Quality builder and trustworthy company, excellent construction mamager.

Sales Rep. (Taylor) was excellent. Mortgage Process Team was excellent. However, the construction team over promised and under delivered.

It was a pleasure to tour and purchase a Del Webb home. After touring many communities, I knew the Del Webb Tradition Community was home. The home styles and wide range of options and very competitive pricing allowed me to purchase the home that best fit my lifestyle and budget.

Missing items and small defects have been taken care of promptly.

Although no complex endeavor comes out 100% correct the first time, we are impressed with the builder's responses to correct the relatively minor issues we've discovered.

Del Webb has gone over and above their effort to make home ownership here a rewarding experience. They are constantly maintaining our propertY and the common areas to keep everything beautiful.

From the sales process where the folks were very forthcoming with all things to be considered. We were given option catalog with pricing for our proposed model so we would know before purchasing what we were getting into. During the build our construction manager always had time to review where we were in the process and if we had any concerns addressed them immediately. Post closing the warranty team addressed any touch up items that we found. The entire process you could tell all the people involved were striving to make the entire process a pleasant one.

The 4 star rating in one category is due to an unresolved issue with the ceiling

We are very happy with our new home. We were pleased with the builder and their offerings, and any issues we encountered were dealt with promptly. This is a beautiful community with a wide variety of activities. Unfortunately because of the coronavirus, we have not had much opportunity for social interaction, but there has been regular communication from the activities director as well as the HOA. So we look forward to taking an active part in the offerings once it is safe to do so. From initial purchase to closing and after, everyone we have dealt with has been attentive and knowledgeable. Very nice community. Very different from other Del Webb communities, not as lush. Landscaping isn’t as nice as other 55+ communities in Port St Lucie, and clubhouse is small with social hall building many years out yet. But still very nice place to live.

Although we gave a good review originally, after more than a month of living here, we are now extremely disappointed. It took way too long to start building and then it seems Del Webb rushed to complete. From the beginning, Del Webb's sales staff would only contact us after we contacted them. No updates were forthcoming until we called them. Fast forward to after closing, we hired painters to paint the bedrooms, den, and bathrooms and found the workmanship of Del Webb, in association with the walls, abysmal - incomplete (gap between top of door and drywall), did not sand mud and painted over it, gobs of caulk not smoothed out, pockmarked and dents everywhere. The building and warranty managers told us we should have never used eggshell paint because it would show too many flaws. Well we weren't expecting such poor workmanship! The drywall people came (3 days) to try and fix everything but short of starting all over (hanging new drywall), it was a futile endeavor. To top it all off, we paid extra money to have smooth walls; it was a builder's upgrade. We requested a refund, but never heard back from the salesman (no surprise there). We just hope that Del Webb's poor workmanship doesn't show up in anything else but only time will tell. OUR sales representative was excellent and co-operative in every phase our home building process.

Everything went very smoothly. Any issues that arose were handled quickly and professionally.

Ask lots of questions and hopefully get truthful answers.

Since you asked....Although we moved in 3/26/2020, there hasn’t been any follow up to concerns about issues that required Del Webb post settlement response at our home. The excuse is always Covid, yet 1) building construction nearby for Del Webb continues with workers working shoulder to shoulder, as does 2) landscaping in our neighborhood, as well as 3) business back to normal for staffing at the sales office We finally hired someone to paint out front door. Landscaping for our lot has still not been completed. Del Webb has collected HOA fees for 1.5 years but out community center has still not opened, not even outdoor activities such as pickle ball courts, even though county parks are open at some distance from Del Webb. Neighbors who have lived here for over a year are furious over this. Del Webb’s “social director “ hasn’t even provided an estimated date for opening. Not happy we can’t use the pool either, even though CDC says it’s safe to use an outdoor chlorinated pools. You asked, so I’m telling the truth. ... More

Noticed several issues as soon as we moved in. The toilet bowl leaked, trim was missing from under dishwasher, peep hole improperly installed, hole in ceiling next to a vent, light fell out of ceiling and is hanging by the wires and our doorbell improperly wired. Our sprinkler system has not worked for almost 2 months. Numerous calls and several attempts later and they are still not working. After moving in it was determined that a drainage system needed to be installed so they show up one day without notice and start tearing up my poorly laid sod and install drainage pipes that should have been installed when the house was built. The workers just laid the bushes they dug up on top of the soil wherever they thought they belonged. All this is just the tip of the iceberg. Things like screens pulling out of the Lanai that have holes in them, etc. None of the issues are being addressed because of the Corona virus but there is no reason a repairman couldn't enter the house wearing a mask and gloves to complete the repairs and some of the repairs are outside of the home. If I can safely shop at Publix, sit in a restaurant and have a meal or go for a walk on the beach there is no reason repairs can't be made. Stop using Corona virus as an excuse and start making repairs. The icing on the cake is our club house that was supposed to be completed before we moved in on April 1st is still not finished. Houses are being built by the dozens but repairs can't be completed. Very dissatisfied. . ... More

Beside a couple hiccups with the custom items we selected (which were corrected) the process was about as smooth as you would hope. And the home is beautiful.

Pay attention to your walkthrough! After closing I found the following - scratched cabinet doors (replacing), cracked and chipped tiles (going through repairs now), floor tiles were left with caulk and grout residue on most of them (spent 2 weeks cleaning), several cracked tiles were found, outlets were loose, fridge needed warranty service already (due to poor installation), currently fighting with countertop maker (terrible island granite - many chips and couple saw marks- requesting replacement, other countertop is great, Expected better workmanship. Cleaning crew were worthless. Have to stay on top of them if you can. Tough if moving from another state. Will be a beautiful house once all issues have been resolved. ... More

We're only in our new home 7 weeks. So far we've only had minor issues. All of them are being addressed as I write this review.. Pulte has a very good team. Sales, Construction and Warranty. I worked for a builder in the north for 35 years so I was prepared to be critical ! I am very satisfied with our purchase. I would definitely recommend Del Webb by Pulte.

Was not told - need insurance for golf cart - garbage comes at different times - not told how to keep windows clean - who do I hire - backyard tree planted is dying - do I call someone - had problems with thermostat- wi-fi went out last night - did not expect this for a new home - -
