General sales manager agreed to gratis crown molding. Nothing written down. Now she doesn’t remember. Plus, they never return calls or messages. I’d call and text daily. I was told to stop harassing her with calls. My entire block is dissatisfied.

Awful. I had to be hospitalized and checked myself a day early based on Pulte’s pressuring me. I did a walk through and didn’t notice corrections to be made. Now they want to walk away.

The building experience was lack luster at best we had to deal with 2 different construction managers the first was horrible with the plans of the home not being followed. If I had not been visiting the home, it would have been built completely wrong. The second Construction Manager was better trying to correct the mistakes from the fist construction manager, but we are still have issues with the home even after we have moved in. Working with warranty department to get the issues resolved has been a nightmare. The builders Mortgage company was also a nightmare and we were left nearly ...

We like our home very much even with the problems we encountered and the lacking attention to detail. We had numerous delays which pushed our closing back and caused many necessary changes to our timeline. When we did finally close, the home was less than clean and the painting, both exterior and interior, was terrible. I have been spending time repainting, cleaning paint off hinges, grout off tile floors,patching wall divots, and just general deep cleaning. The finish work was probably the worst I have experienced. They didn't finish the items prior to closing. Doors are damaged, stove burner doesn't work, dishwasher had problems etc. There are several items not completed and it is a nightmare trying to get them back in.

My keys have not been fitted for just me yet since builder still needs to be able to get into house. My husband and I purchased a Pulte Del Webb lot in March 2022 and moved into the completed house in April 2023. Unfortunately no cable line had been installed. The project manager blamed AT&T and AT&T blamed Pulte. As of today ( six weeks after closing), THERE IS A CABLE LINE EXPOSED RUNNING ACROSS OUR DRIVEWAY THAT NEEDS TO BE BURIED. We have been in constant communication with AT&T to get this resolved. Seems like the project manager should have been the one to double-check this from the onset of the build. Nothing is perfect. Considering that the company is in business, one does better not to expect perfection and needs to be able to live with the minor imperfections (centration of things like mirrors on bathroom walls, non-straightness of walls, mirrors and glass doors, etc.). But, they're nice people.

I was so fortunate to work with Ian on the purchase of my home. He was very knowledgeable and responsive to any ( and all) my questions and concerns. He was accurate and straightforward and very professional but was still able to understand things that were important to me. Even after the closing he responded timely and with accurate information to any inquiry. The project manager for my home Nathan was so knowledgeable about the construction of my home. Nathan attended to every detail and through his organization he was able to follow up on every detail of the project.

We have only been in our new home for a month, but here is our impression thus far. There was considerable turnover during the build with our construction manager, our sales rep, and our customer care person. That made the experience quite frustrating. We finally had a great construction manager at the end of the process (Tim) who made the closing come together. There are a number of punch list fixes that need to get resolved and they are scheduled. We will await those to be completed before we give a complete review. My experience with Pulte has been very professional and responsive. my last two homes have been with Pulte and I have nothing but good experiences with them. they have taken care of any issues, not that I have had many, even past their warranty. They have listened and considered all my requests. I have also been impressed with Dennis, their construction manager and my salesman: John.

Delm Webb has a great reputation but the workmanship and fitgnish work especially is terrible. Production houses have subcontractors with little or not Q/c except the customer service reps who are responsive and well intentioned but overwhelmed. If you want to live in a home being adjusted to various issues, things will eventually get done. Not fun at age 77 with some health issues. BUT still glad we bought just disappointed with initial work

Inexperienced, poor communication, minimal follow up on the Sub-contractor's performance (poorly trained) and then resigned from the company without notice to Matt O. or myself, leaving a major void in the building process and delay in its completion. His replacement Tim, was not familiar with our project's history, and only handled the final walk-through, which further delayed us getting to the "promised land".
