Mario and Andrew were both pleasant, efficient and professional.

From the beginning of our journey to purchase our new home about 2 years ago it was a pleasure dealing with Karen in sales . Karen is professional courteous and responds to any questions quickly and provided us with contact personal if she could not answer our questions .. She was always just a phone call or tempt away . I had The task of selling my precious and the new home purchase to manage . To say the least it’s a difficult sales to manage but Karen did so dealing with my first home sales contract falling through . Dealing with my emotions worrying my new home would not happen to the finale of both deals occurring simultaneously was incredible. I would like to recognize Lester our construction manager he was very informative giving us lots of details and pointers on our new home ..Mercedes in the Title company was also a key person to help me accomplish the closing on my new home .. She was patient and understanding when my prior closing unfortunately had to delay closing on my del Webb home she was incredible thanks everyone unfortunately I did not have same experience with the financing of my home but the rest was incredibly positive experience !!! ... The buying and living experience is 100!

We had a great experience buying our home from sales, to building, to move in,a nd beyond.

Any problems, questions or concerns were quickly addressed and resolved immediately. The quality of the work is reflected in the comments we receive from the after market contractors for the additional work we had done like ceiling fans and custom closets. They all were very impressed!

Project manager did an excellent job, communicated with us throughout the process.

Repairs after move in can sometime be slow.

Caryn E was our sales representative and was with us through the entire process. We where relocating from the North East and she kept us informed on EVERYTHING

Buying a new Del Webb home was a very pleasing experience. The sales staff at the sales office were friendly and very knowledgable of not only the build on the home, but also the Del Webb Tradition community as well as the surrounding community. Couldn't have asked for a better home buying experience, which can always be stressful.

From start to finish, we had an excellent buying experience! Lisa, our sales agent kept us informed every step of the way. Mike, our construction manager, had us on several informative tours while the house was under construction. Both Lisa and Mike sent us pictures to keep us updated. Mike did our walk through before we moved in and addressed all of our minor issues! There was nothing major to address. Since we’ve moved in, the small things we have found have been promptly taken care of by Raul.

Absolutely a wonderful experience from the very first meeting with the sales team and especially Caryn E. all the way thru to move in. The construction team especially Lester C. worked hard to overcome some quite difficult supply chain issues and managed to get the house completed and move in ready in time for me to make the relocation move with a minimum amount of difficulty. My sincere thanks to everyone with Del Webb and Pulte that made it happen!

Pulte Homes rushed the complete the house in order to close before the end of the year. We feel that the quality of the craftmanship and materials used were compromised in order to achieve that goal. There are issues with the quality of the painting and baseboards to the installation of appliances. The Pulte team has been responsive in correcting these problems, however the reason we purchased a new construction home was to avoid having a long list to things that needed to be fixed or replaced.

We found Del Webb easy to work with, professional, responsive, and personable, which is a rare combination of value attributes even before the COVID fiasco. All thumbs up. Bravo!

Customer care very responsive

The communications from the Del Webb team through the entire process was good. The quality of the home is great. We did point out a few minor things to our construction manager prior to closing and he had them corrected right away, I would go with Del Webb again.

Both Mike and Andrew have gone the extra mile in making sure our new home was as complete and comfortable as possible for us upon move in, and beyond move in- we appreciate their time and attention spent getting it right for us!

Love our new home. The entire process was great. Would highly recommend Del Webb to any of our friends. Couldn’t be happier
