Love the beautiful community being developed, the home design and general construction. However, went cheap in relation to the price paid in many areas of the home.

Sales Consultant BRIDGET was amazing. She was very knowledgeable of the many variety of hoes available. She made the whole buying process simple. Construction Supervisor LONNIE was also amazing. He was always there to answer any of my questions regarding my new home. He made the whole construction process very simple.

Pulte is about making money. Not interested in building a quality home.

Buying experience was pretty good. Closing was a joke. Del Webb/Pulte employees stood over us encouraging us to give everyone a 10. The trades who worked on our home were awful and extremely sloppy. Pulte said the windows in homes were hurricane proof, double pain with vinyl frames. We got hurricane proof only. Neighbors are filing a class action suit against Pulte.

Learning that we are not alone in our home buying experience, helps us face the absolute myriad of problems encountered after spending 3/4 of a million dollars on a 300k home. Faulty workmanship, major electrical issues, cheap materials, single pane vinyl storm windows are installed. Double paned storm windows were supposed to be installed. This is an issue with many of the homeowners here.Incomplete insulation installation, as well as no insulation in many of the homes. It has been approximately one month since I moved into the new home. I currently have 10 open requests in for repairs. So far. I have had 7 contractor appointments to repair the refrigerator, cabinets, caulking, painting, etc. I anticipate over 10 more contractor appointments to address open issues. Due to serious insect issues, I was required to scrub, power wash (entire house) and paint areas of the house to clean and cover up insect residue. Buying the paint and paying for power wash was over $500.

Our project manager did an excellent job and worked with us the entire way. Felt like I could trust him when I was not around. He was super responsive to my concerns and questions and made sure that every detail was addressed especially at the end of the build. Morgan is an excellent Project Manager!

We felt we needed to keep an eye on the building process. Subcontractors were slightly below average and construction manager, to us, is really a project manager. There needs to be more supervision of trades (such as uneven floors, appliance issues on day one, some doors were uneven, touch ups and prior cleaning were not done prior to closing as promised.) Expected more quality for the price point. Nice neighborhood.

Pulte boasts "premium building materials" and "higher quality standards". I have gotten nothing but push back and told out right lies about rectifying issues with the quality of the "upgraded" kitchen cabinets. Some, but not all sizes of the doors have visible vertical seams. The sales manager claimed any doors wider than 20.5" wide will have a seam in the joints. Four sets of doors are 22'' wide and do have a visible seam. Upon visiting several other homes under construction in the same neighborhood with the same exact doors there are NO SEAMS on the 22" wide doors. So much for ...

Lisa at sales was amazing. Marvin the contract manager stayed on top of everything and ensured no big problems. It was a smooth transition. The loan department is a different story, worst experience we have ever had.

I unfortunately feel that my new Del Webb home is not worth what I paid for it. I have found that all of the materials used, including the very expensive upgrades have not been worth the price. I only recently moved in so I am hoping that the community that was promised will make it worth it. But I am very disappointed in the quality of the materials and workmanship of my home. My advice to new buyers if you want to be in a Del Webb home is to not buy ANY of the offered upgrades. But the base home and out the upgrades in yourself after the fact.

Everyone I dealt with was very nice, but my problem is the quality of materials and the Lack of knowledge and experience I feel that being a bunch of Latin workers out here someone should be speaking Spanish to them to explain to them and training them how to do things the correct way with the workers that were working on the house

I love the community and what they are setting up. I think they do a great job in picking the location and setting up a beautiful community. I think they have trouble delivering on the promise though. They are building homes so fast, they lose quality control and it falls to the homeowner to have to check for every little detail.

We can not write a good review because it has not been a good experience. We have standing water within inches of our foundation- our neighbor has complained,through the warranty process, so have we, he has a work order, so do we. We have had nothing done to remedy this issue. This is an issue for the slabs the houses are built on as well as a health hazard- a perfect breeding ground for mosquitoes and other bugs. We just had an insulation expert evaluate our house because we were emptying our dehumidifier daily. He found many leaking ducts by in the attic, blocked soffits, insulation of ...

Upgraded Kitchen

Paid for upgraded appliances, but basic decision issues. All appliances were supposed to be Whirlpool. Initial microwave was another brand. It was replaced with a whirlpool but, the display is white when all other kitchen appliances are blue. It is highlight as it sits above oven and you see the difference every time you look into the kitchen. Construction manager has been very responsive in trying to get fix, but so far he keeps getting road blocks. Latest response is others are like that so, no fix. I guess it is OK for this new pair of shoes to be one black and one white
