I have a beautiful, well-built home, in a beautiful community! I wholeheartedly recommend Del Webb Stone Creek to anyone looking for a place to live well and enjoy the fruits of their labor, a happy and active retirement!

We were blown away by how kind and courteous everyone was from our sales rep. to the on site project manager. They absolutely took the time to walk us through the entire process and answer every question we had (more times than I remember) until we were totally satisfied. Our Community is absolutely beautiful, well kept with tons of activities to keep you engaged. Our home is beautiful and we are very happy with our purchase.

Worst experience building Told anything just to make a sale Disability needs not met!!!!! Would not recommend

Phil, our building supervisor, went above and beyond our expectations. He sincerely cared about the construction and quality of our home. He was readily available to answer any questions we may have had; from beginning to end. Always kind and courteous, Phil made the building process very enjoyable.

This has been a great experience working with everyone concerned in this whole process. Very happy!!

You are buying a lifestyle.....Not a home!

Our new home is very well-built. This is our "forever home" and we are pleased with the construction and finishes. Probably one of our best decisions was to buy a Del Webb Pulte home.

We had a great experience with pulse home builders but the Pilates mortgage experience was horrible. After we had provided all paperwork several times we never got the ok to close till the day before

buliders were ok at 1st they stayed in communication , but not towards the ending phase

It would be advisable for anyone considering a purchase/build to make frequent personal visits and closely monitor the progress of the build. This is a very real regret from my perspective. Despite being assured of “quality control” throughout the process, it is not possible to recognize it in this particular house.

Need workers to take more care with finishes such as doors , painting and landscaping.

Careful about packages changing and not being notified. We now have a stove and two toilets that were down graded by someone? And never told. That is not what we paid for.

Very good team at Del Webb Stone Creek that all like what they do and do their jobs well. They are understaffed for the increase in the number of new home builds in the past year. Overall we are very happy with the quality of our home and the Stone Creek community.

In general, this is a well built home. Most of the problems were related to poor painting quality issues.

Good location chosen, very good salespeople, kept me informed as the built went on.

Although we were a little apprehensive about completing the construction of our new home from a distance, the builder did an outstanding job of easing those feelings quickly. They kept us updated with teleconferences and photographs of the home throughout the process and would quickly address any questions or concerns we had along the way. We were able to visit twice during the construction of the home and felt good with the quality of the workmanship during both visits. Post closure we did identify several small punch list items that needed resolution and they were responsive and timely in correcting those issues. The whole process was made extremely easy. Closing was the easiest I have ever had.

Other then the length of time to build the house the entire process was great. The quality is top notch and the value of my home should only increase with time. My relationship with the builder's team was very good throughout the whole process.

I had the best construction manager I have ever dealt with. Phil was friendly and knowledgeable in the building trade and bent over backwards to get it done right. Phil did a great job supervising my house. Thanks to Phil, the house is good except for minor things.

Needs better design in some areas.

Overall good experience. However, now a month and a half latter still have unresolved issues.

From our first meetings with both the sales person and field manager assigned to the building of our home through the house closing and move in, both patiently answered and fully explained the answers to any questions we had. The amenities at Del Webb Stone Creek are just the right size for retirees looking for a retirement community that does not overwhelm and everyone has their own space to accommodate all residents without anyone feeling crowded.
