Very good design and layout. Little disappointed very noisy of traffic from interstate.

Pulte and Del Webb deliver beautiful homes and communities. They offer a variety of floor plans that will meet your needs.

My experience with the sales and building staffs was great! The closing process was frustrating as the communication between the lender, closing, and scheduling groups seemed to be poor but these administrative matters got worked out. I love the home. Home prices everywhere are quite high and it is hard to evaluate the value of the home for the price I paid. The Wildlight community is great.

Home was finished when I first saw it. THey were able to repair/replace small itmes successfully.

For the most part I’m satisfied but on the interior function of sink drains could be better.

The project construction manager and the sales representative, Spencer and Meshia were great! They kept us informed and were very responsive when we had a question or concern..

John did a great job helping us select our lot and floor plan. He answered our questions quickly and made sure we had all our contact names and phone numbers. James our project manager was outstanding. He gave us weekly updates with photographs as well as any upcoming inspections. The finished product was just as we expected. Karen

The model options are well designed for an outcome that is a comfortable home with quality materials. Pulte is a large builder so there is always a degree of inflexibility with that but the individuals I worked with for the Build and Sale made it awesome - both the Project Manager and the Sales Manager. I've only had to create two work orders for cosmetic things and the response was timely and fixed the issue. At first it was difficult for me to get used to the idea of a community where the houses are so similar but that is the trend of the industry and how it works for all new build communities. The ability to make it yours with your home choices though is all that really matters because you look at the beautiful outside as you drive up but you are really living in the inside. The design choices were well selected and would result in a beautiful home so you cannot go wrong there and the Designers were wonderful to work with. The amenities of the community are second to none and building here is all about having an active lifestyle with a lovely home to enjoy it in and Pulte delivers that in spades within Del Webb Nocatee. ... Home buying from the Salesman was outstanding. His follow up also outstanding. I wish i would looked at the electrical plan for my model. Pulte could have done a better job adding additional switches for lights . Example a second switch for outside garage lights

Overall the experience was great! I had a wonderful realtor and loan processor. My project manager’s were great. My concern is that the house was rushed to complete and as a result, the workmanship suffered but is my hopes that with the Warranty Team, these issues can be resolved.

Overall we have been very pleased with our new home. Like all new construction, there have been a few issues - mostly minor- that have been or are in the process of being addressed. Del Webb has done a good job in managing the supply chain and covid related personnel issues which have tested all of us in these difficult times.

Our construction manager is what saved Pulte’s reputation with us. I still have one wall I want redone. No one knows why it was done this way!!!

Our assigned Construction Field Manager was Exceptionally good. He was professional, informative and addressed our concerns along the entire way.

Purchasing my home with a great experience. My sales person Catherine was wonderful to deal with and helped me through every step of the way. My builder manager, Nathan was absolutely phenomenal and responded to every need I had.

From the beginning my salesperson Ross has been very responsive and showed genuine concern for me and my family. He follow up with all my calls in a very timely manner and was quick to get resolution Tim F construction manager also met my concerns and never rushed me , he gave me his attention and also was very responsive to get resolution Both made me feel that they have continued to support me and hold my hand through the process Excellent customer service from both of these gentlemen

Our Construction Manager, Spencer was great. He communicated regularly, he took care of things quickly and he is still helpful with recommendations for vendors etc.

The home building experience was really easy. The only thing we didn't like was that the premium Del Webb charged to make a change was cost prohibitive. Everyone we dealt with though was wonderful.

John was wonderful. He explained everything about the house. He sent us pictures he kept us up to date about the buying process and answered all our questions. The woman at the design center was very helpful. She went through all the options and showed us samples of the items that we wanted to have in our house ( and what was included). Nik informed us about the home building process. He gave us a weekly update and sent us pictures. The framing walkthrough was interesting. The pre closing walk had a lot of information about the house I think I need to take more notes . Lea gave us a booklet about the house and warranties. Project Manager was always a pleasure to work , as well all staff members with PulteGroup where always great to work with.

The experience up to the purchase was very pleasant. After the Project manager, Dennis, was no longer part of our experience it has not been as great. Response to issues is very slow and many excuses for missed appointments have been given. The issues are minor so no real way of life problems only customer satisfaction items that are irritating but not consequential.

Overall it has been a positive experience from sales, building and warranty items being cared for.
