Sales staff was very knowledgeable,accommodating,friendly and helped us every step of they from start to finish always extremely helpful and addressed every concern or issue that came up . Other than a few delays in our home building process we had a wonderful life hanging experience building our home .

It has been a great experience with a great result. I am very happy with my new home.

Our build manager (Todd) was excellent! Keep us in the loop at all times and followed up on my wife’s concerns immediately. The build actually was complete sooner than anticipated which added additional value to our positive experience! Thanks Pulte!

We are very happy with our new home. We were pleased with the builder and their offerings, and any issues we encountered were dealt with promptly. This is a beautiful community with a wide variety of activities. Unfortunately because of the coronavirus, we have not had much opportunity for social interaction, but there has been regular communication from the activities director as well as the HOA. So we look forward to taking an active part in the offerings once it is safe to do so. From initial purchase to closing and after, everyone we have dealt with has been attentive and knowledgeable. Our project manager was on top of the building process from start to finish. Our pre drywall tour was informative and amazing as every aspect of the house was displayed and discussed. Our final walk through with him was detailed and a couple of minor flaws were corrected within a couple of hours.

Pleased with our new home. This is our 2ND Del Webb home. Some improvements & some things not what we would have expected but overall great lifestyle. Pricey having to pay 2 HOA's. Driveways are short & options are limited & pricey.

When we decided that best option for us was to buy new home in a new community we were hesitant at first...the last new home purchase we did was out of state with a local builder back in 1990 and the whole process was dismal...At Del Webb here in Port St.Lucie it restored our hope and faith in new home purchase. This is the 3rd time we purchased a new home in our lifetime and the excellent customer service, build, build product, closing, and responsive customer service deserves a grade of "A" from what we experienced one month in living in our new home. The neighbors we met are friendly and we are waiting on the clubhouse to be built so we can take full advantage in what this community will have to offer. Karyn, my sales agent was excellent, always there when needed , very professional and friendly. Luis, my construction mgr went above and beyond to make the building experience kinda fun. And Kelly at the front desk with her smile , warm greeting and friendly conversation was great. This team is the best! These people are the best

My wife and I traveled to both sides of Florida over 3 weeks and saw 20-25 different communities. Del Webb simply blew everyone away!!

5 stars up to getting problems taken care promptly. We have a few issues and it’s being addressed but very slowly and a lot of passing the buck as they say. Overall extremely happy with the house and price just wish after the sale problems were addressed quicker

In December my husband and I decided to move from Jacksonville to Port Saint Lucie Florida. We toured many communities and chose Del Webb in Tradition for many reasons. They began with our sales consultant Ryan. He was very personable and he made us feel comfortable with the process. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable about the community and construction procedures. He was able to guide us to the right model and layout to best suit our needs. He was able to answer all of our questions regarding options and cost factors. We felt confident about all of our decisions and we enjoyed the regular updates Ryan sent us during the home construction. The entire team including Ryan, Stacy, Luis and all of the construction tradesmen and managers did everything possible to complete the home ahead of schedule for us. Our home was completed in time as promised. Minor problems have been identified with schedules provided for repair/replacement. We are very happy with the response from Pulte and look forward to a long satisfied relationship.
