With new construction my house was scheduled for 8 months from the time of commitment. Bench marks for each phase of the construction were set and met for each. Living in another state I was able to stay in constant communication with the builder and was shown live face time videos of the progress. Any concerns I had were met promptly. The house was ready on schedule. The builder has continued to follow up now that we are in the house and has attended to some follow-up procedures, We are very satisfied with the overall process.

It was a pleasure to tour and purchase a Del Webb home. After touring many communities, I knew the Del Webb Tradition Community was home. The home styles and wide range of options and very competitive pricing allowed me to purchase the home that best fit my lifestyle and budget.

Missing items and small defects have been taken care of promptly.

Although no complex endeavor comes out 100% correct the first time, we are impressed with the builder's responses to correct the relatively minor issues we've discovered.

Del Webb has gone over and above their effort to make home ownership here a rewarding experience. They are constantly maintaining our propertY and the common areas to keep everything beautiful.

From the sales process where the folks were very forthcoming with all things to be considered. We were given option catalog with pricing for our proposed model so we would know before purchasing what we were getting into. During the build our construction manager always had time to review where we were in the process and if we had any concerns addressed them immediately. Post closing the warranty team addressed any touch up items that we found. The entire process you could tell all the people involved were striving to make the entire process a pleasant one.

Purchasing Pulte was a easy and smooth experience. Caryn was always available and helpful. Luis the builder supervisor was very good too. However getting house finished two months early, it felt rushed and there were a few details missed.Rob the gentleman that assisted after closing was efficient. Overall a pleasant buying experience!

1st class it was a great move

Many things done sloppily or needed to be fixed. A waste of my time with scheduling subs to come back, ordering replacement, emails and phone calls. Luckily, the home care team is responsive but it’s been stressful. Not the old DiVosta quality of the past two homes I had.

I did but my home from Germany and everything worked out fine. Love this house.

In December my husband and I decided to move from Jacksonville to Port Saint Lucie Florida. We toured many communities and chose Del Webb in Tradition for many reasons. They began with our sales consultant Ryan. He was very personable and he made us feel comfortable with the process. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable about the community and construction procedures. He was able to guide us to the right model and layout to best suit our needs. He was able to answer all of our questions regarding options and cost factors. We felt confident about all of our decisions and we enjoyed the regular updates Ryan sent us during the home construction. The entire team including Ryan, Stacy, Luis and all of the construction tradesmen and managers did everything possible to complete the home ahead of schedule for us. Lloyd and I were thrilled with the whole home buying process from start to finish! Yvo was fantastic to work with and was so helpful throughout our search. Easy process to build a new home. Pulte’s construction managers are great keeping you up to date and sending pictures throughout the process.
