The field manager had some difficulty getting non-standard options completed. It seemed obvious he either did not read the details in the contract or he did not want to allow time for some special ADA equipment to be delivered, lest the project schedule be delayed by a week. This could have been avoided if we were given the opportunity to review the detailed plans. We would have seen these detailed items were not included. Del Webb stands behind their promise of quality in their homes. If there is a problem it is taken care of immediately. Very happy with her Del Webb home!

Nothing significant, other than the home seems to be well constructed with quality appliances. However, there are some annoying oversights, design flaws, and minor workmanship glitches that prevented me from assigning a 5 star rating for quality and value.

I filled this out previously and you have the response. I do not type and do not like the inconvenience of having to reconstruct a response. I cannot get questions answered by the subs Del Webb lists, with their phone #'s. Furthermore after questioning the quality of a two level upgrade on the granite(the granite had an obvious flaw) we were called by a supervisor. I was not made aware that his boss was also in on the call. This secretive action and the subs referring all inquiries back to Del Webb, and our construction supervisor, Jacob's supervisor, withheld information from me prior to our closing. We are disappointed in trash hidden under the sod that left on a pallet far too long the sod was not watered appropriately after being poorly laid the yard was poorly graded prior to landscaping and sod placement the refrigerator is not built-in as up charged the carpet pad is supposed to be an upgrade the electrical wiring (three way switches) is inadequate. I think this shortcoming is intentional. forcing the homeowners to upgrade to a smart house. the "on the hinge" door stops are worthless having only one of each rooms electrical outlets operated by a wall switch, inadequate exterior color combinations selection too overly limited gutters and down spouts are focal points detracting from the handsome home-front and back ... I would recommend Del Webb Stone Creek to anyone. They did a fantastic job selling and building our home. We haven't had any issues at all, except our freezer in the refrigerator stopped working after about 6 weeks, but that is a whirlpool problem, not Del Webb. Our saleslady was wonderful. Very patient and kind and helpful. They don't push here at all. Very professional. Our field manager was also wonderful and sent us tons of info while the home was being constructed. He updated us constantly with pictures and emails. He also let us come inspect the home anytime we wanted to while it was under construction. He gave helpful advice and was very kind, courteous and professional. We are VERY happy with our home here in Stone Creek. Very happy to be moving to Stone Creek. All of our expectations were met.

We love our new home. Our construction supervisor was responsive and professional. The sales staff was helpful with every question, and patient through the build process.

The drain located at the back of the house is always clogged after raining, and water is always puddling. We advised HOA again and were told that it is a Pulte construction issue. We just want the issue resolved.

We had several cosmetic issues when moving in, which the company has been pretty good to work with. We had a significant backsplash issue on the kitchen which led to it being torn out twice and re-done. On the third time, they upgraded the backsplash and got it right. The other significant issue is that the stairwell is out of square. When we reported it (prior to closing) they adjusted the kick plate at the bottom step so it appeared square compared to the flooring lines. However, walking down the stairs, it was obvious that the bottom step is 1 1/2 inches deeper on one side than the rest of the steps. Several “quick fix” attempts have been made to correct it without success. This issue includes the side plate being shorter on one side at the bottom of the stairs. Overall the home buying experience was great until we did the final walkthrough and noticed many deficiencies with the tile work in both bathrooms. The response has been slow.

I am truly disappointed in the workmanship if our home and would never recommend a friend after seeing the finished product. It is amazing that they can make the models look so good and then give customers sub standard quality. We paid a lot of money for our home. Very disappointing. Our salesperson was very helpful and our field manager did what they were allowed to do but their hands were tied as far as who the company hired for subs and the materials used. This is the fifth home that we have had built for us and probably ranks very low for quality for price paid.

Home was completed on time, quality construction, very few items on our punch list and the ones we had were resolved quickly. Very pleased with our builder and Del Webb overall!

I liked how they kept us up to date with the build. Our field manager was extremely efficient in that regard.

Overall, we are happy with our house. The purchase went smoothly, our salesperson, Angelia, was extremely helpful. Nikki was a great help with picking out our interior options. Our field manager, Josh, kept us calm during the building process and was great during the walk throughs. We had a few minor issues, but all were addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. We had looked at many other communities and builders before deciding to buy here. We feel that our house is a good value.

Please spend more time in your walk through so you don't have to keep calling warranty for issues.

I'm not happy with the quality of the workmanship on our tile floor. Grout is not even seemed like the just slapped it down quickly, didn't use spacers so grout lines are uneven, some tiles are raised not happy with this. We were told they are within the quidelines. If they can get them perfect in the model homes the quality should be the same in all homes. Very discussed!

Our home was completed two weeks ahead of projected completion date. The Building Team was organized and followed through from initial inquiry to our closing. Thank you!

We have been very happy with our entire experience at Stone Creek Del Webb from contract to design to the home building process. Everyone was polite and welcoming. We are happy with our choice to move into this lovely neighborhood.

Darren our salesman was awesome

Everything was done exactly as requested and our Building Rep Jacob was just wonderful. We loved Allen too. They both responded quickly to any questions or requests we had. I am very happy with our beautiful home. Even the construction workers were respectful to the current owners.

We like our new home. Communication was good during the construction process since we were living out of town. Couple of minor issues but they were addressed quickly.

The day we took possession we had the following issues: Broken windows Painting is so bad they are repainting the entire inside of our house Refrigerator has bee replaced (Ice Maker DOA) Air Conditioning has failed on two occasions (Leaks were found on the outside of the house) The quality of our home is just not what we expected and our dreams have been taken away with all the issues
