Everything was for the most part was exceptional, however, somethings were neglected

Many things done sloppily or needed to be fixed. A waste of my time with scheduling subs to come back, ordering replacement, emails and phone calls. Luckily, the home care team is responsive but it’s been stressful. Not the old DiVosta quality of the past two homes I had.

Overall, a good experience start to finish

Repairs after move in can sometime be slow.

Challenges with completion date led to much more cost in temporary housing. The home and community will be a wonderful place to live in the future.

Pulte Builders on time and easy closing.

Can’t go out to my backyard or send my dog out there since it is mud. No one seems to want to help.

Value is great. Could do a better job on issues after closing.

Customer care process and rep simply below par. Not happy.

They need better service for repairs and things that don’t work 1 day after closing

The agent we used Evo was super Professional and made the purchase of our new home as easy as it could be. I have bought and sold four homes to date and none have been as pleasurable as this experience has been. Moving forward, your construction management team and my care manager has not been the experience we would’ve hoped for. We love the community and the amenities. Our home is beautiful and will work through some of the missed steps.

Overall experience was wonderful, everyone was very helpful with our paper work. The builders are very nice, love that they come out to meet you and make sure your house was build correctly. Delwebb is the best to live

The construction manager kept us updated, and the sales representative was always available whenever we had any questions.

Quality of finished product very good. Issues after moving in taken care of quickly.

Beside a couple hiccups with the custom items we selected (which were corrected) the process was about as smooth as you would hope. And the home is beautiful.

Despite not using a realtor we found that buying the house was fairly straightforward. We weren't crazy about the bidding process but it worked out for us. Overall the builders team did a good job and did come through with what was expected despite labor and material shortages. The process was longer than expected and closing was delayed twice. A common experience with all of our new neighbors. The home itself is top quality. There are a number of minor superficial issues with tile, cabinets, drywall, and driveway pavers still being fixed by the customer care team but they are getting corrected. Stand behind their work.

We were pleasantly surprised by the responsiveness and professionalism from Caryn and Michael.

The construction process from start to finish was over a year. While that was to be expected, there were 3 different building supervisors during that time. My only comment would be that the scheduling was not the best.

If you have the opportunity to work with Caryn in Port Saint lucie, you will be treated like family. Caryn was very caring throughout the process and was always available for me when I needed further explanation of the way things will happen. Its my first time building a new home and living in a gated community, sCaryn was able help me through the processes with a smile on her face always.

It is best to be on or near the construction site during the building of your house. Even with all the technology available today, face to face has a better impact.

If you asked me, what would make the process of buying and subsequently moving into my new home better? I would tell you to have patience, because you will need it. Some of the trades people need to pay a bit more attention to detail, and to make sure that their work meets the standard of what the home buyer expects. The follow up care is responsive and will address any issues. However, I feel many things could be avoided if those trades people placed a bit more care in their work. Overall, I am very happy with my home and really like the community. It’s just those issues with the quality of some of the work by some trades people that I have an issue with.
