They did a good job on my house. The only thing I really didn't like was the landscaping. I wish they'd had a way to upgrade the landscaping from the get go, but instead you have to go after market and make due with plants you probably don't want. There are a few other little things that were inconvenient, but they are not a custom home builder, so you gotta go with the flow. We are still waiting for the refrigerator that was part of a package. It was promised to be delivered by February 22nd, or by the end of February at the latest. We are still waiting and have had no updates for several weeks. Our rear door to the lanai is again showing gaps after at least two attempts to simply adjust it. It appears the door frame is warped and simple fixes aren't working. Other than these issues other punch list items were addressed. The follow up of the field manager.

My field manager was fantastic until she quit abruptly on the day of walk through and left me hanging. Due to holidays another field manager was not assigned for 2 weeks. Since it was the holiday the warranty office was short staffed. The issues and repairs that should have been taken care of before closing was not handled for over 30+ days. Stone Creek has beautiful landscaping every where except the Nottingham retention area where my home backs up to a muddy retention area. Building homes fast and some sub contractors make

Must realize builder putting up homes pretty fast.Some sub contractors not real experienced.Warranty however helps resolve issues. I was not happy with Pulte financing initially however it was resolved. Person i worked with not knowledgeable not explained all aspects of financing. I found out on my own. Field manager/warranty manager great.Had contact and able to see it being constructed.

Good selection of models. Good communication from purchase through warranty work. Jacob was very good at keeping us updated with information and photos. He was accomodating to our requests to visit with some after market vendors prior to closing. Angie checked in out us and our progress. Nikki was so very helpful and patient on our selection day. Follow up about problems not the best

Our contractor and community service guy were great but following through with things isn’t their strong point. It seems once the build is over they have so many others to build that new buyers don’t get the attention they deserve. Still waiting to hear about 4 problems. Two quit big and although they came to check it out promised follow through Have yet to be done.

Everything was going great until we needed warranty service. We had a cracked master BR door. It was a comedy of errors. Many days we waited for a service call. It they showed up it was with a damaged door, doors that didn’t fit & several visits to finally get the door fit, painted & installed. Very disappointing considering we love everything else about Stone Creek.

When thinking about buying here one of the things was i would not know anyone here. The sales guy told me that at orientation someone be assigned like a type of ambassador. That didn't happen. The building manager was fine. He told me to wait to bring up the issues i found around the home because the warranty folks would not want to fix it more than once. When the warranty folks came by there were a couple of issues I brought up told me they would have things fixed. NEVER happened. It has been almost 2 months since move in. We have 19 items on our warranty to be fixed items. One electrical issue that took 2 weeks to get a response. One security issue that took 3 weeks to fix. We were told how great the Pulte inspections were - not sure about that!

Generally OK. Moving in over Christmas seems to have gotten some of our small issues with “partners” lost in the shuffle. Took a month to get sprinkler system working. Still haven’t heard from security system people (6 weeks and counting). Still have a cracked concrete issue.

I was generally pleased with the home I built but did have some surprises such as the fact that ceiling fans were not included but I will have to pay for and install them. This also goes for the lighting over the island. No lights there or over the dining table. Also there were no towel rack in either bathroom. If you look hard enough, there will always be issues with a newly constructed home. We have spent twenty years in arizona del webb communities and find the quality of build in ocala is so much better. I have found that rather than deal directly with a customer's complaints, we often hear "we've always done it that way" is a common excuse.

There are some things the developer does that are exceptional and others that make me shake my head and wonder if the designer was sleeping or on drugs. For example, the kitchen pantry door cannot open when the dishwasher is open. How do I put stuff away? Pocket doors are not an option; they are included where they are available. Why they did not include them in the master closet is a mystery. 3' of space is lost because of the swing door. There would have been no problem moving the electric on that wall... Overall, this has been an enjoyable home buying experience for us. The price was reasonable and we are happy with the house. I would like to see them improve the fit and finish of the interior, however. The drywall/texturing/paint/trim work wasn’t up to Pulte standards.

I feel I have a Wonderful new home, BUT, I also feel there's a bit that could be better. Several things are really rather "cheap" like the "pot" lights everywhere. I also would of liked a bit more flexability in choosing my "design" choices. Like leaving out the pot lights. But, I still overall am very happy and soon this new house will feel like home.

There’s not enough options to pick from. The yard there was no option Had most of our home tidied and didn’t receive the right color of tile Been easier to put in the back patio before moving in. We didn’t get our garage doors painted
