Structurally solid construction. Floor plans that are well laid out. Immediately felt “at home” in my new house.

From the sales process, through building to the final walk through, working with Del Webb was a pleasurable experience. Everyone that we interacted with was professional and knowledgeable .. would highly recommend Del Webb for your home choice..!!

Only complaint is poor painting of exterior and interior, coat of paint extremely thin and many areas missed altogether. Could have used better painters. We are scheduled for re-touch up

Mostly ok. There are not enough project managers or support team staff to provide the courtesy of a response. Escalating matters to the sales team is a waste of time. Be aware of back ordered and out of stock items.

They did a good job on my house. The only thing I really didn't like was the landscaping. I wish they'd had a way to upgrade the landscaping from the get go, but instead you have to go after market and make due with plants you probably don't want. There are a few other little things that were inconvenient, but they are not a custom home builder, so you gotta go with the flow. The good part is, they don't charge like a custom home builder either so ...

From sales (Darren), construction Jacob, was very professional and willing to assist and facilitate the the stressful experience into a joyful one. Jacob for example would send weekly updated pictures of the progress of our house. Thank you so much! I most certainly would recommend Del Webb to my friends and families. Thanks again Del Webb!

We were not expecting to buy new when we started this venture but we found ourselves having to move quickly after the sale of our existing home. Fortunately there was a quick move-in home available and it had 99% of the features we were looking for. Unfortunately the one feature we would have liked added the contracting team didn't have availability to do for us (epoxy the garage floor), and this was the only quick move in for us to choose from. But the process for purchase was smooth, the site manager met with us and took his time to walk through giving us plenty of opportunity to check out the house. Great price would buy again .

We are still waiting for the refrigerator that was part of a package. It was promised to be delivered by February 22nd, or by the end of February at the latest. We are still waiting and have had no updates for several weeks. Our rear door to the lanai is again showing gaps after at least two attempts to simply adjust it. It appears the door frame is warped and simple fixes aren't working. Other than these issues other punch list items were addressed. General workmanship appears good for homes built on a fairly fast timeline. The community is very nice and we're looking forward to being able to get involved in many of the activities once things open up more. ... More

I told salesman I would plant plants in my yard. He said no problem. He said for outside house construction issues I would have to submit request to HOA. I did not know planting a single plant would require an HOA approval at the cost of $25!! had I known, I would NEVER have bought here!!

This is the second home we built with Pulte. This hone is for our daughter who has special needs. Our sales rep helped us thru the changes like pocket doors and wider Doorways. The changes were very affordable. Our management coordinator went Above and beyond to make sure all issues were taken care of.

What stands out the most is the attention and responsiveness of the entire team as we moved through the process from our initial consideration of purchase to close.

Imagine buying an home and physically not seeing it until final week before closing, only pictures from base to completion with bi-weekly updates and depending trusting agent, designer and project manager. Delwebb Pulte did it great, pictures helped, but the WOW being there in person makes trusting people involved great. Also completion was on scheduled as promised.

Very smooth process with sales and construction. You need to have an idea of what you want when you get to the design center. They don't have a real designer who can help coordinate - more of an order taker. Overall end product was great except for a few minor glitches that were corrected quickly.

Although our home ended up as we hoped it would. Plute is hard to deal with. Salesperson was great, project manager was great, however with the amount of builds that are taking place every owner should hire a private home inspector throughout the build. They don’t quality check on every turn of the build and they don’t have the staff to do it with. You are the quality check and rest assure unless you were in the business of home building hire an expert for your interests on quality checks. So far as we have moved in I have found their phone numbers to call not effective at all. You have to hope your project manager or salesperson will have your back and resolve issues. Biggest problem for future home buyers are quality of the build not quality of their staff or materials they just need more help. ... More

My field manager was fantastic until she quit abruptly on the day of walk through and left me hanging. Due to holidays another field manager was not assigned for 2 weeks. Since it was the holiday the warranty office was short staffed. The issues and repairs that should have been taken care of before closing was not handled for over 30+ days. Stone Creek has beautiful landscaping every where except the Nottingham retention area where my home backs up to a muddy retention area. Yes I knew I was buying on a retention area, but I was assured they would do a better job at the beatification of the area. Its a muddy mess that has garbage flying around. I watched 3 men from the lawn company sit out there for hours and never bothered to pick up one piece of garbage. My salesman was good, the field manager was awesome until she quit, the follow up was ok, the title company needs help with communication of trusts, the insurance company is very slow to follow up with obtaining a policy, the quality of construction for the value is phenomenal. We love this home. It’s quaint and in a lovely community.

The Sales staff and Field Manager we had were wonderful. The quality of materials are top notch. The craftsmanship and attention to detail could have been better although I rated above average. For the few issues I experienced, the response time lacked effort. Overall, very pleased. Highly recommend.

Responsiveness to identified issues is laughable. I can’t recommend buying a house from del Webb

The project manager did an excellent job keeping us up to date with photos, answering questions and checking that all was done well. Been there about a month and all is working well.

I enjoyed working with the sales department. Working with the field managers can be trying as they like telling and not listening.
