The quality of my home that was turned over to me was subpar to previous Pulte Home I had purchased in the past. My home was turned over to me with major roof issues and to date have not been repaired. My patio sliding door at closing would not properly close and lock. Construction Manager assured me repairs would be done ASAP. It took 3 weeks for repair company to respond due to poor response and follow-up from my Construction Manager. Overall this home buying process was very stressful and unpleasant. I will never purchase a Pulte home again.

Go build some where else this place is terrible and the HOA is really bad they don’t approve anything and we are putting are home up for sale

They lie to you about everything to sell you the home they change anything they want but we can’t change anything if I knew I could not screen in front porch I would not have built here the only thing good I can say is the warranty people are great

Extremely Stressful and Disappointing Building and Move-in Experience

Having built 3 homes previously, with generally very good to excellent experiences, we were shocked at how horrible this building experience was and how disappointing the end result upon move-in was. The issues are too numerous to list all, but some of the more egregious ones follow. First, fighting for months to get garage door windows and front glass door to be impact-rated in an “impact-glass” community and in accordance with Building Code in a Wind Bourne Debris Region (This involved personally sending DW relevant building code multiple times, having private inspector detailing in report, ...

We can not write a good review because it has not been a good experience. We have standing water within inches of our foundation- our neighbor has complained,through the warranty process, so have we, he has a work order, so do we. We have had nothing done to remedy this issue. This is an issue for the slabs the houses are built on as well as a health hazard- a perfect breeding ground for mosquitoes and other bugs. When signing the contract to purchase a home nobody disclosed that the community clubhouse would not be completed for over a year or that the temporary clubhouse would have no pool. Nor did they disclose where the construction office would be, which happens to be on the same street as the lot we picked. We had 2 Project Managers. Don't know why but can only imagine. The Second Project Manager who came on just before our walk-through is polite and professional but does not have control over when workers show up or complete projects. Do not buy into Del Webb at Viera if you can avoid it. The quality of workmanship is horrible. The houses are slapped together. We have problems with drywall, paint quality, door trim gouges, paint on flooring, exterior paint coverage, pavers are sinking in on driveway, sprinkler system pipes are not buried, bathroom shower leaked into bathroom floor, scratches on glass in shower enclosure, door wall glass is scratched, bathroom mirror is scratched.
