I have a number of outstanding repairs and incomplete or sub par workmanship items that must be addressed before I can begin to think about rating my new home!! The responsiveness of your people is seriously lacking. The past month I have not heard from or had ANY workmen here to complete or correct anything. Once I settled on my house I was told by my neighbor "Good Luck" on getting anything done.

This is the 4th Pulte home I've lived in. We went with Pulte because we've always had pretty good luck with this builder. Sadly I haven't had a good experience with this home. Everything was behind schedule by months costing us a lot of additional money. The workmanship was shoddy. I'm still finding glue and paint spots on the floor, cabinet mitered corners are an eye-sore, it's hard to get hot water in the kitchen, the cabinets were full of sawdust when I moved in, the edges of some of my doors are chewed-up, just to name a few issues. I brought it to the attention of the staff and the only response I got was that's just the way it is. (and Covid, lack of workers, etc... excuses for the reality of over-selling in a hot market). This reminds me of when Pulte got kicked out of Michigan years ago for building violations. Our home is beautiful!!! The same home in Las Vegas is double the price paid. Full CBS construction and high quality finishes. Our Salesman Darren is the best and kept us updated during the construction. Due to supply issues related to the pandemic, our home was delayed by 3 months. Post closing, Frank our construction manager was diligent to complete all issues. Our neighbors are wonderful and we love living in our new Pulte home!

Construction and closing was on time. Interaction with the building process via the project manager was a smooth process, the process along the way was well communicated from the mortgage process, to the final closing was as advertised and exactly on time. Quality of the home built was to may satisfaction.

Construction went smoothly and on time but the quality of work leaves room for improvement in consistent high quality. The doors in my home were poorly hung with large gaps that can be seen and open for critters like flies and gnats to invade, which is actually happening and we are having to deal with. Warranty Department is slow to respond and unreliable to consistently address issues expeditiously and completely as opposed to piece meal. Regarding the poorly hung doors, one was addressed but not completely fixed while others haven't been scheduled. This is my second Pulte Home in another Del Webb (previous in Ponte Vedra, FL)community but that is where the similarity ends. Our salesman Allen, was very knowledgable and helpful and made the buying experience a pleasure. Once we moved to the construction phase, the problems began. Poor quality and workmanship was very evident from the beginning of the build. After closing, it's hard to get Del Webb to repair items. You should be excited and happy to move in to your new home but with Del Webb it's more of compromising and settling.

Angela sales rep was great. Overall, quality is marginal. Tile floor has holes, defects. I have a major gopher issue ruining my yard. No window screens, scratched dishwasher, sewage backed up in my shower and tub the first week due to cleaners flushing cleaning cloths. Outdoor landscaping is minimal with huge chunks of bark mulch looks very cheap. Had screened lanai added, they put screen door directly in my view and not to the side like the model. Keep finding damage everywhere, the contractors were obviously very careless. Warranty guy has been trying to help,

Good Builder to work with

Way too many excuses as to why they couldn’t meet their commitments. Yes, we were well aware of the staffing and building materials shortages. Took way too long to get someone out to fix things.

My Salesman was good and responsive when I needed him. The project directors were also easy to work with.

We are still waiting on matching windows. We are waiting on screens. Some windows have 6 pane grids, some have 4, some have none. Don't match, upper and lower. We do not see variety grids on other homes. Don't know why HOA/ Architectural Review Committee allows errors as such when they are sticklers on remodel application. Sloppy work. Had styrofoam in icemaker. Had plastic wrap INSIDE disposal. Fixed myself. Sink still does not drain well. Sink drain pipe slants INWARD. Gouges in garage concrete, they "will" fix. No magnetic catch on shower doors. They "will" fix. Front, garage door and back door did not have good closure, fixed myself. You could see daylight. Microwave surround and range vent hood had scratches/dents. Replaced by Whirlpool. They are working too fast and not learning from past errors. The dryer vent was corrected before we arrived. Garage overhead door is cheap, noisy. We had requested all brushed nickle hardware, faucets. Sink was chrome. Replaced myself. All quality cupboards/drawers these days should be soft close. My wife and I are very happy to have moved into our beautiful new home. We love the community and amenities. The sales team did a great job walking us through the purchase and interior customization process. We had a number of delays with construction but the team did a good job keeping us up to date on status and our home was completed quicker than friends having new construction with other builders. The main place I would urge caution is with resolution of issues. Looking back, I would have had a professional home inspection performed to document issues. Three months after closing we still have open issues that were identified prior to our close. Nothing major, just frustrating and no sense of urgency. ... More

This was our second home in Stone Creek. Our first home was trouble free and only took 5 months to build. This second home took 10 months to build and was fraught with multiple contractor problems. We definitely would not build another home with Pulte under current conditions with subcontractors.

This is our very first time that we have built a home and our experience has been very good considering all the shortages and lack of man power due to covid. We are really enjoying the new community so far and there is so much to offer such as activities to the new home owners.

We purchased on line without ever seeing the community or a model home. There were a few minor issues when we first moved in, but they are resolving them quickly. Our construction manager was amazing. He was just assigned to us two weeks before closing, but went out of his way to accommodate our concerns.

So if you are Having a house built by Del Webb you need to pay attention to your building manager and ask the same questions multiple times

building during Covid a challenge. Supply and labor issues throughout build. Inferior product at stages and difficult to get Del Webb to provide what was promised and expected. We felt it was necessary to watch them build and check on the work often. We love our home but the process was not easy or enjoyable.

Quick to sell, slow to respond to builder issues that need to be corrected immediately

Our loan process was a disaster to say the least. Follow up issues were on track however they are starting to slip. Broken window, dead tree and missing lights. Overall, other then the loan issues it has been a great experience.

Our salesman was outstanding and helped us far and beyond just “selling” us. This experience would not have been nearly as good without his help along the way.

I would have given 5 stars all the way around if not for the new competitive blind bidding process that was implemented to purchase the lot. This replaced the old policy of purchasing the lots at a fixed price on a first come first serve basis. I was first in line for a spec home lot and was waiting for it’s release when Del Webb switched to this new policy. Due to this new policy I had to overpay for what the lots were originally valued at. I wanted into this community so I bid accordingly to win. This was obviously a response by Del Webb to the crazy economy and real estate market. As far as the buying and building of our home it was 5 stars all around. We were assigned a construction manager and he was fantastic, he provided updates once a week with photos and he was always available for questions. Even after closing he has been available to us for questions with regards to the operation of some of the home’s systems. The quality of the materials used in the construction is very good. The workmanship I found to be outstanding. We are very happy with our purchase and building of our Del Webb, Pulte home!! ... More

The builder builds a quality home, however their crews are terrible in cleaning up after themselves! My lawn was left with large chunks of concrete and other building materials
