Waiting on issues to be addressed after 2 months

The salespeople were wonderful, patient and not at all pushy, and our construction manager was on top of every little detail. When we had an issue with the appearance of the bathroom tile, they ripped it all out and re-installed it. We felt very comfortable that we were getting good value for our money.

not happy with quality of work . when ask a question answer should be truthful

Sales person was great until problems with construction surfaced and then all communication ceased. construction supervisor failed to answer most of our inquires and failed to follow thru on verbal commitments whether they be communication or physical construction. We were not at all pleased with his performance. The warranty supervisor after we closed was excellent with quick response and stayed on top of the contractors when they failed to make the repairs properly.

The entire Pulte experience was seamless.

Our whole experience was very pleasant from Sales Office, Our Sales Rep. Taylor to our Field Manager Todd. The Design Center has all top notch flooring, counter tops etc. All so many choices on elevations for the front of home depending on what model you choose. This is our second Pulte Home and we are glad that we did chose Pulte again. The area Tradition Area of Port St Lucie is up and coming.

My home was not ready when promised. It has a plethora of problems some of which are being addressed. I also was not offered all available options when I selected the interior finishes so beware whom you deal with.

The home is well built and the project manager was excellent. Cabinet and appliances are poor. Even if upgraded from base level. Most cabinets had defects from factory and had to be removed and replaced and all appliances needed warranty repairs immediately .

Our project manager was on top of the building process from start to finish. Our pre drywall tour was informative and amazing as every aspect of the house was displayed and discussed. Our final walk through with him was detailed and a couple of minor flaws were corrected within a couple of hours.

My home was built on schedule and I was part of the process at each step of the way. After closing I had a couple of issues - nothing serious - and they were addressed immediately with no issue.

There is still a drainage and landscape problem. Otherwise other issues were addressed in a timely manner.

Started off very excited. Did a few walk throughs before closing and items were not fixed. Drainage is terrible! Feel like as soon as we closed everyone washed there hands of us. HOA was not friendly or welcoming. I would have given it less stars, but the sales staff were fantastic to deal with. Hoping it gets better soon.

Complete professional experience from Sales to Construction!

Pleased with our new home. This is our 2ND Del Webb home. Some improvements & some things not what we would have expected but overall great lifestyle. Pricey having to pay 2 HOA's. Driveways are short & options are limited & pricey.

WE WERE NOT ADVISED ON ALL UPGRADES BY SALES. SEWER BACKED UP TWICE THE FIRST WEEK, SEWAGE IN THE SHOWER, NOT FIXED FOR A WEEK. POOL WAS NOT CLEARED UNTIL ALMOST A MONTH AFTER CLOSING, NOW THE POOL MOTOR IS BEING REPLACED. BAD PAINT JOB...PAINT COMES OF TO EXPOSE DRY WALL IF YOU WIPE IT. FLOORS WERE VERY DIRTY. MANY SUB CONTRACTORS DID A POOR JOB.. INSTALLS MADE INCORRECTLY THAT HAD TO BE CHANGED. DEL WEBB PEOPLE DID NOT AND STILL DO NOT RETURN CALLS AND TEXTS. MEGAN M. Overall a good value for the money. Sales and support very professional and responsive. 2 issues need to be addressed 1. Master bedroom closet and shower are built for people over 6 feet. Hot water distribution time and heating is inadequate for the unit. Developer should remedy and incorporate into design.

When we decided that best option for us was to buy new home in a new community we were hesitant at first...the last new home purchase we did was out of state with a local builder back in 1990 and the whole process was dismal...At Del Webb here in Port St.Lucie it restored our hope and faith in new home purchase. This is the 3rd time we purchased a new home in our lifetime and the excellent customer service, build, build product, closing, and responsive customer service deserves a grade of "A" from what we experienced one month in living in our new home. The neighbors we met are friendly and we are waiting on the clubhouse to be built so we can take full advantage in what this community will have to offer. sales agent gave us misinformation , on numerous occasion's about same item. also, Vitek did not live up to it's obligation in our opinion. we have heard many complaints about them. both situation's resolved. not to our satisfaction , however, let bygones be bygones. Overall, we are very happy with our new home.

Some of the installed product are faulty, but the builder is prompt in responding to try to correct the issue. We had a crack granite counter top with a scratch sink, and are still waiting it to be change. A portion of the shower does not drains correctly. But otherwise, 90% of the structure is in excellent condition. Subcontractors also should explain and give instructions and manuals of their work, for example the pool equipment. Finally the Installation of the smart home was disappointing and at one point it has to be fixed by another builder subcontractor. The cost of the smart home component is very high for what they offer, and the service is not good. Finally, they should discuss some of the landscaping with the new owner before doing it.
