Once moved in you are basically on your own.

Not worth my timed or effort!

Our sale agent Marc and project manager Elliot were both excellent. Both were very responsive and kept us informed as to the house process and expectations. any issues were dealt with promptly..

Took a couple years to complete build but closing and move in process went well. Construction manager was knowledgeable and responsive to all our questions, he was key to making our homebuying experience enjoyable.

We were so excited to have this house built and our move from South Naples to Ave Maria. Our sales person was over the top helpful from start to finish. But after closing, the number of functional issues we have run into, that should have been discovered prior to closing, is very frustrating and disappointing. Too many electrical issues (one dangerous), windows that did not open, and....... We have spent over a month (and still going) of constantly having contractors over handling issues. I do have to give Del Webb/Pulte a good grade for taking care of the issues on the back end but so much of it could have been caught if the folks that are paid to check the house from top to bottom did a better job. I don't think it is too much to ask that someone test the outlets or make sure that every light has a switch to turn it on. It just does not seem that during the construction process that contractors are being held to high standards. The contractors that handle the warranty issues know exactly what needs to be corrected because of the pattern of problems created during construction. I am just not sure that Pulte understand the amount of time that the owner needs to take to get these issues corrected and to be around waiting on contractors. I hate to write a bad review. We love our new home but now question the quality. I am hoping that a year from now we can move on from some of the very large issues and I can write a better review. We built this home remote from Michigan and we didn’t really know what to expect. Our construction manager Cody and sales associate Holly did a great job keeping us up to date on the progress of our home on a weekly basis. Construction of our home finished ahead of schedule. The quality of construction exceeded our expectations. Thankfully we had no issues with construction. The entire process was an enjoyable experience.

My experience with Dell Webb was smooth , I purchased my home during covid so there were some delays . Which I expected , supply chain delays , workers being out and such . My sales agent Holly was great . She kept me informed and sent pix of progress regularly. Construction manager , Jake was always available for questions and responded quickly. All in all everything was handled professionally. Even my closing was smooth , done virtually. Acctually signed all my docs in the airport waiting for my flight back home after my final inspection in person. Very pleased with all involved . Once moved in Lucy was able to guide me through what I needed to do and she did all with a smile . ... More

Di the walk through on-line. He also showed up on my closing day and walked me through everything. Covering all the appliances and all the questions I had. It took several hours. Gave me suggestions and answered all my questions. Identified several items that needed attention.

I had a great experience with Pulte Homes, and they exceeded my expectations. Marc S. and David G. were the team members who helped me the most, and they always kept their promises and responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. The best part is that Pulte's construction is excellent, and I am thrilled with the result.

Great work and help Congratulations

The Pulte name was supposed to be higher quality than most but they are no different than the rest. Many of the sub contractors hired do very poor work and the lack of quality clearly shows. They would rather clean up the mess after settlement than doing it right the first time. Our home has been a constant parade of contractors to fix many issues that has delayed full use and enjoyment of the property. In addition the greed of the builder to squeeze in as many homes as possible and thus leaving only 10-12 ft between homes is disapointing to say the least. If you expect privacy and quality you will not get it. The sales team was great and so is the customer care manager but noetheless the end result leaves a bad taste in our mouth. Buyer beware! ... The most important area in the home buying experience is the warranty and construction management department. No home is a perfect build and issues do occur but patience and working through problems can get the home to near perfection.

Salesman Marc, Pulte Builder reps David and Silvio...all did an outstanding job! Their customer focus, professionalism, and overall excellence made the entire experience positive. Thank you!

Took 13 months but we finally moved into our beautiful new home. Good quality workmanship in our new home and our construction manager was responsive to our needs.

The completion of our house kept getting pushed out and took way too long to complete. Now living here it seems like the focus is building a lot more houses and not getting the few houses completed in a reasonable time. Once we moved in there were a few things that needed to be fixed and it took a while to get everything done. I didn’t know that we needed to keep our trash cans inside the garage and with the the heat we have to continue to treat them to keep the odor down. I think a little storage space should be attached to the house where we can secure the trash cans outside. We love our new home but some minor issues could be solved to make it great. ... More

Difficult building process from long distance

They give you a $9000 closing credit incentive to buy and use Pulte Mortgage. Mortgage company then jacks up the points to eat up the entire incentive, plus some. Ended up going with outside financing. Same rate essentially no points. I would not make another purchase unless the incentive isn’t linked to the mortgage company or there is a guarantee to match current market offers at outside banks.

Our entire buying experience, along with the construction process went very smoothly. Now that we are moved in and enjoying our new home, we are realizing that we have received a great value for the money that we spent. Totally happy with our new Del Webb home and beautiful community.

Homes are very, very nice. Sales people work for the builder. Choices of what goes into a home is somewhat limited. Be prepared to have the inside walls painted after move-in. Everyone working for Pulte has been very nice. All concerns for repairs have been remedied without too much of a delay. We would do the purchase again despite some shortcomings.

We really like our new home. It took 16 months to build from our signing . We were originally told 8 to 11 months!
