We recently settled in our home and so far love the community. The house is nicely designed, but the finished product has a lot of defects. Still waiting to see how the Pulte team responds to the issues we have identified. We presented them with our 30 day list and should know in about a month what they will and won’t address. My biggest complaint is their response that it is up to our standards. I had to remind them my only frame of reference as to standards come from the workmanship in their model homes. Our salesperson (Allen) really worked with us to find the lot that met our expectations. He was always pleasant and easy to work with. Our project manager (Jacob) did an excellent job communicating with us throughout the building process. He kept us informed of the progress with pictures and any information he thought relevant. Since being in the home we've had to work with our warranty person (Debbie) on issues and she has been responsive however we have been disappointed with the length of time it took to resolve some of the issues i.e. a broken kitchen cabinet. I told salesman I would plant plants in my yard. He said no problem. He said for outside house construction issues I would have to submit request to HOA. I did not know planting a single plant would require an HOA approval at the cost of $25!! had I known, I would NEVER have bought here!!

The drain located at the back of the house is always clogged after raining, and water is always puddling. We advised HOA again and were told that it is a Pulte construction issue. We just want the issue resolved.

Was not able to attend pre-closing walk through but was able to be there for 3 days the week following closing. While there I found no power in half the kitchen receptacles{which has been fixed} and no power in both baths{which hasn't}. I spent 2 hours cleaning paint splatter off floor so grout could be sealed which had to be done after closing. This makes no sense whatsoever. There is a gouge in the drywall, front door weatherstripping problem, sprinkler head by front door problem, something was dropped on the kitchen sink leaving a mark and the concrete apron in front of the garage ...

Overall, the community is very nice. The houses on the surface look nice. The follow up for maintenance request is average. The quality/workmanship.is average. The build of the home look kind of rushed, like front door doesn't fit tight. Paint jobs are sloppy with clumps of paint underneath cabinets and ledges, drops of paint all over the place on floors, half the outlet have paint in them or some thing that prevents you from being able to plug into them. Studs in the wall seems to very as if random. Even the toilet paper holder was put in incorrectly - nothing catastrophic, but you don’t get ...

While the community has great amenities, the new home building lacks quality. They changed the style of the homes and they all look alike. Not enough details on the elevations. I wish I would have bought a resale as the older homes are much better quality. The new homes are on much smaller lots….so they can fit in more homes. Pulte will cut every corner they can financially. You pay top dollar for a mid-quality home.

We commend our informative construction manager Jacob. He sent pics and updates throughout the build. Design consultant Nikki was generous with her time and helped us in choosing our finishes. There are certain finishes that are not the same quality as what we saw in the model homes. The performance of the a/c system is poor coupled with inadequate insulation resulting in significant variation in temperature in some rooms. Ultimately you move here for the community so keep that in mind.

building during Covid a challenge. Supply and labor issues throughout build. Inferior product at stages and difficult to get Del Webb to provide what was promised and expected. We felt it was necessary to watch them build and check on the work often. We love our home but the process was not easy or enjoyable.

Everything doing the buying and building process was great, however as soon as we closed on the property we got radio silence, No response back from simple questions and the warranty dept does not exist (being ignored, no return email or call). After driving thousands of miles to get into our new home we discovered that our brand new washing machine (that we purchased from Pulte) was leaking water. It took three phone calls and a heated conversation with the Customer Care people to finally get someone from Pulte to respond. They refused to replace washing machine even though it never wash one load. Their warranty states it will be repaired not replaced. Three weeks later and it still has not been repaired. No parts in stock to repair.. Totally frustrated!!

Our experience with Allen our salesman at Stone creek was excellent he is knowledgeable, personable and provided great service. Our construction manager was ok, we feel he should have been keeping a closer eye on what was going on in the home during the build, which would have avoided some of the problems. Workers from numerous trades are very careless, large gouges, dings and scapes were in the drywall throughout the house which needed repair and repainting. One electrical outlet was dry walled over, and one outlet in the kitchen was tiled over. The kitchen sink was not properly installed ...
