Danny had a great attitude, explained the whole house building process step by step. During the walk thru he also provided a list of things we needed to do to extend warranty on appliances. He has taken care of the situation with all the damaged pavers.

This builder accomplished the time frame we needed to built my house. I sold and closed my house in Summerlake Groves in Winter Garden on Oct 2, 2020 and bought in Del Webb and closed Sept. 29, 2020. Everthing just in time. Thank you Pulte and Danny.

Good buying experience. Overall quality is good, I think some areas could be better. Like a lot of the things that are used are "builder grade" so just because it is a Moen faucet or a Lennox A/C they seem to build lower quality products for the construction industry versus what you would purchase as a regular consumer. The team from sales office to the field manager have been great and very responsive to our needs and requests. We just moved in 3 weeks ago so still finding some minor things but they should all be taken care of by warranty service. Only

House was finished on schedule. Everything was finished including the planting. There was no punch list. After we moved in there were several minor issues that were addressed very promptly. I was surprised by a $550 want bill for the first month especially since we were only in the house for three weeks

My dryer vent caught on fire because the 220 plug was not properly wired. I had a natural gas leak outside between the meter and house due to incorrect parts and poor workmanship. While working on the house next door a subcontractor damaged my soffit and stucco. They just started a house on the other side, stay tuned. Justin has been a great help but he is not Superman!

I believe I was sold a few things that were not necessary & relied on design center to steer me in right direction. I’m also hoping since it was brought to Pultes attention before closing regarding poor materials &/or workmanship that these will be addressed ASAP I’ve only been here a month area is great

I think they need to have someone help the new owner fill out the paper work...Where everything is, shopping, registering your car, info on banks, Dr., etc. Coming from out of State it is a little confusing trying to connect all the dots. You're pretty much left on your own to figure it out...

Project manager was awesome for about 3 weeks regarding concerns. He then dropped off the map entirely because he was "closing out the community." At first he wanted us not to contact the warranty people so he could fix the concerns we had. Now, that is our only way to solve the concerns we have.

It took over five months for our house to be completed. There was some delay starting the construction. At completion of the home it took us another 30 days to deal with all the defects. We're currently living in the home and it's acceptable now however we still find shortcuts and shoddy workmanship when we look closely. For example we just noticed the garage door opener is only half attachedin the front. They installed the support in the wrong spot so the opener bracket doesn't fully touch the wall. At first there was constant communication. Once I signed and was committed, things changed. They said I would be kept up to date on everything but that was not the case. I had to ask repeatedly for information and updates. My salesperson left halfway through the process and the only person I had any contact with was the construction manager. It was a very stressful process.

Glue, dirt, cement, absolutely the dirtiest new house ever. Yesterday I was on my hands and knees scraping up glue for 1/2 hr. No pride in workmanship. Received a 175,000 house for 275,000.
