I was able to choose all the options I wanted for my home and am very pleased with the quality of my choices. The only thing I would change, is that I chose to leave the extra part of my lanai uncovered. Because there is nothing behind me or on the side, I get a lot of wind and rain from 2 directions. So I am going to pay to have a solid roof put over that area and then the entire lanai screened to avoid wind and rain damage to my outside furniture, and make sure that no rain comes in my house if I leave the windows on that side open, It's more expensive, but sturdier than just a birdcage over that area. If I had it to do over, I would have had the entire area included under the roof when the house was being built. ... More

The entire process with a new home purchase at Del Webb Stone Creek (DWST) was an exceptional experience. The communication and support from the DWST Team was professional, personable and customer focused. The DWST Team were always timely in their follow up and follow through especially since I was physically 1300 miles from the new home site. The sales/marketing phase with Allen was the foundation of my purchase with knowledgeable and insightful explanations. The Design Studio Experience with Nicki was outstanding in choosing the interior decor. Gordon, my assigned Construction Manager, sent a weekly update including photos of the building stages. I chose Pulte Mortgage for financing with support, guidance and understanding expertly provided by Kirby and Michelle. The entire DWST and Pulte Team realize that they are not only in the construction business but in the people business. It was a great experience!

Overall, this was a very good experience, beginning with our salesperson Bruce and continuing throughout. Nikki was great with helping to make our selections. We were kept informed by our construction manager Mateo every step of the way. He always followed up on any items brought to his attention and noted most items without our having to mention them. He also responded promptly to a couple of items found after closing.

Allen, Nikki, Mateo & Debbie were wonderful to work with in my purchase, build, and follow up experience. Home was delivered quicker that forecast. Prices are the best in Florida.

We could not be happier with our home and the community of Stone Creek. Del Webb did a great job from start to finish. Our construction manager Jack was very responsive and kept us apprised of all progress. He was very responsive to our questions. We would highly recommend del Webb in Stone Creek to anyone looking in the Ocala area.

We had a beautiful Stardom home built. Allen was our sales representative and made it an easy decision, helped us out throughout the process and delivered what we paid for. Great build/construction manager, Jacob was there from the start and ensured everything was done, communicated well and built an incredible home. Gary the customer service representative is incredibly helpful and knows the business. Great Pulte Team and love our home.

Overall, the whole process was very smooth. Since we were living in Texas during the construction process, there was the potential for much stress. However, our building team was amazing at keeping us updated weekly on what we needed to know. This helped us to feel more involved.

The community and people are fantastic

From signing our purchasing sales agreement to completion date was a pleasant experience. Our new home was built within the timeframe given, living out of state our contraction manager and sales representative informed us of the progress along the way. Little issues we had with our home were addressed right away as they were pointed out. Overall we are very happy with our new home and mostly, we enjoy the community of Stone Creek.

The only thing that I was dissatisfied with was that on my change order paperwork it said I would be receiving 42" upper cabinets and everyone said that it was a glitch in the system that printed that out and it was a mistake.

Gordon was a great construction manager. Some workers need to aware of the fact they are in People’s home. Found someone’s tortilla lunch in the closet. Worker would come in to fix one little problem and brush up against the wall to make a touch up needed, we are happy now that it is all built

From the day I walked in to see the models, my sales person Darren was a star! He knew exactly what type of a home I was looking for and though I remember it was raining, Stone Creek felt as sunny and beautiful as could be. The layout of the models flowed like a ballet and the grounds and surroundings couldn't have been prettier! Once I purchased my home, I was treated like royalty -- first by their design consultant Nikki, who was a pro, and then I was kept updated by my construction manager, Steve, who could not have been kinder and more helpful -- keeping me appraised on the progress of my home and sending me pictures along the way -- very important when you're across the country waiting for your home to be completed. The final delivery was just about flawless, with only tiny things to be corrected, and they were! Having had purchased homes before, I can easily say that this one was as close to perfection as I could have dreamed of and with a terrific team of people. Now that I've moved in, I am grateful every day for the beautiful home they delivered, the lovely, peaceful surroundings and the warm, friendly neighbors.
