Heather W our sales person and Manny our construction manager with the highlights of the process. Professional, seemed to be available anytime to answer a question and if they did not know right away they would get back in a timely manner. These two individuals represented th company and themselves as true professionals.

Lisa was great, she was on top of things and was available quickly and very helpful. Manny was great also, great job showing us everything about the house and got things fixed quickly

The builder (Clinton) and the sales rep (Katy) were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. They were both informative and responsive. The builder provided weekly updates, including update pictures on the progress of the building of the house, which my wife and I looked forward to every Friday! Terrific service!

This community is very welcoming and the homes are beautiful with the landscaping well maintained.

Outstanding professional support from Lonnie throughout the building process and post closing. Lonnie has provided exceptional attention to even the smallest details while remaking responsive as needed. Every new build will experience some construction issues. It takes true professionalism to work those details to fruition.

The final day pre closing inspection time allotment is ridiculous. Having to inspect/accept all the fit and finish in that short amount of time is impossible. Then theres pressure to accept findings. After that you're on your own.
