Great construction mgr. warranty work a little slow

We are very happy with our new home & community!

In the beginning the process was a bit overwhelming but it was really easy because there are people to help all along the way.

This is our 15th home purchase from various locations around the country. Del Webb has been our best overall purchasing experience.

James, our project manager and John in sales were absolutely fantastic. Very smart and aggressive at putting our lifelong plans into action. I consider them a friend.

I never built a home before, the thought of it was too daunting but DelWebb made the process easy and the end result is great! Everyone was easy to work with and EXTREMELY responsive to our inquiries and requests. I think the price of the home was inflated but the whole real estate market is same. The final price with the upgrades we chose was a bit more than we expected but we knowingly made upgrade choices based on what we like and the final product is a very good looking home.

Our sales agent, Ian, was a great partner in the process. Very responsive and quick to follow up. Ian is a valuable asset to the team. Closing was a very smooth process as well.

The initial sales experience was positive. Be prepared to spend time and concentration up front on your design decisions. Be prepared for some delays and adjustments during construction given the current environment in home building and design, Have a plan for closing delays.

All of the people from sales to closing were superb to deal with. They we’re knowledgeable and professional. The construction supervisor was organized and able to keep the building of our home on schedule. We are happy with our new home.

Great floorplans, amenities and exceptional Pulte staff in both sales and field management! SALES: We enjoyed working with our sales agent who was the most responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and caring from the models' visits to the house delivery. CONSTRUCTION: our Field Manager was very persistent in tracking construction progress and anticipating mistakes. Pandemic constraints on skilled labor and supply chain created difficult conditions and lead to many delays and construction defects. However our Field Manager had a superior focus and dedication to make it RIGHT for the customer. He acknowledged and guided the constructions teams to fix every issues that he, we or our inspectors identified. COMMUNICATIONS: Our Field Manager and sales agent together and regularly informed us of progress through the entire construction process, making us confident and in the end very satisfied with a wonderful house delivery. ... Great people to work with in buying home.

Pulte built us a great home. No build quality issues. The home was built exactly to specs. Everything met our expectations. A great home buying/build experience!

The daily communications from the builder re construction status and techniques were wonderful. We lived in a different state but felt very much a part of the construction activity because of the video messages.

The Del Web community in Ponte Vedra along with local events and activities in nearby Nocatee offers best of lifestyle accommodations for retirees. We moved to the area from New York in early January and purchased a new spacious Carriage home. Thanks to the professional staff at Del Web we were to get the upgrades we wanted along with the financing. We were able close and move into our new home in 30 days!

No doubt we will never regret our move to Del Webb. The Pulte team provided complete contact information for all services in their impressive Homeowner's Guide. Furthermore, many key people anticipated our questions and concerns , even those we had not considered. They visited us early on to ensure everything was going smoothly.. The Riverwood community has welcomed us with open arms and many fun invitations. We are excited about years of cycling with wide, safe paths, playing ping pong with new friends, pickle ball, golf, and much, much more. Maybe we discovered Camelot or closest thing to it. Del Webb functioned like a well-oiled machine. While the closing was very easy... let's just say they needed a little more oil in that functional area. They did not get closing numbers to us in a timely manner as promised.

Although we had a very negative experience with Pulte Mortgage Denver Office, we cannot provide enough compliments for the Jacksonville/Wildlight Group. This was our 8th home build, with various builders nationwide, so we clearly know good from bad! From the beginning, our sales representative, Jeff N. was knowledgeable & thorough with the process, models and company. His unique combination of expertise and customer service are amazing. He was always responsive, even on days off!! There seemed to be no end to his service, so he often became our first point of contact. We feel very fortunate to have been assigned Spencer F. as our Construction Manager. Spencer has an outstanding way of managing a build. He always took the time to explain the products, processes and next steps! He was always willing to meet with us, even when it Squeezed his schedule. Most issues he found & either corrected, or had the problem resolved before we even knew about it. On many occasions, he quietly went above & beyond for us. Never saw him get mad, irritated or lose his temper! We commend Pulte for hiring Jeff & Spencer!!! ... More

Great salesman, Ian was a pleasure to deal with and very attentive and responsive. A few changes in construction managers, but our needs were addressed. Overall a positive experience, with the exception of Pulte Mortgage, they were a challenge.
