Many things done sloppily or needed to be fixed. A waste of my time with scheduling subs to come back, ordering replacement, emails and phone calls. Luckily, the home care team is responsive but it’s been stressful. Not the old DiVosta quality of the past two homes I had.

I did but my home from Germany and everything worked out fine. Love this house.

Great experience in buying new construction

All my issues was handle with professional care.

They need better service for repairs and things that don’t work 1 day after closing

my overall expirience as a new owner came on a very freidly way front the sales office to the closing day .

very poor customer service. After closing, you are lucky to get them to answer your phone calls.

Take a good look at the appliances & cupboards . I purchased a spec home that had a gourmet kitchen that looks beautiful but the quality is severely lacking .

Overall, we are very happy with our new home. Our disappointment is that two big issues we identified during our pre closing quality walk-through have not been completed after six weeks. We have no idea when these will be completed.

Issues: 1. Master bathtub was reglazed (used); still waiting on a new one 2. Corian slabs chipped and scratched in master bath shower; still waiting on resolution 3. Paint is peeling on exterior of home; still waiting on a resolution 4. Air Conditioner is making a loud noise and AC person said it needs to be replaced 5. Electrical plates for ceiling fans are not adequate, electrical plates were installed for a regular light fixture instead 6. Garage door keeps opening on its own; repair person was here and reprogrammed the garage opener, but the issue still exists 7. A tree in front of the house died and the same tree was replaced and it is dying too ... More

Check the home with a fine tooth comb because if you find something later it is not easy to have it taken care of in a timely manner. Workmen excessively sloppy and leave trash and debris which covers storm drains preventing rain water from dispersing causing flooding.

First the buying experience was great with Yvo and his team. Very professional and accommodating. The construction manager, William, was also very helpful and responsive to our needs/questions.

We are so pleased with the build of our forever home. The craftsmanship and quality is outstanding. We are both so excited about the home, community, and activities that are offered here. We are looking forward to retirement living here. This is the dream that we were looking for for retirement.

I must say from the day we walked into the sales center and met Ivo, our sales rep at Del Webb to being in the home now, the entire process was seamless and smooth. No issues at all.

The agent we used Evo was super Professional and made the purchase of our new home as easy as it could be. I have bought and sold four homes to date and none have been as pleasurable as this experience has been. Moving forward, your construction management team and my care manager has not been the experience we would’ve hoped for. We love the community and the amenities. Our home is beautiful and will work through some of the missed steps.

We felt completely comfortable thru the process working with Luis G. and Kaleb K. They listened well, addressed any issue we had in a timely and efficient manner and were exceptional in follow up on every concern we had. Lastly, they were professional, courteous and kind to work with.

In December my husband and I decided to move from Jacksonville to Port Saint Lucie Florida. We toured many communities and chose Del Webb in Tradition for many reasons. They began with our sales consultant Ryan. He was very personable and he made us feel comfortable with the process. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable about the community and construction procedures. He was able to guide us to the right model and layout to best suit our needs. He was able to answer all of our questions regarding options and cost factors. We felt confident about all of our decisions and we enjoyed the regular updates Ryan sent us during the home construction. The entire team including Ryan, Stacy, Luis and all of the construction tradesmen and managers did everything possible to complete the home ahead of schedule for us. Lloyd and I were thrilled with the whole home buying process from start to finish! Yvo was fantastic to work with and was so helpful throughout our search. Yvo spent so much time educating us about Pulte Homes, showing inventory available, answering our questions, and took time to understand what we wanted. We were blessed to have him in our search and appreciated his friendly personality and his excitement about his job! Luis was the construction manager. We had a wonderful experience working with him. We have been here a month people are great. We have been trying for 3 weeks for someone return our call to help resolve the issues. Having buyers remorse

Karyn, my sales agent was excellent, always there when needed , very professional and friendly. Luis, my construction mgr went above and beyond to make the building experience kinda fun. And Kelly at the front desk with her smile , warm greeting and friendly conversation was great. This team is the best! These people are the best

We were able to visit the Homesite almost daily during construction so we caught many items which would not have been addressed if we were from out of state. 2 months later we are still trying to get kitchen cabinets repaired/replaced. But, we really enjoy our home and the community.

Everyone I have interfaced with at Pulte here at Del Webb is a 10. Lisa in sales, Stacey in design, William and Luise construction managers. All tens. Over the many years I have worked with other builders and Pulte is most certainly the best I have had the pleasure of working with. Home are exceptional, and with quality being a very high priority with Pulte, it works. As an engineering type person I know great Construction when I see it. Thank you for asking.. Jerry
