Great experience moving into Del Webb Naples move in ready home. They were negotiable on price and our situation of closing on our previous home. We got to move from one home to the other in two days, so much less stress thanks to Robin at sales. Home quality a lot better than other builders in area.

Had a great experience and support from Celestine right from the start. We soon established the model I would be best suited to and the deal was confirmed. The support of the operations team and preparations were great. The house is well designed and built and the infrastructure well planned and executed.

Good sales presentation and discussion and terms and mortgage offer presented. Worth further discussion and consideration. Further discussion and terms offered next day resulted in accepted offer.

Closed on my home in December and 2 months later we are not able to live in it. Problems with every trade that participated in constructing this home. Terrible workmanship in all areas.

Design, location and fixtures are top of the line

Our home buying process and build experience was fantastic. Our Construction Manager, Natrone, was great to work with. He answered all of our questions and always responded very quickly. We definitely recommend Pulte and Del Webb Naples.

I would give a five star but our mail key didn't work on first day, we were never told about ID cards during orientation and our home key didn't work on move in day. Also 2nd garage remote is dead and our trays were missing from freezer. All was resolved quickly though. This is our second new build and delwebb blows Eastwood in North Carolina out of the water with their great work . Looking forward to living in our new home

We have purchased both Lennar and Pulte homes and I find the quality of the Pulte homes to be better. Our salesman and quality control person were exceptionally helpful and attentive to our needs. Move in inspection was great and they handle all the necessary adjustments. Would highly recommend them to build their next home.

Overall the experience was fast and comfortable. Our salesman Bill was very knowledgeable and helpful in making sure that this was the right move for my wife and I.

Bought a move in ready model home…appears to be good value getting upgrade features at lower cost. Paperwork was surprisingly plentiful…could drive you nuts. Pressure an no flexibility on closing date. Walk through happened 3 days before closing but punch list was not completed…assured all would be taken care of quickly. Somehow in Warranty process and appears to be wrapping up 4 months later. Jasmine in Warranty seems very helpful:-) One disagreement on guest bathroom tub condition not noticed during walk through…may still get resolved, may not…get help to go over every detail during walk through. Include verifying every outlet is in working order, every faucet, every appliance, showers and tubs, etc.. ... More

Very easy turnkey process from beginning to end.

All quarterly fees were not adequately explained, resulting in a big surprise two months after closing. For a carriage house (Condo) that amounts to $2354.00 each quarter. During the walk through, several times were pointed out that would be fixed, however, the repair work was either shoddy or not performed. Now the washing machine is leaking and the refrigerator does not work properly. The service people are prompt, but the phone response team is more interested in selling an expensive warranty package for new appliances that are still under original warranty. Our construction manager JC was/is very helpful before, during and after the homebuying "process." He helped make the whole experience easier for both my wife and myself.

No major issues to date

Be EXTREMELY careful with the "come on" low cost advertised mortgage interest rates. I ended up paying over 1.1% more than their original commitment due to an "error" on their part.

Make sure to visit the construction site as often as possible and make sure your sales person is knowledgeable about the product and options well

Often, construction debris is left blowing in the wind, ending up in homeowners property or in the canals with the wildlife. Construction processes create dust and dirt. My new home and my vehicle have been covered in concrete dust and earth dust. Nobody comes to clean the homes next to current buildings projects. I’ve washed my truck several times at no small expense. My screens and lanai covered with dust. The sprinklers flood the property and the front street side of some homes are puddled with water. Arriving home, one tracks water and or water with sand into their garage. Water pools onto the cart path and sidewalk. Morning walks have swinging routes onto the roadway to avoid these small sidewalk ponds. The sprinklers are set somewhat random and may jet water directly against your new home, eaves, onto the roof or directly into one’s lanai. But, the irrigation errors are the landscapers responsibility. The noise and traffic of construction is constant and our street is often dirty and wet. Walking our dogs in one direction leads them to flooded sidewalks. The other direction leads them into dirt, debris and discarded chicken bones from the workers. ... More

Good experience during the whole process

We recently purchased a home in Del Webb, Ave Maria. Our experience from start to finish has been excellent. We have had a few minor call-back issues and the contractors have been timely and quick to resolve issues. This has been a great experience.

Christina was wonderful to work with!!! She had all the answers when we needed them. Also David had the home sparkling clean when we finally moved in. All in all it was a very pleasant experience to have a DelWeb home.

My construction manager, Elliott, was extremely helpful and responsive to any of my concerns. my requests were handled quickly and professionally.
