Our contractor was great to work with. Response to issues has been quick. Unfortunately, we did have problems with the finished product. Seems like subcontractors hired by the builder should be vetted more thoroughly. Upon moving in we have had significant problems with the electrical and HVAC, and the painting was very sloppy.

Overall, we feel we got pretty good value and like the house. A lot of attention to detail in both workmanship but also areas where Pulte cheaped out, which kept it from being a fantastic experience and house

He was very helpful for us. I would let all mew homebuyers to make sure the contact spectrum cable to make sure the underground cable is run to the house.

The sales experience and design process were awesome. Allen and Nikki are the best! The house was completed on time as scheduled. We love the neighborhood, amenities, etc. All systems and maintenance were thoroughly explained to us (sprinklers, pest control , hot water heater, A/C, etc.). Warranty items are addressed sufficiently; some quicker than others, but they are very busy. The downside: we couldn’t believe how many doors bump walls when opened. Design flaw? Be prepared to apply bumper pads. The cleaning crew left a lot to be desired. Baseboards, walls, doors, shelves, everything had to be cleaned. Very sloppy tradesworkers. Dings, gouges, mismatched screws, dripped paint and grout, scratched glass, sprinklers covered by sod, just to name a few. Pulte would save a fortune in repair costs if they just hired crews that did the job right the first time. Chase was great at ensuring damaged items were repaired (or did it himself!). We really enjoy our new home. We’ve only been in for 6 weeks but so far everything has been great. A few things need to be fixed but they are chipping away at it.

The realtor that sold us our home was misleading. We were led to believe our edging and lawn mowing were included in the HOA fee and after we got there found out they were not. In talking to our neighbors, many of them said they were also misled about this issue.

The design center options are too limited and too restricted. I wanted a specific wall tile but I couldn’t pick it for my model which makes no sense since they have the tile. It would be great to add another 10 or 15 feet to provide a 1/2 bath and storage, The design center options are overpriced for the product. I just wish Pulte would give greater consideration to what buyers want and less on what Pulte has decided to offer. The construction manager kept me updated with photos and that was great. The amenities are wonderful and so are social options but more social activities needed for those who are still working. I would recommend Stone Creek but caution to ask more questions during the decision to pick a model, a lot more questions about the options along with full disclosure from Pulte on what is and is not included or is or is not a feature. It is frustrating when inexpensive features are omitted to save Pulte a little money but such features would have been appreciated for convenience or “more finished” look with kitchen cabinets or bullnose tile finishes. To Pulte provide more electrical outlets, without extra charge, and recognize that many cords today have the bulky end which really takes up the entire outlet. Loving the community ane the neighbors

My Field Manager was very good. During the building process he responded quickly to my questions and concerns. After I closed and moved into the house, he continued to follow up on tasks that still needed to be completed. The warranty people have also been quick to respond and correct flaws.

Our project kept us up-to-date on all phases of the build.

Tried to keep everything on track with suppliers and workers

Needs better design in some areas.

We were impressed with our sales representative, Darren McGuinness. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and willing to help even when it is not his job. We also were very satisfied with our construction manager, Jacob. He kept us up to date, answered all our questions. Did a good inspection of the finished house prior to closing.

Pulte plans had a lot to be desired, I would like to see they give choice to buyers without requiring them to pay for a package when they only wanted to pay extra for one item. This is not good customer service

They did a good job on my house. The only thing I really didn't like was the landscaping. I wish they'd had a way to upgrade the landscaping from the get go, but instead you have to go after market and make due with plants you probably don't want. There are a few other little things that were inconvenient, but they are not a custom home builder, so you gotta go with the flow. The good part is, they don't charge like a custom home builder either so ...

We are still waiting for the refrigerator that was part of a package. It was promised to be delivered by February 22nd, or by the end of February at the latest. We are still waiting and have had no updates for several weeks. Our rear door to the lanai is again showing gaps after at least two attempts to simply adjust it. It appears the door frame is warped and simple fixes aren't working. Other than these issues other punch list items were addressed. General workmanship appears good for homes built on a fairly fast timeline. Must realize builder putting up homes pretty fast.Some sub contractors not real experienced.Warranty however helps resolve issues. I was not happy with Pulte financing initially however it was resolved. Person i worked with not knowledgeable not explained all aspects of financing. I found out on my own. Field manager/warranty manager great.Had contact and able to see it being constructed.

We like our new home. Communication was good during the construction process since we were living out of town. Couple of minor issues but they were addressed quickly.

My overall experience with Del Webb was smooth. Darren from Sales was helpful, courteous, responsive and professional. Delivery of my home was on schedule as projected. Closing process was smooth though my closing statement needed adjustment for a missed down payment. Minor defect was spot on my quartz island countertop at pre closing inspection. The whole countertop was replaced in the morning on the closing day. A number of carpentry items (such as nails punching out from side) have to go through the warranty process. We would hope better quality control can be done by Del Webb instead of having customers to find out at inspection or after move in. ... More

I was lucky enough to have the best building manager you can hope for. Heather is truly the gold standard!! Fortunate again to have a very hard working, sales agent, Allen, that cares and will always follow through.

Design center did very nice job adding about $30K in upgrades. No comfort height toilets a big miss, it’s a retirement community, costs almost nothing to add them. Space and storage in this house is bell designed.

Our contractor and community service guy were great but following through with things isn’t their strong point. It seems once the build is over they have so many others to build that new buyers don’t get the attention they deserve. Still waiting to hear about 4 problems. Two quit big and although they came to check it out promised follow through Have yet to be done.

There are some things the developer does that are exceptional and others that make me shake my head and wonder if the designer was sleeping or on drugs. For example, the kitchen pantry door cannot open when the dishwasher is open. How do I put stuff away? Pocket doors are not an option; they are included where they are available. Why they did not include them in the master closet is a mystery. 3' of space is lost because of the swing door. There would have been no problem moving the electric on that wall... It is just something else that is not planned well. Oh, the pendant light junction boxes for the kitchen island, literally go to within inches of the end of the island. Lighting should be approximately 65% of the width of the table/counter top. Was the designer on drugs? If you order LVP from them, they use quarter round. This is tacky. This should be done properly with the baseboards installed after the flooring, so it would rest on the floor. There are other things that make no sense, like the placement of some light switches (to turn the living room light on, you have to go through the dark room to the end of the house.
