Very nice community. Very different from other Del Webb communities, not as lush. Landscaping isn’t as nice as other 55+ communities in Port St Lucie, and clubhouse is small with social hall building many years out yet. But still very nice place to live.

Overall a good value for the money. Sales and support very professional and responsive. 2 issues need to be addressed 1. Master bedroom closet and shower are built for people over 6 feet. Hot water distribution time and heating is inadequate for the unit. Developer should remedy and incorporate into design.

sales agent gave us misinformation , on numerous occasion's about same item. also, Vitek did not live up to it's obligation in our opinion. we have heard many complaints about them. both situation's resolved. not to our satisfaction , however, let bygones be bygones. Overall, we are very happy with our new home.

Upper portion of wall oven not attached to cabinet frame. Resulting in the top of oven coming away from wall and racks sliding out upon opening. Still waiting for my refrigerator 2 mo. after closing.

Check the home with a fine tooth comb because if you find something later it is not easy to have it taken care of in a timely manner. Workmen excessively sloppy and leave trash and debris which covers storm drains preventing rain water from dispersing causing flooding.

We were able to visit the Homesite almost daily during construction so we caught many items which would not have been addressed if we were from out of state. 2 months later we are still trying to get kitchen cabinets repaired/replaced. But, we really enjoy our home and the community.

The home is well built and the project manager was excellent. Cabinet and appliances are poor. Even if upgraded from base level. Most cabinets had defects from factory and had to be removed and replaced and all appliances needed warranty repairs immediately .

The construction supervisor, William, was GREAT. I give him a 10 out of 10. He worked with us and kept us updated throughout the construction process. The follow up person, Robert, that is supposed to pickup any issues still open after closing on the property has not responded or followed up on anything. He gets a 0. The sales agent, Carin, was very good. She gets a 10. We have a problem with trying to change our mailbox. Everything was looking like 5 stars at the beginning but went a little downhill after that. Once you move in, you get a lot of immediate attention for the first week, and then, not so much. Also, you start to see the sloppiness in the workmanship, from doors that aren't hung correctly, plumbing that was not fully tested, down to appliances, fixtures, tubs, counter tops, tile, etc that are scuffed up, chipped, dented from carelessness. All things you won't catch on those quick walk throughs leading up to closing. I realize there will be issues as a new house settles, but these are just a few ...

Our salesperson Brendon was great. As for quality, every outlet I’ve used in the house, when I pull out the plug it seems as if the whole outlet is going to come out. I open them only to find out the sockets are not fully screwed in. So now I’ve been going around most of the house screwing in outlets and switches. We had other similar issues like a big whole around the doorbell hidden by the switch plate. I had to fill it with concrete. When it’s chilly out, our windows get totally moist. Since you asked....Although we moved in 3/26/2020, there hasn’t been any follow up to concerns about issues that required Del Webb post settlement response at our home. The excuse is always Covid, yet 1) building construction nearby for Del Webb continues with workers working shoulder to shoulder, as does 2) landscaping in our neighborhood, as well as 3) business back to normal for staffing at the sales office We finally hired someone to paint out front door. I ordered Pendant lighting to be placed over my Island during upgrade selection. This was added to the cost of this house. During my 1st walk through, I pointed out to the Field Manager that the outlets were missing. He said he would add them. At final walk through, outlets for the pendant lights were still missing. Well I am very unsatisfied with the 100% guarantee of handing over the house, still waiting on a bunch of issues that could be resolved very quickly but has not happened yet... We have been very patient on these issues. Another point that was not shared us is that we paid for a Berm View but the back is public property and other people walk thru there.

Caryn was great. There were many issues in the building process that were kicked down the road. many problems were pointed out that would be easy to fix and there was plenty of time to fix them in the building process. At one point the house did not have any work done on it for 3 months. A lot of the concerns were not addressed in that time that could have been done. My house appears to be fine but my backyard is a "swamp", Two days after I moved in my neighbor asked me about our backyards, He stated he had he contacted the builder to complain about the standing water in his yard. I then took a look at my property and realized I also had standing water. We obviously have a serious drainage issue. Now they have to tear up my yard to fix the issue. This is going to be a mess! This all should have been done prior to me moving in.

Builder rushed to closed property

Pulte Homes rushed the complete the house in order to close before the end of the year. We feel that the quality of the craftmanship and materials used were compromised in order to achieve that goal. There are issues with the quality of the painting and baseboards to the installation of appliances. The Pulte team has been responsive in correcting these problems, however the reason we purchased a new construction home was to avoid having a long list to things that needed to be fixed or replaced.
