Our construction manager was great. WE were living 900 miles away when construction started. His weekly updates and picture of progress really made us feel like we were right there. We did travel to see the construction 5 times and every time he took time out of his day to walk through the current status with us. Even through final walk through Clinton was super. He even stops by when he is driving by just to say hi and answer questions.

They said if we have a question and we do and they respond. Attentive to customers concerns

The final day pre closing inspection time allotment is ridiculous. Having to inspect/accept all the fit and finish in that short amount of time is impossible. Then theres pressure to accept findings. After that you're on your own.

Sales / Decorating Selections: Lisa and Crystal were superb, 11 out of 10 in every way possible. We are pleased with the overall quality of everything except the drop zone. There are marks from the circular saw on the shelves and the where the lid was cut on the seat, cross cuts went beyond the corners as obviously a circular saw was use instead of a reciprocal saw, this “X” marks had to be filled. There is actually a nail splitting one of the shelves and the lid sticks. The cross cuts were filled in but the other issues persist. Post move in was pretty good but a bit less than stellar. Construction manager Clinton was very professional, nice, respectful and prompt during the build process including the walk through and most issues were addressed with great efficiency and satisfaction over the 3 days before settlement. After move in, the initial response to the final punch list by Lyndsey was excellent, but then the ball dropped as some items weren’t addressed by the contractors because, “They weren’t on the ticket”. Poor seal around front door was not addressed for this reason the technician from American Home Builders simply raised the threshold and did not addressed to play in the door that causes a howling with the wind. I’ve reached out to Lyndsey twice by email for follow up over about 5-7 days and have not heard back. Perhaps there is a good reason such as she may be on PTO. If that’s the case, most companies have an automated email response stating such. In that way the homeowner would at least know the message was received, Other contractors were excellent and addressed issues promptly and fully. Clint always responded in a timely manner.

Our project manager did an excellent job and worked with us the entire way. Felt like I could trust him when I was not around. He was super responsive to my concerns and questions and made sure that every detail was addressed especially at the end of the build. Morgan is an excellent Project Manager!

Lisa at sales was amazing. Marvin the contract manager stayed on top of everything and ensured no big problems. It was a smooth transition. The loan department is a different story, worst experience we have ever had.

The process with Del Webb Viera - Pulte was a great experience, The sales process was seamless and very helpful. The building construction manager was attentive and walked with us through the entire process.

Good experience from Lisa in sales to Morgan, project manager. Closing day was difficult because of Pulte last minute demands.

Great team from sales through the building process, it made a painless experience, the closing portion of the overall process could use some improvement.

Brian was outstanding. I have had seven homes built during my adult years, he is by far the best person I have worked with. He tried to meet our every need or desire during the home building process. We have been totally satisfied with this entire process..except the landscaping and the finished drywall. We are taking our drywall issues to Brian. Lets just say, to make this house a true high dollar house, It needs to have sanding around almost every outlet done. And before we closed, we made a deal with Brian that this home needs two coats of paint due to them forgetting to round the corners. Brian and the lead paint guy assured us on Friday, that by the time we were ready to close, they would have a second coat on the entire house. We have area's of wall that still don't have a first coat We were told that we would get at the minimum three gallon plants, not true. our landscaping looks like it was pieced together using leftover sod and bushes. We have multiple areas of no sod at all. Our tree in the front yard is dead, yet still it's in the ground. Very Shabby for a home that costs as much as it did. ... More

Del Webb at Viera finished our home within the original time estimate. We had a great construction manager that gave us weekly text updates with pictures. Overall quality of work was good. There were some issues that were corrected prior to closing. We have several minor warranty issues that were quickly responded to and fixed. Very pleased so far going into our second month in the home.

We didn't have any issues during construction. Delays are still ongoing in the building industry. We felt like we had a good sturdy product when we moved in. If you don't expect perfection and can accept some minor cosmetic flaws you will be happy with the home. Pulte/Del Webb has a good building process, and it keeps you informed about the process.

We made best chouce for us and our situation. Warranty responsiveness has improved

The home buying experience was positive, and our builder representative(Marvin) was very kind\good. We have been in now for a little over a month, and are surprised and disappointed with the quality and workmanship of the finishes. It appears that "speed" was more important than quality, finished, product. In addition, we have just had to call the customer care line as ALL of the toilets\drains\tubs\showers have backed-up. Not the first impression we were hoping for.

New home buying experience was excellent From sales with Bridget thru a smooth closing to a wonderful experience with Lonnie in construction. Follow up issues have been lagging a bit though. I m sure they will be attended to as reputation is stellar.

Everyone I dealt with was very nice, but my problem is the quality of materials and the Lack of knowledge and experience I feel that being a bunch of Latin workers out here someone should be speaking Spanish to them to explain to them and training them how to do things the correct way with the workers that were working on the house

After a month of having to call workers to come back and fix over 45 problems, our home is finally beginning to shape up. However, materials used are not at all up to a standard of what we paid for the home. All in all though, we are now happy with our new home. The office staff who worked to get our problems addressed and corrected were very responsive to our needs. We are very pleased with the care and concern given to our questions and problems.

overall it was a good experience, the only downfall was we had many construction managers and when it was time for the final walkthrough the repairs were not done prior to closing and it was a process to get things fixed but they are addressing all of our concerns.

Lots of problems with no resolution in the near future. Also spoke with other owners with the same issues.

We felt we needed to keep an eye on the building process. Subcontractors were slightly below average and construction manager, to us, is really a project manager. There needs to be more supervision of trades (such as uneven floors, appliance issues on day one, some doors were uneven, touch ups and prior cleaning were not done prior to closing as promised.) Expected more quality for the price point. Nice neighborhood.

Did not expect this many issues with the house.

Respectfully suggest that Del Webb does not hold to a Closing date when the home has many significant deficiencies. Simply push the Closing date out a week or two and explain to the Buyer that the home does not yet meet your rigid standards. I’m aware that a home is a system of many subsystems and things do go wrong, but the Buyer should not be expected to be the Builders Quality Control system. I’m deeply disappointed.

Overall, my purchase experience was good. I have been a bit overwhelmed with information regarding warranties and HOA policies but it will get better as time goes on.
