Mostly ok. There are not enough project managers or support team staff to provide the courtesy of a response. Escalating matters to the sales team is a waste of time. Be aware of back ordered and out of stock items.

I told salesman I would plant plants in my yard. He said no problem. He said for outside house construction issues I would have to submit request to HOA. I did not know planting a single plant would require an HOA approval at the cost of $25!! had I known, I would NEVER have bought here!!

Although our home ended up as we hoped it would. Plute is hard to deal with. Salesperson was great, project manager was great, however with the amount of builds that are taking place every owner should hire a private home inspector throughout the build. They don’t quality check on every turn of the build and they don’t have the staff to do it with. You are the quality check and rest assure unless you were in the business of home building hire an expert for your interests on quality checks. I paid for a new house and didn’t get new

I bought a new home in Stone Creek. Overall the home is good for the price point. My problem is the sliding glass door, I paid for a new door and got one that is patched together with pieces that don’t fit right and let the bugs in. I have put paper in all the holes. I paid for a new door, not one that isn’t right. I want the whole door replaced.

Our home closing date was almost a month late. In discussing with our construction manager we were told closings were being moved around by his manager. Smaller homes were being moved to the earlier closing dates. We also had the closing coordinator try to move out our closing date due to their capacity, we pushed back on this and the held to the date. BUT this is really not ok, all teams should be aware of delays and address so the same house does not keep getting pushed out. We had to pay an additional month of storage on our house hold items. Everything doing the buying and building process was great, however as soon as we closed on the property we got radio silence, No response back from simple questions and the warranty dept does not exist (being ignored, no return email or call). As of right now, I am a very unhappy buyer. I have an issue with the water sprinkler system getting a bill that’s way too high and I was only here for two weeks. Already got a call from the water company that can be almost impossible telling me I use 52,000 gallons of water but it seems to be no concern to anyone involved in my issues I am shutting off my sprinkler system. After driving thousands of miles to get into our new home we discovered that our brand new washing machine (that we purchased from Pulte) was leaking water. It took three phone calls and a heated conversation with the Customer Care people to finally get someone from Pulte to respond. They refused to replace washing machine even though it never wash one load. Their warranty states it will be repaired not replaced. Three weeks later and it still has not been repaired. No parts in stock to repair.. Totally frustrated!!

Our experience with Allen our salesman at Stone creek was excellent he is knowledgeable, personable and provided great service. Our construction manager was ok, we feel he should have been keeping a closer eye on what was going on in the home during the build, which would have avoided some of the problems. Workers from numerous trades are very careless, large gouges, dings and scapes were in the drywall throughout the house which needed repair and repainting. 5 day walk through with construction mgr prior to closing was a joke. We pointed out several things to be corrected that were not by time we closed. This is a big waste of time let alone $ having to spend in hotel til we closed. 6 weeks later still waiting for some of the things to be done. Purchasing a home should be fun and memorable. Unfortunately, not the case. Most of the key Pulte people are nice and actually attempt to make every effort to satisfy you, until you close. Once you close, then the smiles disappear and your left with unfinished work. Warranties that have no time limit on being fixed or repaired., since they already got you. If the sub contractors were supervised than they might not have so many problems afterwards, but they are left alone to do as they want, and no one cares. The contract required to buy the home places NO responsibility to deliver the home on time, and without defects that good quality control could avoid. The developer is focused on securing new buyers, using contractors who too often do slip-shod work and are not help accountable. Getting unacceptable defects fixed are 50/50 at best; for example, we have a shower floor that leaves a large puddle at the back of the shower because the tile floor was not sloped correctly. This is the 4th Pulte home I've lived in. We went with Pulte because we've always had pretty good luck with this builder. Sadly I haven't had a good experience with this home. Everything was behind schedule by months costing us a lot of additional money. The workmanship was shoddy. I'm still finding glue and paint spots on the floor, cabinet mitered corners are an eye-sore, it's hard to get hot water in the kitchen, the cabinets were full of sawdust when I moved in, the edges of some of my doors are chewed-up, just to name a few issues. Our salesman Allen, was very knowledgable and helpful and made the buying experience a pleasure. Once we moved to the construction phase, the problems began. Poor quality and workmanship was very evident from the beginning of the build. After closing, it's hard to get Del Webb to repair items. You should be excited and happy to move in to your new home but with Del Webb it's more of compromising and settling.

We are still waiting on matching windows. We are waiting on screens. Some windows have 6 pane grids, some have 4, some have none. Don't match, upper and lower.
