We are very happy with the entire process of buying our new home in Ocala, FL. There were the expected challenges due to COVID with materials and labor. The sales and design teams were great leading us through the lot purchase, home and construction selection, and design options. During construction we experienced challenges due to COVID, but in the end we closed just a couple months after our original date without any major issues. Our home is beautiful!!! The same home in Las Vegas is double the price paid. Full CBS construction and high quality finishes. Our Salesman Darren is the best and kept us updated during the construction. Due to supply issues related to the pandemic, our home was delayed by 3 months. Post closing, Frank our construction manager was diligent to complete all issues. Our neighbors are wonderful and we love living in our new Pulte home!

This is our very first time that we have built a home and our experience has been very good considering all the shortages and lack of man power due to covid. We are really enjoying the new community so far and there is so much to offer such as activities to the new home owners.

Sales, designer, staff, field manager, building crew were all wonderful to work with. Very enjoyable experience. We wondered how we would do building for the first time, but they made it easy! We would do it again! Stone Creek is all we expected and more. Love the community and residents. Friendly place!

Although we were a little apprehensive about completing the construction of our new home from a distance, the builder did an outstanding job of easing those feelings quickly. They kept us updated with teleconferences and photographs of the home throughout the process and would quickly address any questions or concerns we had along the way. We were able to visit twice during the construction of the home and felt good with the quality of the workmanship during both visits. Post closure we did identify several small punch list items that needed resolution and they were responsive and timely in correcting those issues. From our first meetings with both the sales person and field manager assigned to the building of our home through the house closing and move in, both patiently answered and fully explained the answers to any questions we had. The amenities at Del Webb Stone Creek are just the right size for retirees looking for a retirement community that does not overwhelm and everyone has their own space to accommodate all residents without anyone feeling crowded.

The virtual buying and customizing process was flawless.

From the first day meeting with our sales rep to the day we closed on our home all aspects of the build was extremely smooth. Our project manager Sent us a email with photos and a message regarding the progress of our new home, we greatly appreciated of always keeping us in the loop.
