All quarterly fees were not adequately explained, resulting in a big surprise two months after closing. For a carriage house (Condo) that amounts to $2354.00 each quarter. During the walk through, several times were pointed out that would be fixed, however, the repair work was either shoddy or not performed. Now the washing machine is leaking and the refrigerator does not work properly. The service people are prompt, but the phone response team is more interested in selling an expensive warranty package for new appliances that are still under original warranty. Pulte/Del Webb over promises and under delivers on home

I would never recommend Pulte/Del Webb to my worst enemy. They over promised (model homes looked great) and under delivered (so many things were wrong and we are being told that it's cosmetic and not their problem). At the beginning, we had issues with Dolly the sales manager. Very poor managerial skills and can't listen or write anything down. The design folks are very pushy and don't pay attention and when things were done wrong, the response was: 'Sorry, it's not going to be changed and it was human error'. Our house was in a shocking state and as all our arrangements were made and we were unaware of the state of it we had to accept the closing date.We have all the photos of the house and are considering taking it forward,as it was a disgrace

Poor quality and many problems since I moved in.

Broken and chipped tile materials used by Pulte, split wood boards, electrical problems, sewer line crushed, doors dinted and dinged, pavers damaged, overall rushed and low quality construction, very dissatisfied homeowner. Builder not responsive to fixing problems, keep getting the run around. I regret buying a home built by Pulte.
