Di the walk through on-line. He also showed up on my closing day and walked me through everything. Covering all the appliances and all the questions I had. It took several hours. Gave me suggestions and answered all my questions. Identified several items that needed attention.

I had a great experience with Pulte Homes, and they exceeded my expectations. Marc S. and David G. were the team members who helped me the most, and they always kept their promises and responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. The best part is that Pulte's construction is excellent, and I am thrilled with the result.

Number one was honest communication from our agent Bill and the building managers Eric and Elliott. Quality of the materials used, and the workmanship were excellent. When there were issues, warranty follow up by Silvio were addressed and resolved. Elliott who was our second building manager due to family issues with Eric went out of his way to address needs questions and serviced our needs quickly and appropriately. If he did not know the answer, he said so and then responded quickly when did find the answers to our questions. Our realtor Patrick Beach was contacted by Pamela Williams a sales professional at Del Webb. There was a brand new home that had just been completed in September. Between Patrick and Pamela they knew the home was a great match for us. The following day we scheduled the first appointment with Pamela. We fell in love with the house after spending time checking all the amenities. The last home we had custom built on 3 acres out in the country. The craftsmanship we exceptional. We spent a lot of time figuring out where we wanted to live, and Ave Maria was the best option for us. Living in the Del Webb community is perfect for us and has all the amenities we need, plus we loved the home options, and the lots that were available. I would call this our "dream home", and we are very happy with the process and the quality of the build. I would definitely recommend this area, the Del Webb community and Pulte Homes!

Living out of state I thought I may have some difficulties during the building process. But, between the sales office and the site manager it actually was a pleasant home buying experience. The home is a high quality build home and I would definitely buy from and highly recommend Del Webb/Pulte

Starting with the salesperson Marc he kept me informed about everything that was going on step by step. Every month he would give me a detailed Verbal report and what phase would be next. My wife and I spent at least one and a half hours looking over options from standard to premium selections. The project supervisor Jake was also very outstanding sending us photos of almost every portion of the build he also personally invited us to come and view certain portion of the build. Jake also went into great detail on the walk through before closing date and had marked the imperfections that he observed and suggested us to look for any other he may have missed. This is our second Pulte Home, one in Michigan & one in Florida. I feel confident in the quality of the build and they stay behind their product with a good warranty. Everyone we dealt with was responsive to our concerns.
