This our second Del Webb Pulte home. The houses are well-built and the responsiveness of the construction superintendent and warranty manager was superb.

Everything went well with buying experience. Any issues we had after moving in were taken care of.

This is our second Pulte Home, one in Michigan & one in Florida. I feel confident in the quality of the build and they stay behind their product with a good warranty. Everyone we dealt with was responsive to our concerns.

Sales process and communication was excellent. We were in Michigan during build process. Holly was great in communicating weekly progress with pictures. Quality of workmanship and attention to detail was what I would consider average. About what we expected in covid environment.

Point people all along the way were attentive. The only thing that was a small concern was the rotation of the Supervisor position. We has 4 Supervisors in a 8 month period

The process was easy and everyone collaborated on my behalf

Our house was in a shocking state and as all our arrangements were made and we were unaware of the state of it we had to accept the closing date.We have all the photos of the house and are considering taking it forward,as it was a disgrace

Philosophy is build it fast and fix everything later if the customer complains enough

Building a new home from a distance can be quite difficult. Thanks to our pre-settlement construction manager, Max, he kept us in the loop. After construction, Eliot was amazing, scheduling sub-contractors to come in and make the repairs. As with any new home, things are not perfect when you move in. Great experience with these two gentleman.

Working with the salesperson and the construction manager was pleasurable. The details of the finished product, unfortunately, fell short.

Overall quality is great. Due to shortages, delays were hard to swallow. Once house was closed, a couple of issues arose that I felt Pulte did not come through as expected.

Fixing problems faster and not having to wait so long for completions . Making sure all appliances are working properly and not having refrigerator problems 5 weeks out from closing date and having to wait almost two weeks to get a repair man out to view the situation and hopefully fix it. Not having cable hookups 4 weeks after moving in. Waiting for tv and internet

I think the builder was great. The quality and workmanship was really good. Responsiveness to problems is good. All in all it was a great experience. The closing process was the only thing that needs some improvement. Don’t ask people to travel1500 miles to go through a walk through and then make them wait 5 days before they can move in. I spent 1000. on hotel rooms during this period which I think was unnecessary . Especially since I paid cash for the place. It makes me angry just thinking about it.

Pulte exceeded our expectations. They have mastered the entire start to finish process of buying and building a new home. The entire staff was awesome!

Day of closing our field manager supposed done couple of things for us after we close on Friday and before we got back on Monday and never did. Than when we brought up to the customer care person he ask and said he did not say it. Very disappointed ! PS still waiting on our refrigerator

So this is my third attempt to get the word out. Buyers beware!!! Bought a new house and I feel like I bought a fix me upper!!! Here’s just a sample of their quality: Broken shower handle that leaked for days at our expense ( until we demanded attention) buckets of water Chips in the tile flooring that was just laid down with no regard, lack of grout, oh can’t forget about the extra dirt or bugs in the grout Some kind of stain all throughout the house on the tile flooring Front door with rusty hinges and gaps big enough for bugs to get in ( had to put towel in to stop them) Secondary bathroom shower looks like a child was learning how to install, different color grouts, tilted tiles just awful. No transitions in any room from carpet to tile ( to prevent vacuuming rug away over time) this is standard, I guess I should have asked how much more they charge for this. Took it for granted, because I was expecting quality. My bad. Electrical outlets both inside and outside that are not hooked up ( let’s see was l supposed to pay more for that? Just terrible craftsmanship Hurricane windows that have screens that don’t fit properly, broken tabs on screens, oh wait the best one is a temporary paper blind that we hung made the header of window fall out. WE paid extra for hurricane windows, sure hope they protect us Triple slider patio door ( remember your paying premium prices for these) starches on them, again gaps so thrilled we paid more for them I could continue but it’s beginning to raise my blood pressure. I’ll sum it up for you- check on your building process A LOT, call them out on it, don’t let them tell you they will get it later. Make sure you understand that your buying a production house and NOT a million dollar house ( I stood in my house and had someone tell me that) insulting isn’t it. Like wow!! I hope when you read this that you see the horrible things you are selling and maybe take pride in your business again. What you are providing people is not Quality it’s substandard at the most. Broken and chipped tile materials used by Pulte, split wood boards, electrical problems, sewer line crushed, doors dinted and dinged, pavers damaged, overall rushed and low quality construction, very dissatisfied homeowner. Builder not responsive to fixing problems, keep getting the run around. I regret buying a home built by Pulte.

Everyone is very friendly and concerned about how satisfied we are with our new home - even after we closed, they still took care of us.
