Field manager did an excellent job

Original presentation was very nice. Salesman knowledgeable & thorough. Model we’re lovely.

We love the house, but dislike customer service's response to my issues. The lack of attention to detail.

Building your dream home should be a wonderful experience, but this is not the case with Pulte. Excuses at every turn. Closed 2 months ago.. house was filthy, finish construction work was sloppy & now we have to battle Pulte ‘customer service’ to get things repaired. Many subs just aren’t skilled. Certainly not the quality expected when buying a $500k+ home.

Taylor was our great salesperson. Bill was very good as our field manager and Mike was very responsive as our customer care rep. Thanks!

If you asked me, what would make the process of buying and subsequently moving into my new home better? I would tell you to have patience, because you will need it. Some of the trades people need to pay a bit more attention to detail, and to make sure that their work meets the standard of what the home buyer expects. The follow up care is responsive and will address any issues. However, I feel many things could be avoided if those trades people placed a bit more care in their work. Overall, I am very happy with my home and really like the community. It’s just those issues with the quality of some of the work by some trades people that I have an issue with. The bright side of that is that the builder does address and remedy whatever issue there may be. I just feel some of it could be avoided if done properly the first time… ... More

Great place to live. Great company to build with

Robert was great in keeping me updated and explained in detail the features of the house.

In my personal experience this company have a lot room for improvement..

our builder was always there for us to answer any questions that we had.

The finish quality of our home was not very good quality. We found that they used Particle Board in our roof vs.. Plywood that we see them using on other houses presently being built. The tile and grout work was average at best. The interior painting was horrible. Alignment and set of switches and wall plates was abysmal. Two of our four sliding doors were damaged. The response to fixing a lot of these challenges by Michael has been very good, but it's a shame that their have been so many things that have needed attention. We have owned our home for around 5 weeks and have had to have tradesman in and out every week and still more to come. ... More

The overall experience has been great. They delivered on time, good communication, construction of house-5 stars, great community.

It appeared that there was a rush to finish the house by closing date. Many small items are still unresolved even after two months

Pleasing experience. Long process though from signing papers till closing date. Otherwise very happy with Dell Webb and Pulte homes

Subcontractors work is low quality!

After we chose to live in Port St. Lucie in a new build 55+ community we had gone to everything in the area and Del Webb had the home and site we were looking for. The decorator selections were very good and they kept us updated throughout the build process. After being here for 2 months we couldn't be happier. During these months we had some 'new build' issues that their warranty manager took care of as promptly as possible. Solid build, very good amenities and everyone we've met in the community are nice.

Home not finished at the time of closing. Poor quality including some drawers missing hardware, paint splatters everywhere, shower drain clogged due to construction debris, dead shurbs in the backyard, scratched windows, and many other issues. The house was dirty at the time of closing. Very very disappointed with the lack of quality control by this company.

Todd and Brendan were by far excellent!!! I appreciate them for making this experience an amazing one. We had a few hiccups in the beginning but with their commitment everything worked out. Cheers!

Our experience from sales through closing through customer care has been seamless, professional and pleasant. Could not ask for more.

Very quick in responding to questions.

The contractors appear to have no interest in taking pride in their work. They seem to have the attitude that they needed to get the work done and move on to the next home, with little to no oversight from the builder. Our home was not move-in ready on the closing date. There were many, many issues. The sewer was backing up on the walk through and wasn't fixed until a week after we closed, which was nine days after closing. The tile work was especially poor, including but not limited to, broken tiles, numerous spacers left between tiles (we're still finding them) and grout tracked through the house all over our tile that we paid extra for. Plumbing fixtures were not even set over the holes on the countertops in the master bath. back yard corner spotlights, that we paid extra for, are not in the corners but about a foot away. we're still waiting on a cracked window to be replaced. We cannot step in our front yard, it stays saturated and muddy. The list goes on and on. We have great neighbors and like the area and would even think about upsizing in Del Webb if the workmanship was of better quality. At this time we would not recommend anyone buying a Del Webb home. In fairness, Rob and Mike, from customer service, are doing their best to help us out. ... More
