I must say most issues with our home were satisfied by having to go past the on site builder and appealing to upper management. The customer service manager on site ( responsible for issues after closing) was completely the opposite. He made sure every item was completed ! A word of advice on the walk through is to check all appliances for any dents or scratches as we were blamed for construction damage (verified by whirlpool representative) to our refrigerator which was not noticed in our 30 minute walk through because it was partially hidden by cabinet casing enclosing the refrigerator. ...
