Overall Pulte did an excellent job. However, upgrades were overpriced and wire shelves in the closets are unacceptable at this price point.

Although we had a very negative experience with Pulte Mortgage Denver Office, we cannot provide enough compliments for the Jacksonville/Wildlight Group. This was our 8th home build, with various builders nationwide, so we clearly know good from bad! From the beginning, our sales representative, Jeff N. was knowledgeable & thorough with the process, models and company. His unique combination of expertise and customer service are amazing. He was always responsive, even on days off!! There seemed to be no end to his service, so he often became our first point of contact. We feel very fortunate to have been assigned Spencer F. as our Construction Manager. Spencer has an outstanding way of managing a build. He always took the time to explain the products, processes and next steps! He was always willing to meet with us, even when it Squeezed his schedule. Most issues he found & either corrected, or had the problem resolved before we even knew about it. On many occasions, he quietly went above & beyond for us. Great salesman, Ian was a pleasure to deal with and very attentive and responsive. A few changes in construction managers, but our needs were addressed. Overall a positive experience, with the exception of Pulte Mortgage, they were a challenge.

From Sales to Close, working with Del Webb wildlight group has been an extremely positive experience. Our salesman, Lance, helped us through the selection process and worked with us every step of the way. Our building site manager, James, had exemplary customer service, was extremely knowledgeable, extremely responsive, and kept us informed, every step throughout the build process. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of my home. Moving to Del Webb. Wildlight is really the place to be if you want a great community, upscale services, and a beautiful quality home.

The minute I walked in and closed the door I got a sense for the quality. All the outside noise was suppressed, the floors gleamed beautifully and natural light radiated from the windows.

We are so happy with our new Del Webb home. There are some minor issues that still need to be dealt with but the are very responsive. However, the highlight of our purchase was our sales representative, John. He was absolutely amazing and still is to this day.

Pulte and Del Webb deliver beautiful homes and communities. They offer a variety of floor plans that will meet your needs.

My experience with the sales and building staffs was great! The closing process was frustrating as the communication between the lender, closing, and scheduling groups seemed to be poor but these administrative matters got worked out. I love the home. Home prices everywhere are quite high and it is hard to evaluate the value of the home for the price I paid. The Wildlight community is great.

From the beginning my salesperson Ross has been very responsive and showed genuine concern for me and my family. He follow up with all my calls in a very timely manner and was quick to get resolution Tim F construction manager also met my concerns and never rushed me , he gave me his attention and also was very responsive to get resolution Both made me feel that they have continued to support me and hold my hand through the process Excellent customer service from both of these gentlemen

Buying and financing our new home through Pulte homes was a seamless and efficient experience. The house is well built and designed. Del Webb Wildlight is a great community with ample amenities.

Home was finished when I first saw it. THey were able to repair/replace small itmes successfully.

For the most part I’m satisfied but on the interior function of sink drains could be better.

The whole experience with Pulte was very pleasant. From the initial sales process with Ross, who was incredibly helpful, to Tina in the mortgage and financial aspect, who was very patient, accessible and also helpful, to Niko in the construction area who went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with the resolution of any issues. They all were marvelous and I am very happy in my new home. It has been a great experience.

I've only been in my new home in Del Webb Nocatee 55+ for a month but with all the activities to participate in, I feel blessed to be in this Del Webb community. I've made a lot of new friends and am really feeling like this is no longer a house.... it's my home. Fostering friendships, keeping active and feeling safe and secure seem to be the main goals of Del Webb's mission to its residents. They have succeeded! I purchased a single family home (detached, not a villa) and feel like its value was far beyond what I paid. Highly recommend Del Webb!
