The initial experience with the realtor Bridget was very favorable and she was very accessible. Our construction manager kept us posted on each step. My disappointment was with the mortgage process with Pulte which was traumatic. There were no instruction manuals for the appliances. When we did have a problem with the dishwasher/garbage disposal it took 3 weeks for plumber to come. In an over 55 community, I was surprised that I had to put in safety bars in the bathroom and pool which should have been standard.

Overall experience was good. After experience especially for those that are working still can be better. Need to have weekend appointments. Contractors need to respect those that are working to times committed be there when told or expected. Communication needs to be better with a phone call or text of arrival times.

This is our 3rd home, and our second home where we chose the design and accessories. Del Webb and their employees were great and helping to guide us through the process. Was it a flawless experience? A cookie cutter rushed build.

Pulte has a great sales pitch. Selling you a lifestyle. The actual build is just rushed. Limited attention to detail. Pulte offers a lot of lip service, but based on my experience, the actions don't support statements. They do not respond to warranty requests to correct flaws. Clearly their only goal is to throw homes up quickly to make money. And to add insult to injury, it is a 55 plus community, yet, minor children are everywhere, noisy and often unsupervised.

From the time I signed my contract it was a very smooth process, I got great weekly updates, visited during construction and really it was very smooth across all the Pulte platforms (including finance and insurance). I have had a number of issues since moving in ( to be expected) and the warranty team has been very responsive. I’m overall very happy w my home but have had some issues w Pulte vendors (pool), and appliances ( washer and dishwasher). Our construction manager was great. WE were living 900 miles away when construction started. His weekly updates and picture of progress really made us feel like we were right there. We did travel to see the construction 5 times and every time he took time out of his day to walk through the current status with us. Even through final walk through Clinton was super. He even stops by when he is driving by just to say hi and answer questions.

The home buying experience was positive, and our builder representative(Marvin) was very kind\good. We have been in now for a little over a month, and are surprised and disappointed with the quality and workmanship of the finishes. It appears that "speed" was more important than quality, finished, product. In addition, we have just had to call the customer care line as ALL of the toilets\drains\tubs\showers have backed-up. Not the first impression we were hoping for.

Have bought and built many homes in the past. Construction manager seemed under pressure whenever we met. He did a very good job, especially in the quality of the build. Communication primarily only came from him. We did receive a couple messages from what appeared to be senior management asking if we had any issues. Twice I responded regarding a finance issue and asked for a response-never received one .

The builder (Clinton) and the sales rep (Katy) were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. They were both informative and responsive. The builder provided weekly updates, including update pictures on the progress of the building of the house, which my wife and I looked forward to every Friday! Terrific service!

Good communication for initial purchase. . Mortgage a hassle. Disappointed pool and clubhouse not done without a clear date to open. HOA fees should have been reduced until we get the amenities. Took a long time for HOA to approve ARC items. No parking at dog park poor planning. HOA start up not so seamless. Warranty items not addressed

Paid Pulte well over one million dollars for a brand new home in Del Webb Viera. They use day laborers to construct the homes that are plagued with issues. Lesson learned. Never close on a home until it’s right and Pulte is a big mass market “big box” builder of terrible build quality. Extremely disappointing

Realtor and Work Manager were excellent. Workmanship fell short as identified in several areas through professional after build inspection. However quick fixes were accomplished after reporting. Price of home was overpriced per VA appraisal, negotiated new value and price were determined and accepted.

Everything went fabulous until we took possession of the home. We loved our sales agent Bridget and our builder, Lonnie was friendly and helpful sending us pictures of our house as it was being built. He was quick to respond to issues after closing, as well. But our disappointment was when we closed, so many things were not OK. Beverage fridge has never worked - still waiting on replacement, dishwasher and freezer never hooked up to water, doorbell was not wired correctly to work and rang by itself constantly, smoke alarm was not wired correctly and kept going off at all hours of the ...
