The home building experience was really easy. The only thing we didn't like was that the premium Del Webb charged to make a change was cost prohibitive. Everyone we dealt with though was wonderful.

Initial construction manager was clueless. Unfortunately, the replacement construction manager, who was great (Nathan), came onto the job when it was 75% completed. Builder installed wrong kitchen and doors. Sliding doors (5) and about 6-8 windows need to be replaced due to scratches and broken seals. Took 4 weeks to replace flapper in Owners toilet. 70 pavers had oil stains and were replaced. DEFINITELY NOT A QUALITY CONSTRUCTION!!

Had a great experience with Pulte sales dept, design, mortgage and construction. We feel the closing was rushed at end of year and the house fell short of expectations. Several big items were not complete. (i.e no master shower for 2 weeks after closing. ) And evidently noone told the construction crew on the closing date bc the house was wide open when we arrived the next day. And still had debris left on floors and counters, hole in wall where dryer gas line was. Along with other items addressed the week we was also moving in. Warranty advertises a few working days to contact you but it's been over a month and nothing heard. Our first time building and know now we should have been more assertive and direct and pushed closing until everything was complete and to standards. But doesn't eliminate Pulte's responsibility to deliver a finished product either. ... More

John did a great job helping us select our lot and floor plan. He answered our questions quickly and made sure we had all our contact names and phone numbers. James our project manager was outstanding. He gave us weekly updates with photographs as well as any upcoming inspections. The finished product was just as we expected. Karen

We had a great build experience. The sales staff and construction manager were with us all the way and we could not have been happier.

Community itself is beautiful but my house is far from where it should be. Subcontractors slap everything together with 0 care. So many things need fixing.

Our original home was going to be delayed due to permit issues at nassau County. Our dell Webb salesman, Lance provided a quick move in option that allowed us to move into our new home 4 months prior to our first contracted home. Dell Webb handled all the documentation to switch homes so everything went smooth all the way to closing. Great experience

Quality of construction is very low, overpriced and low control of process, a lot of waste of material. Good looking models and beautiful community attract me to this place. Convenient location.

John was wonderful. He explained everything about the house. He sent us pictures he kept us up to date about the buying process and answered all our questions. The woman at the design center was very helpful. She went through all the options and showed us samples of the items that we wanted to have in our house ( and what was included). Nik informed us about the home building process. He gave us a weekly update and sent us pictures. The framing walkthrough was interesting. The pre closing walk had a lot of information about the house I think I need to take more notes . Lea gave us a booklet about the house and warranties. Most of the workmanship seemed good I still need a few small items to be fixed. ... More

All in all we are very happy and satisfied with our new home. Our customer care representative has been very helpful.

Finish work quality sub standard. I Upgraded trim package but the majority of door ways the casing had to be ripped down to fit.

Project Manager was always a pleasure to work , as well all staff members with PulteGroup where always great to work with.

I cannot begin to tell you how Del Webb homes changed my life! As a newly divorced single lady, they helped me through my 1st buying experience so well that when we upsized after my remarriage, it was a no brainer to buy another. Their amenities and lifestyle programs are great! Both times I signed a sales agreement and moved in with punch list completed in less than 3 months! For me, the quick move in spec homes work better! I loved having new construction built with quality and can't wait for our clubhouse to be completed! Their entire team is helpful from the time you search on line, to the day of closing! Do not have good responsiveness to warranty issues

I’ve been in my home for 7 weeks. I love my home but it’s taken awhile to get here. I believe there can be an improvement in coordination and communication. For the price I paid, I expected a cleaner more customer focused attitude throughout the construction of my home. I needed to escalate many issues three levels above my field contact. He got everything done and more importantly he took ownership until the issues were resolved. That is a priceless character and I truly appreciate his involvement!

Issues found with home and am receiving no response from anyone. Very disappointing.

Don't rush the builder but encourage staying on task without cutting corners.

In the beginning the process was a bit overwhelming but it was really easy because there are people to help all along the way.

There were a few workmanship issues most of which were addressed in a timely fashion. Delays due to a non-responsive project manager were surprising, but the new person Nathan who replaced them is outstanding and was able to get us into the home on time. Only two pet peeves : standard toilets offered are the low ones which is surprising since this is a 55 and older community ! Similarly, gutters are not included, in an area where there can be substantial rainfall. Overall, we are satisfied. The salesperson Ian is awesome!

Taking way too long on punch list items. We have had to keep asking/begging for when things will be completed. Each time we re-summarize the list, they only schedule a portion of the items. There should be a proactive system for timely completion without the homeowner having to feel like the bad guy and reminding them of what is left. Seems only time stuff gets done is when we bug them.

Although the sales person, Ian, was great the quality of the house was not! The sprinkler system hasn't worked since we moved in (we are in a villa, so it's the HOA's responsibility & though several emails have been sent, no plan or processes have been passed along to me & my neighbors). The backyard has construction debris buried under the sod but you can see it.. There wasn't any quality team other than myself, my wife and realtor as well as the hired home inspector, who found many problems.

First, love the location and folks in eTown Del Webb are very friendly. The building experience was OK. Our home was delayed which did not shock us but it also sat with no work being done on it for several weeks which was very frustrating. The superintendent we had is no longer with Pulte and the new supers seem to be much better. We feel the quality of the home should and could be better for the price. Pulte needs stronger quality control and higher expectations from their subs. Believe me, I know how hard it is to find workers but if they would hold them to a higher standard and expectations during the build they would probably not have to keep going back to homes to "redo" their work. Overall I would recommend eTown Del Webb but just stay on top of your build, be involved. ... More
