Showing agent was pleasant and friendly. Information provided during our contact was confusing. Closing through the portal was brutal when only accessible via a cell phone. The contract was the worst I've ever had to read and sign over multiple home closings. Getting home repairs is cumbersome, with multiple contacts involved, providing no straight forward completion dates on some items. Others have been completed quickly. We have definitely experienced information overload with key points lacking detail. Overall we Love our home, the neighborhood and the amenities included. The quality of construction is very good. The process involves lots of updates and good communications which were appreciated.

Everything was good in the beginning. We live in Colorado and are buying a new home in Ocala, Florida. Felt like we were rushed through the walk through and didn't really get a chance to look at the house throughly. We have issues with the house but unfortunately have not moved to Florida yet so we are having issues getting repairs needed. There is a wall on a pocket door which may need to be rebuilt. We have some tile which needs to be replaced. Construction was eager to move us along and only concerned about getting a good review but not really wanting to help us. We love the community and our neighbors. But their customer relations need some work. They say that they will call you back and don't or don't show up when they say they will I don't like being lied to by Chase (a service rep) They also came in our front yard when I was not home and tore up our front yard with out letting us know they were coming. Apparently they do this to every house after closing so they should have told us before it happened. ... More

Debbie was a terrific home quality coordinator!

Disappointed in their finish work but the overall construction is excellent for a non custom home. They are not flexible with upgrading air conditioning systems and using a different maker for a dishwasher also no flexibility in including a gas line for people that prefer cooking with gas we put the gas line for $10,000 it’s propane and it is great to be able to have our Wolf Appliances and updated kitchen appliances however we had to remove the new ones they all got donated since no flexibility on choosing your appliances !!! We love the home, however there were several things that were sub par. There was glue all over the floors that we had to scrub to get off; the washing machine hoses were put on backwards (cold on hot and hot on cold); there are footprints permanently etched in our driveway, which was painted, and some of the paint is chipped off; there's a lot of glue like stuff on the front of the house and very obvious places all over, there are chips on doors, walls and several places, the filter outside the front door was filthy, the garage and lanai was filthy, with bugs all over and huge spiders - live were inside of the house (we found 4); this is just a few of the problems we found. It was not fair that we weren't here to watch other the process of building so that these things could have been caught, but you should at least have someone doing that for the buyers. Buyers should have the feeling that they are being well cared for, their homes have the quality that Del Webb's reputation carries, but alas we did not experience that at all. ... More

Our contractor and community service guy were great but following through with things isn’t their strong point. It seems once the build is over they have so many others to build that new buyers don’t get the attention they deserve. Still waiting to hear about 4 problems. Two quit big and although they came to check it out promised follow through Have yet to be done.

Darren and Frank were excellent. Very responsive and very honest. We were kept well informed during the whole building process. We are very happy with our new home.

everything went as planned ahead

Frank and his crew were great. They kept us updated on the building process weekly and we closed earlier than expected. However, we did experience a broken sewer pipe upon move in date. We could not use the water. I called the warranty office and Chase and the plumbers did come through. They had to drill a hole in our Flex room to replace the pipe. We had to spend a couple of nights in a hotel - which we did get reimbursed. They also used the spare LVP to repair the flooring quickly as well and returned the LVP that they used. Everything was going great until we needed warranty service. We had a cracked master BR door. It was a comedy of errors. Many days we waited for a service call. It they showed up it was with a damaged door, doors that didn’t fit & several visits to finally get the door fit, painted & installed. Very disappointing considering we love everything else about Stone Creek.

Water fire lawn set too high. The switch over didn't change the amount of water. My first bill $500.00.

The home buying experience went smoothly our Construction Manager Dawnyel was great and any issues we had were immediately resolved.

Overall Home Buying Experience was excellent. The home (Mystique), local sales consultant (Lynn P.) and home build manager (Mike R.) were outstanding.

Everyone with Pulte is very welcoming!!

Everything went smoothly during the building process. All workmanship is of high quality. Any issues were quickly and expertly addressed. Del Webb was determined to please us and they did. Would highly recommend Del Webb and Pulte homes.

Del Webb has always been to be the ultimate home buyers experience. But, ours was disappointing ! Sales had to be tracked down every time we came in to see community and to have our needs met. We had to request another Sales Agent to assist us. Project manager meet appt for walk thru was good… But, Closing day walk thru punch list not completed!! Another manager rushed thru our walk thru, leaving things Incomplete. ( Everyone always rushing to another appt)!! Closing rep was nice at the Sales Office Closing and was very thorough. During closing our SALES AGENT walks by us in the lobby and did not even know who we were or say hello !!!! ( AFTER HE MAKES A NICE COMMISSION. That was the most DISAPPOINTING moment and the reason for this review). ... More

This was a very stressful experience that we will not repeat again. This was our second home built with Delweb in Stone Creek, and this experience was not as smooth as the first home.

This was easy from start to finish.

Don't believe everything they tell you. Know that warranty issue are a nightmare to get things done. No one ever returns phone calls.

Fantastic home buying experience and the white glove service is topnotch!

Quality build and value for the price paid.
