From the sales process where the folks were very forthcoming with all things to be considered. We were given option catalog with pricing for our proposed model so we would know before purchasing what we were getting into. During the build our construction manager always had time to review where we were in the process and if we had any concerns addressed them immediately. Post closing the warranty team addressed any touch up items that we found. The entire process you could tell all the people involved were striving to make the entire process a pleasant one.

We are very happy with our new home. We were pleased with the builder and their offerings, and any issues we encountered were dealt with promptly. This is a beautiful community with a wide variety of activities. Unfortunately because of the coronavirus, we have not had much opportunity for social interaction, but there has been regular communication from the activities director as well as the HOA. Very nice community. Very different from other Del Webb communities, not as lush. Landscaping isn’t as nice as other 55+ communities in Port St Lucie, and clubhouse is small with social hall building many years out yet. But still very nice place to live.

Although we gave a good review originally, after more than a month of living here, we are now extremely disappointed. It took way too long to start building and then it seems Del Webb rushed to complete. From the beginning, Del Webb's sales staff would only contact us after we contacted them. No updates were forthcoming until we called them. Fast forward to after closing, we hired painters to paint the bedrooms, den, and bathrooms and found the workmanship of Del Webb, in association with the walls, abysmal - incomplete (gap between top of door and drywall), did not sand mud and painted over ...

Since you asked....Although we moved in 3/26/2020, there hasn’t been any follow up to concerns about issues that required Del Webb post settlement response at our home. The excuse is always Covid, yet 1) building construction nearby for Del Webb continues with workers working shoulder to shoulder, as does 2) landscaping in our neighborhood, as well as 3) business back to normal for staffing at the sales office We finally hired someone to paint out front door. Noticed several issues as soon as we moved in. The toilet bowl leaked, trim was missing from under dishwasher, peep hole improperly installed, hole in ceiling next to a vent, light fell out of ceiling and is hanging by the wires and our doorbell improperly wired. Our sprinkler system has not worked for almost 2 months. Numerous calls and several attempts later and they are still not working. Pay attention to your walkthrough! After closing I found the following - scratched cabinet doors (replacing), cracked and chipped tiles (going through repairs now), floor tiles were left with caulk and grout residue on most of them (spent 2 weeks cleaning), several cracked tiles were found, outlets were loose, fridge needed warranty service already (due to poor installation), currently fighting with countertop maker (terrible island granite - many chips and couple saw marks- requesting replacement, other countertop is great, Expected better workmanship. We're only in our new home 7 weeks. So far we've only had minor issues. All of them are being addressed as I write this review.. Pulte has a very good team. Sales, Construction and Warranty. I worked for a builder in the north for 35 years so I was prepared to be critical ! I am very satisfied with our purchase. I would definitely recommend Del Webb by Pulte.
