everything went as planned ahead

Frank and his crew were great. They kept us updated on the building process weekly and we closed earlier than expected. However, we did experience a broken sewer pipe upon move in date. We could not use the water. I called the warranty office and Chase and the plumbers did come through. They had to drill a hole in our Flex room to replace the pipe. We had to spend a couple of nights in a hotel - which we did get reimbursed. They also used the spare LVP to repair the flooring quickly as well and returned the LVP that they used. Water fire lawn set too high. The switch over didn't change the amount of water. My first bill $500.00.

Angelia made our home buying experience wonderful and stress free. She made sure what model we liked and then showed us what new builds they had available. Everything was explained to us thoroughly. From the very beginning with contacting the Sales office to the final close and all the paperwork, our experience was really smooth... We were very happy with everyone we worked with: sales representatives, construction manager, office personnel, pulte mortgage & insurance people. Even though it does take time, they made it go fast. We were from out of state and I was surprised the continuous contact we had with everyone. We love our home and the 55+ Community we chose.

Mike our construction manager was very good. He went above and beyond Ty Mike and Frank with the repairs as well.

Our entire experience was easy. All information was made available to us, all of our questions were answered and any issues were taken care of, almost immediately. There were no "hidden" or extra costs. This was our 5th home buying experiencing and our 1st new build. We retained a trusted realtor to represent us and that made the whole experience even easier.

After being in our last home for 33 years, it was time to move to something newer and enjoy retirement. Searching around the middle of Florida, we found Del Webb communities in quite a few locations. We liked what we saw, and finally bought in Stone Creek near Ocala. Although not a 'custom' builder, Del Webb offers a large selection of interesting options to allow us to make it 'ours' from the start. Our salesman, Bruce, was just all-around great; he really knew what we might want, and that's what we got. Construction time was less than we expected, and now in our new home for 9 weeks, we are delighted! Any issues we've had (few and small) were addressed quickly and professionally by a great team of Chase and Matthew. As one of the first homes to be finished in our new neighborhood, we have to contend with construction activity, but bicycling around our other finished neighborhoods we know how nice it will be very soon. The buying and build phase was seamless thanks to our salesman, Darrin and our construction supervisor, Michael. Quality of home is good. Only a couple of service requests thus far and they were handled efficiently and to our satisfaction. Warranty contact, Debbie, even stopped by to check on completion of work.

Kudos to Angela, Richard, and Gustavo for 110% effort given before, during and after construction. Everyone doing their jobs, honestly above and beyond. We appreciate they're professionalism and attention to detail.

This is the first time, I truly enjoyed all the steps in my new built house process, from beginning to closing. It started with the welcoming Front Desk lady, JoAnn M., then the professional, knowledgeable Salesman, Darren M., to the caring Pulte closing lady, Deborah J., and most important, along my entire build process, my Construction Manager, Mike M., whose attention-to-detail and knowledge on all matters, educated me and kept me informed every step of the way with photos, through my house completion. The entire build process felt like I was the only person buying a house in Stone Creek, which is far from that, and I sincerely appreciate it. I previously looked at other 55+ communities in Ocala, and Stone Creek is by far, the only country club style living, without the country club prices. I absolutely love my new home ! Love the community and the residents are exceptionally friendly. Buying a house is scary and having one built doubled the fear of the unknown. The staff at Pulte mortgage were very caring , compassionate and helpful. They alleviate your fears with wisdom and compassion. No hard sell just helpful suggestions. Love the experience with my sales team allen my project mgr Mateo and my design team Nikki . A couple of suggestions: have an option to have medicine cabinets in bathrooms, and it would be nice to have your team also follow up to make certain you are happy in your new home … more interaction with client after they got your money would be advisable… just keeps the good vibes going and insures you made the right choice . Have a list of vendors who service the community available, ie, landscaping, lanai builders , painters etc . As a new Floridian - it would be helpful! ... More

Our salesman Bruce worked very well with us. There were no hidden surprises. The project manager, Mike R. & Gordon who were responsible for building our home were right on the spot answered all our questions help us out with any issues we had. I highly recommend Stone Creek for anybody interested in living in Ocala.
