floor plug removed. I have requested reimbursement of the floor plug installation as it is a trip hazard and unusuable. He has not responded at this time. Hopefully, a 12 'countertop that is defective will be replaced. I truly don't understand how Pulte can get away with such poor quality finishes. Why should Pulte have the right to say how much paint can be be left on my expensive hardwood floors? Why should they tell me they won't fix a cement driveway that I paid for? I paid for new items that should not be damaged. How can they get away with it? On a postive note, I LOVE my floor plan, my neighborhood and the amenities. I look forward to the day when I can hopefully get these issues resolved and enjoy my home. Del Webb functioned like a well-oiled machine. While the closing was very easy... let's just say they needed a little more oil in that functional area. They did not get closing numbers to us in a timely manner as promised.

From start of the purchase process we were well informed by our sales agent who went out of his way to explain the process until closure. We had a constructive independent inspector which adds confidence. Our builder was very pleasant and professional and available for our questions and suggestions, he obviously knew his trade and organization of the work crews went well. The house was completed ahead of schedule to our satisfaction. The closing process was well organized by PGP Title with no problems. I was concerned about insulation and energy efficiency, our builder was able to install more insulated areas. There were the usual cosmetic glitches which were 99% resolved. Overall Pulte did an excellent job. However, upgrades were overpriced and wire shelves in the closets are unacceptable at this price point.

Although we had a very negative experience with Pulte Mortgage Denver Office, we cannot provide enough compliments for the Jacksonville/Wildlight Group. This was our 8th home build, with various builders nationwide, so we clearly know good from bad! From the beginning, our sales representative, Jeff N. was knowledgeable & thorough with the process, models and company. His unique combination of expertise and customer service are amazing. He was always responsive, even on days off!! There seemed to be no end to his service, so he often became our first point of contact. We feel very fortunate to have been assigned Spencer F. as our Construction Manager. Spencer has an outstanding way of managing a build. He always took the time to explain the products, processes and next steps! He was always willing to meet with us, even when it Squeezed his schedule. Most issues he found & either corrected, or had the problem resolved before we even knew about it. On many occasions, he quietly went above & beyond for us. Never saw him get mad, irritated or lose his temper! We commend Pulte for hiring Jeff & Spencer!!! ... More

Great salesman, Ian was a pleasure to deal with and very attentive and responsive. A few changes in construction managers, but our needs were addressed. Overall a positive experience, with the exception of Pulte Mortgage, they were a challenge.

For example for improvement —streamline the architectural review to expedite the process and cover landscaping under warranty at least for the first 30 days which is not included.

Very happy with my new house.

We had a bad experience with the PULTI Mortgage rep while working on financing. He would never call us back or answer questions. Then when it was getting close to the closing, the closing company actually was able to get everything figured out. Thank Goodness! Learning all the different websites and how to enter complaints/work request took us a bit. (still learning). This is the hardest thing. We have had plants die. They replaced some prier to move in , only to have some die again. They are scheduled to replace them at earliest convenience. (Rain stopping them) We put in a work order for floor work. They came out the next day. So far very happy with warrantee response. We love our home though it is bigger than we wanted. It is small to most. We just wanted 1000 sq ft. It is only 2 of us. Overall, I am happy with my purchase! It is just me that has a problem with technology. Love the neighborhood, Just wish a Trader Joes and other conveniences' where closer. All in Due Time I think. There were too many different people involved in the Pulte Mortgage process from start to finish. We love the home and the community.

From Sales to Close, working with Del Webb wildlight group has been an extremely positive experience. Our salesman, Lance, helped us through the selection process and worked with us every step of the way. Our building site manager, James, had exemplary customer service, was extremely knowledgeable, extremely responsive, and kept us informed, every step throughout the build process. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of my home. Moving to Del Webb. Wildlight is really the place to be if you want a great community, upscale services, and a beautiful quality home.

Everyone was great to work with and very accommodating

Materials and some trades are second rate at best. The people I sold my old home to git a much better home than I did. Del Webb Nocatee is a second rate community.

The minute I walked in and closed the door I got a sense for the quality. All the outside noise was suppressed, the floors gleamed beautifully and natural light radiated from the windows.

Quality of workmanship is high.

The rough work, footings, slab, framing, trusses and roof went pretty well. It was downhill from there. I don't know where pulte found there subs but there work was sub-par, with the exception of the HVAC contractor. Little supervision by the construction managers and it was a battle to the finish. We are now discovering new defects after we closed. Beware.
