From the sales process, through building to the final walk through, working with Del Webb was a pleasurable experience. Everyone that we interacted with was professional and knowledgeable .. would highly recommend Del Webb for your home choice..!!

Only complaint is poor painting of exterior and interior, coat of paint extremely thin and many areas missed altogether. Could have used better painters. We are scheduled for re-touch up

From sales (Darren), construction Jacob, was very professional and willing to assist and facilitate the the stressful experience into a joyful one. Jacob for example would send weekly updated pictures of the progress of our house. Thank you so much! I most certainly would recommend Del Webb to my friends and families. Thanks again Del Webb!

What stands out the most is the attention and responsiveness of the entire team as we moved through the process from our initial consideration of purchase to close.

The project manager did an excellent job keeping us up to date with photos, answering questions and checking that all was done well. Been there about a month and all is working well.

We were absent for the entire build and closing. We returned to find as near perfect house as you could ask for. Very happy!

I would recommend Pulte as the home builder of choice

Option or upgrades should include, at time of construction, grout sealing for those who select ceramic or porcelain tile, and choice of sliding doors or French doors.

This great company is above board and kept us in the know every week with photographs and emails. A great group of individuals.

Outstanding builder and community.

I never thought I would live in a retirement community, but it is one of the best decisions that I have ever made. My home is just right for me. As for the community, it is as if I am in high school again. The neighbors in my community often take evening walks and are happy to introduce themselves and talk as they walk by if you are so inclined. I look forward to creating great memories here. P.S. - my sales agents, Angelia and Allen, and the construction experts, Jefferson and John, are the best.

I would recommend Del Webb Stone Creek to anyone. They did a fantastic job selling and building our home. We haven't had any issues at all, except our freezer in the refrigerator stopped working after about 6 weeks, but that is a whirlpool problem, not Del Webb. Our saleslady was wonderful. Very patient and kind and helpful. They don't push here at all. Very professional. Our field manager was also wonderful and sent us tons of info while the home was being constructed. He updated us constantly with pictures and emails. He also let us come inspect the home anytime we wanted to while it was under construction. He gave helpful advice and was very kind, courteous and professional. We are VERY happy with our home here in Stone Creek. We love our new home. Our construction supervisor was responsive and professional. The sales staff was helpful with every question, and patient through the build process.
