We sold our home in Texas and moved to Florida to be close by during the purchasing and building of our forever home to spend our retirement years. We had to have a shower door replaced. Water still leaks through door onto bathroom floor. Garage floor muddy foot prints and globs of cement. Kitchen cabinets doors not aligned. Kitchen cabinet doors scraped all along bottom. Piece for dishwasher sitting on counter waiting to be installed. Raul responds and takes care of what he can.

The subcontractors used to do the floors, windows, painting, grouting, cabinetry and final cleaning were all substandard. They had no attention to detail and were clearly rushed. There are a lot of quality issues that we now have to spend our time on to get repaired and nothing is fixed completely the first time. We are so disgusted with the lack of quality that we would never have bought this place if we knew how the house would’ve turned out. Great home and really nice neighbors and community amenities. Very happy we moved here.But based on my firsthand experience DO NOT USE PULTE MORTGAGE! The employees are mostly INCOMPETENT and from my experience have very little knowledge of the correct mortgage product to put you into. They knew upfront that I was self employed and regardless Pulte Mortgage switched me into 3 different mortgage products over a 5 MONTH PERIOD…… ALL DUE TO INCOMPETENCE! Poor quality of the work from the subcontractors

The contractors appear to have no interest in taking pride in their work. They seem to have the attitude that they needed to get the work done and move on to the next home, with little to no oversight from the builder. Our home was not move-in ready on the closing date. There were many, many issues. The sewer was backing up on the walk through and wasn't fixed until a week after we closed, which was nine days after closing. Realtors need to DISCLOSE ALL MATERIAL FACTS up front! That's a FREC LAW..

Realtors did not DISCLOSE ALL FACTS. And when showing them the mortgage documents, they didn't know how to read them. Said that they "were wrong". It was a $30,000 difference! I've been in the real estate industry for many years. I need to give them a crash course in how to read a mortgage loan statement and to advise them that they have an ethical obligation to DISCLOSE EVERYTHING UP FRONT. And if you don't know something, admit it. Don't say "the bank is wrong". I was not told of the extra $195 to Town of Tradition either or the controverial path. Although we gave a good review originally, after more than a month of living here, we are now extremely disappointed. It took way too long to start building and then it seems Del Webb rushed to complete. From the beginning, Del Webb's sales staff would only contact us after we contacted them. No updates were forthcoming until we called them. Fast forward to after closing, we hired painters to paint the bedrooms, den, and bathrooms and found the workmanship of Del Webb, in association with the walls, abysmal - incomplete (gap between top of door and drywall), did not sand mud and painted over ...

It’s sad , customer service is horrible, they all lie , from Dec 22 to now Feb7 all unfinished areas have not been done , from the president of construction down , no response ! The house was left dirty Was promise to clean it. Never got done ! The HOA is a joke, too wait two Months of approvals, no personal service , plus the streets are in uneven! No body takes responsibility! From the president, you cannot get in touch with ! Never I will ever anytime move into a community of Del Webb ! Sorry it’s your sins !!

This experience was one of the most stressful things we have been through. The only person I would give a 5 star to was our saleperson Brendan. He was fabulous. He tried to help out on many different occasions getting us in touch with the right poeple. We closed in September and there are still so many issues they are addressing and fixing. At one point I wanted to stand out front of Dell webb with a sign that said don't buy here. I really think our problems stemmed from our Construction manager. I am very disappointed in this experience. No one from Pulte has been honest nor lived up to their word other than Brendan the sales manager who at least tries. I have been lied to my face numerous occasions by Pulte representatives and that is unacceptable on all levels. Once you close on your home, it takes an act of God to remedy issues you were promised would be fixed or the “fix” is a bandaid and not remedied professionally, as corners are cut.
