We were absent for the entire build and closing. We returned to find as near perfect house as you could ask for. Very happy!

Within 2 weeks of moving in we realized our driveway had some serious defects. Our Pulte project manager said it should be replaced. His boss refused any work on it.

Jacob was the project manager. He was very attentive to our needs. Very thorough and timely with communication. We’re glad he was our project manager

I would recommend Pulte as the home builder of choice

Dell Webb standards are excellent, but the quality of the workmanship is mostly subcontractor dependent. Our field manager was excellent and required many do-overs by subcontractors not meeting Pulte standards, but not everything could be identified and fixed.

Must realize builder putting up homes pretty fast.Some sub contractors not real experienced.Warranty however helps resolve issues. I was not happy with Pulte financing initially however it was resolved. Person i worked with not knowledgeable not explained all aspects of financing. I found out on my own. Field manager/warranty manager great.Had contact and able to see it being constructed.

Option or upgrades should include, at time of construction, grout sealing for those who select ceramic or porcelain tile, and choice of sliding doors or French doors.

Good selection of models. Good communication from purchase through warranty work. Jacob was very good at keeping us updated with information and photos. He was accomodating to our requests to visit with some after market vendors prior to closing. Angie checked in out us and our progress. Nikki was so very helpful and patient on our selection day. Getting options in advance was very helpful. Your new selections available in January were what helped make our decision. We wanted the space but not a second floor. The issues we have found after closing so far has been fixed to our satisfaction and in a very timely manner. Project Manager was on-top of everything and provided weekly updates with pictures. Access to the "build web site" is especially helpful in keeping updated on the progress of the build.

This great company is above board and kept us in the know every week with photographs and emails. A great group of individuals.

Outstanding builder and community.

I never thought I would live in a retirement community, but it is one of the best decisions that I have ever made. My home is just right for me. As for the community, it is as if I am in high school again. The neighbors in my community often take evening walks and are happy to introduce themselves and talk as they walk by if you are so inclined. I look forward to creating great memories here. P.S. - my sales agents, Angelia and Allen, and the construction experts, Jefferson and John, are the best.

Good experience, few problems.

This is the second Del Webb community that we have lived in and feel we will enjoy this one as much as the first.

We are very pleased with our new home. Everyone has been very helpful

First, our Field Manager was excellent. The problems we had involved substandard work by several subcontractors, some of which became difficult and frustrating to correct in a timely manner. Some significant items had to be redone and some required protracted negotiations with Pulte executives, above the Field Manager level, to reach a "settlement".

Provided continuous updates during the build.

Everyone we worked with in building our new home was awesome. They listened and were very helpful

The only issue we have currently is our laminate floors. Nevertheless, when we notified the warranty dept, they responded immediately for an appointment this week to discuss. Value is excellent especially given the size of the comes and fewer more "Up-grades" to hike the price. So many things are included in the basic price you have money left to "splurge" on a few of them! All of the people we have worked with since last September have my excellent rating for their trustworthiness from our salesperson to our field manager. Responsiveness to issues is a problem right now due to Covid-19 and workers are not allowed in your homes except for emergencies. We do have a few small ones which were on our "punch list" but didn't have time to get it taken care of before the shutdown. limit your options we paid over 10,000 for upgraded tile. We did not get the tile we ordered different color and pattern and different name. They said it was close enough. they said they have the right to change our choices in the contract. Construction supervisor lied to us several times. Do not close till all items fixed or hold back money. After they receive your money you are helpless. They are desperate money.

The entire building process was great overall! The design center could have given more details to the kitchen cabinets.

Our home buying experience was excellent from our Sales agent to the Design Studio personal and our Field Manger! We would recommend a Del Webb home to anyone interested in having a new home built!

Great salesman and project mgr. did everything he promised.

This is a retirement community. Home is NOT senior friendly.
