I'm writing this review because we love our home and its location. To see Deer, Sandhill Cranes, Egrets, Bunnies, a lot of Birds and other creatures that share the same Preserve, makes a beautiful sight and the love of nature. This is the best home we've ever had, and it always feels good to be HOME!

Asked very specific questions regarding home, was given “sales” answers - fail on both. Workman ship is sloppy - when you pay for upgrades I would expect they be handled by experienced workers - no pride in their work. Break an ankle walking across my own lawn it’s do in level…. This is our second Pulte home. Love the community but builder errors were numerous. Construction errors were remedied only after postponing settlement.

Smooth Sailing with Del Webb

We were fortunate to purchase a builder’s spec home located in a premium lake front location. The home was loaded with upgrades all chosen by their design center. The end result was a breath taking home that exceeded our expectations. The build quality was superb and the construction supervisor kept us informed throughout the build process, as did our sales representative. The closing was an easy, smooth process, which was just another well thought out process developed by Pulte Homes. We have never been happier with a home purchase.

Since we moved in early September 2025, there has been a number of quality issues in our home. Example: Whirpool equipment is not up to quality standards (refrigerator, dryer and Microwave) have had parts replaced. They are really low quality appliances! Exterior painting was not up to par requiring multiple touch ups. Kitchen hood needed paint touch up. Driveway pavers are beginning to show indentation/sinking. Purchasing Pulte was a easy and smooth experience. Caryn was always available and helpful. Luis the builder supervisor was very good too. However getting house finished two months early, it felt rushed and there were a few details missed.Rob the gentleman that assisted after closing was efficient. Overall a pleasant buying experience!

Lack of communication and concern

Closing was delayed due to lack of ability to communicate with the city vendor which was not true. After showing how perturbed we were, then they suddenly Pulte was able to get the meter installed. We had 2 turn overs of construction managers, no explanation. poor communication. Roof in garage not installed correctly-leak, but was repaired. Water in tun not draining due to glue and debris. This was repaired. Dried urine on toilet seat -workers should have been using porter potty. HOA fees include irrigation and landscape maintenance which is not holding up to their promise. We had some items that needed to be redone such as caulking, scratches on glass, and painting - these were taken care of. However, we bought a home with all new appliances, since day one our refrigerator has a loud humming noise. The builder sent out one person and he said they are supposed to sound like that. We made it a point to go into other homes that are for sell in Del Webb to listen to the refrigerators and none of them sound like ours. Simple buying experience but Pulte title agents were difficult to deal with due to two trusts involved, and my demand that the CDD payoff be on the closing statement seem to threw them off. Having a Pulte home insurance group made it simple book homeowners & at a great price.

From the beginning Caryn was the most helpful sales associate I encountered during my new home search throughout Tradition. There was no question left unanswered, and I had plenty. She was so willing to show multiple homesites and home types that were not modeled. Then after I knew which floorplan, we narrowed in on lot. The home I chose was already started and we reviewed all the options and color selections in the design center. The sales/buying experience was typical of most production home builders. Nothing exciting to remark positively about. On the negative side there were several issues. The Design Center options and price list was out of date for the model we purchased, and if I weren’t able to read construction drawings, we would have missed out on contracting for several items. It’s also a significantly disappointing situation to not be able to make some minor changes, during the contract signing process to alter closet layouts, change a pantry door swing, or add some additional wall outlets in the home. ...
